If you want beautiful nails, do them with Mae! She is the best at no chip manicure and dip manicure. I was going to Mae for 1 year or more and after some time I stopped because I wanted to save money. After a while I tried other places for dip manicure and when I went back to Mae for a dip manicure, they just SOOO much better! Mae takes her time and pays attention to detail. The nail didnt turn out super thick like it does with other places. She is honestly the best at what she does. Go see Mae!!!!

I went in expecting to pay $30 for an acrylic set plus some extra for nail art. My nails turned out fine with some minor imperfections but by the time I had to pay, the service provider charged me $65. Apparently I was getting a gel upgrade that I was unaware of and a no chip polish upgrade that I didnt ask for that costed an extra $15. And then I was charged $10 for the shaping of the nails which has been included in the price at every other nail salon I have ever been to. On top of that, the nail art costed $10 when I was expected to pay $5 because that was the price listed. It was a simple black line down each nail that took the service provider about one minute. I added a $10 tip so I ended up paying $75. After realizing that they added all these upgrades I didnt ask for, I tried to talk them down and they just took off the amount I paid for the tip. I was very frustrated and the employees were incredibly stubborn. If you go to this salon be sure to ask how much it costs along the way because they will add on upgrades you werent aware of. The people are nice, but the prices are not and they will scam you. Be careful.

Van does a great job on pedicures and eyebrow/underarm waxes. Ive been going to her for years and not only am I consistently pleased with her work, but I get a lot of compliments outside of the shop. Mai gives the best facial Ive ever had.

Went to this place on my lunch break to get a no chip manicure and they sat me down right away with Mia (I believe that was her name). She was super nice but was very rough on my hands and was rushing to get my nails done. When she was done, my nails had looked like a 5 year old did them. There was polish on and past my cuticles and at this point there was no taking it off because of the no chip. I told her it did not look good and kept saying that they were fine. I insisted that they did NOT look good and she said go have someone else do your nails. She asked one other lady to fix it and she just looked at me and knodded her head no. It wasnt until Lynn came and saw what a disaster my nails were and told me she would fix them. And that she did and they were fine and she apologized about the whole fiasco. I would NOT recommend this place and will surely stick to my normal nail guy. But if you had no choice but to go there, stick to Lynn.

Was a faithful bi weekly customers of nail tech Lin in the beginning of our two year service she was attentive once her business picked up due to my advertisement of her she began to take service for a good paying customer and excellent tipping for granted . I also in my busy season I was there weekly for every event for nail service. Gave holiday and birthday cash forging connection and she took it. Even helped her understand what’s going on around her culturallyRecently I had the audacity to express that I am feeling rushed Lin responses was as she was doing me a favor to poorly shape my nails and rush me around like chattel when she is 15 minutes or more behind schedule to get the next dollar walking in the door. How dare she expect anything but me thinking of my time which she has delay with no apology.If I were to be minutes late she acted as if I held her up from My money....I took it as a culture difference but It is an unhappy worker....So poor service deserved poor tips inconsistencies in service affords the paying customer to question relationship. That said anyone interested is appreciative service providers DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT FASHION NAIL on ADAMS ESPECIALLY WITH LIN She is crass and ungrateful and a fabricator with passive aggression Location is convenient to my office but Cheaper pricing gets you dismissed by a minimum wages nail tech because of personal minimal service request . NO PROBLEM

I have been getting a no-chip manicure here for quite some time. I make an appointment and have never been disappointed. Most importantly, the end result looks professional and stays on for two weeks. Perfect!

I will not return! The lady was very nice but my nails look horrible. She did them over to some degree four different times before I finally told her to just stop because they were not getting any better. The polish was running over the side, lumpy, jagged. I asked for full manicure and she was lazy and told me shed just do a polish change then still wanted to charge me the full price. Also this was my 3rd time coming here and only the first time actually being serviced. The first two times I was either ignored and sat for a long time with no acknowledgement and left. Shame on me for even going back the 3rd time but I definitely will never return.

My first few pedicures here were okay, nothing special but they were fine. The last one was terrible. A man did it, and everything he did was like a soft motion, which did nothing. Cuticles he would just touch my toe with the tool, scrubbing he would just brush over my foot. Then we got to the massage and he just dug into the bottom of my foot in the same place. Never ever going back, it was such an uncomfortable experience.

Clean facility, understand English pretty good, good work10/2015 The review above was 5 months ago. The tech I had, Tao, is at one of the other locations-100 W. Randolph. :-( She understood English very well and gave you what you wanted or needed. The tech I have now at the 25 E. Adams location-ummm NO. The quality of work, her English is not good. The quality of her work is not good like Tao. Im going to have to find another shop. This is my third tech within that shop. Two techs lack good quality. To much of an inconvenience to get to Tao. Oh well.

Mary is a sweet person. She gave me a nice full set.

Mary was nice at first but then was forcing me to get the manicure and pedicure for cheap price. I didnt want to, but she was forcing me. I told her that I didnt want it. So she just charged me for the manicure. I wont recommend this place. The workers are desperate to take your money. No dont go here.

This is the worst place imaginable! I went once for a gel set, the lady vain or vine whatever her name is, was super rude! was upset because I did not want to pay there over priced no chip color on top of a gel set. She applied regular polish, when I told her I didnt like what she did she responded dont tell me how to do my job I later returned one day later to have them cut shorter because she made them too long, she then also had another attitude and did not file them properly, needles too say she didnt even reapply the color and the salon still charged me again!!! im furious with this place as I gave them a second chance and they messed up!!! 50 dollars down the drain, never again!!!!

Worst mani/pedi Ive ever gotten. When I asked the person who painted my nails if she could fix it, she told me that the polish mustve shrunk on my nails!! She then proceeded to paint on top of the horrible polish job. I ended up having a thick layer of polish and you could clearly see the polish was uneven. I will never return. RUN! Dont ever go here!!

A tall,manly, rude Asian lady with poor English tried to pressure me into a mani and pedi when I CLEARLY told her that I needed a soak-off and a full gel set. When she started to soak my nails she was rough and seem to I have an attitude that I didnt want a pedi. After she was done she started to put the acrylic on but no tip. When I questioned her about it she got mad! I politely told her to finish my other hand for soak and will be taking my business elsewhere. I went to Nails on State Street and was treated with respect excellent service.

Visited the shop at Adams str today. The service is awful: the nails were cut very roughly, almost no cuticle removed! Both mani and pedi took the tech about 50 mins.. When I asked her to redo some of the nails she answered in a very rude manner and told me smth like it is a manual work that cant be done ideally.. Any woman would do manicure and pedicure by herself in a much better way, so dont waste your money in this shop..
