With the new management, the park is getting better, cleaner. With more time I cant wait to see what Shannon does!That being said theres still some bad apples in the park, but over all we love living here

Very awesome staff ..helpful ..above and beyond friendly...most neighbors are great ..the pool is incredible my kids cant get enough of it..they also go outta their way to have little things for the kids in the park ... Such as Easter egg hunts and a party for everyone at the clubhouse for Christmas and other things as well..park an homes are clean and well maintained..one or two sometimes can be a small issue if they dont maintenance yard and surroundings...Office Staff are extremely good caring understand and kind people..Its truly a great place to live

We have lived here for the last year and a half. We had a pretty good experience. I enjoyed my neighbors and didnt have any problems. Everyone was very friendly. The people who run the Manufactured Home Community do make an effort to get members who live there involved in activities.

Needs origannasation

I have been staying here for the past 3 months and have nothing but good things to say about this park. Justin is nice and always there to help when I need him, neighbors are all friendly (that I have anyway), quiet and safe trailer park. I would highly recommend to this park to friends or family!

My Mom has been sitting with no air condition all Summer and has no heat. She has been waiting to get this fixed and it has been 3 months. Now it is getting colder and the project is still not even started. Pretty sad they could care less that a senior is living in a home with out heat or air. My Mom will call them and only 1 time out of 10 will she ever talk to somebody or get a call back. UPDATE: Finally finished. It is a nice community but the management just cant be fully relied upon.

Love quiet friendly community

Great community, family friendly, management that cares, clean, with great amenities like a pool, club house, playground. They have lots of move in homes to fit all budgets. Please call and speak with Cindy the manager. She will go the extra mile to help out.

Never fixes anything they say they will, broken promises. Be careful with them. They will accuse you of breaking things or ruining things that were already ruined when you moved In then steal your deposit when you move out and make up excuses why they didn’t give it back to you. Wouldn’t wish this management or company on my worse enemy.

Has a wonderful park, a beautiful pool. we rented the clubhouse for a party and it was absolutely wonderful and reasonably priced.

Great community, some neighbors can be a little nosey from time to time but you can expect that almost anywhere. The community meals and get togethers make it feel like everyone is one big family!

Very friendly owners/managers/staff here. Very quiet for a trailer park. Even the residents are friendly.
