I walked in needing a full set, and did not have to wait! They are checking temperatures at the door, and they are taking extra precautions to make their clients feel safe. I have definitely found my new salon! I would recommend anyone to come here for all of your nail needs!

Im new to Chicago and chose this nail salon because its close to my office and has relatively good reviews. It definitely lived up to my expectation! They work with great attention to detail and took care to do an extra coat of the white polish. Foot massage was awesome and she reminded me to relax, which I needed! Only feedback is that I wish there was a line on the credit card receipt for tipping.

Linda was excellent my first time, my first experience, hands and feet feels great. Could be more of a friendly environment from them. Kinda expensive but, Linda was worth it!

Very experienced. My mani/pedi always looks nice. Friendly. I usually walk in without an appointment and get taken right away.

Love this place!!! Ken does my nails and he always does such an amazing job. I can go 3-4 weeks before having the get them done again. They last!The salon is clean, convenient, and always open unlike other salons in the Loop. Plus everyone that works there is such so sweet.

The first time I went there, rudest attendant. At some point, he pushed my nails back at me because I asked him to fix something. This time, I went back to have my cuticles fixed. They were three days old and coming apart at the seams. This guy actually tried to tell me they were fine like it was my first time doing my nails. Then agreed to fix them but banned me from the shop. LOL like what?? I only go there when my nail lady is out of town. I will survive.

I have had my nails done for many years. I NEVER have found a place that my full set still looks good after two weeks ( my nail beds curve and I have a lot of cuticle) so I simply never can bare with the lack of up keep. This salon is AMAZING. They give you a discount if you pay cash. They were quick and efficient and even better my nails lasted longer than 2 weeks! Going back today for my fill!

Tony is fabulous. This is the best acrylic manicure I have ever had- it lasts for weeks, is done quickly, and is the perfect shape. Prices are perfect too. Love this place, will not go anywhere else.

Warning: DO NOT go here for anything other than a basic or no chip manicure. They excel at those and they last a long time. Their removal services will leave you crying. I had my acrylics pulled off and they have the nerve to charge for that. I was so disappointed and wish I took the time to take them off myself. I came in because I wanted a professional to do it right and it was nowhere near. Im going to keep telling everyone until they change their practices. Rushing is going to lose them money in the long run. It pained me to skip the tip on the basic manicure I left with, but I was overcharged for damage that could have been avoided. They lost the extra money I had already planned to spend when I came in as I originally wanted a more expensive manicure and I always tip generously. Their loss. They need to stop rushing and stop doing a half job on services they feel take too long.

At first, I didnt know what to expect but I received the best gel manicure ever! They lasted for almost two weeks BUT would last so much longer if I didnt have a bad habit of picking my nails :) The appointment was super efficient and I was out of there within a half hour with gorgeous nails.

This nail salon is close to me so a quick trip and usually I am in and out. I would suggest not going in around lunch time without an appointment as they get quite busy. V-en/Dinh Doan usually does my nails and I am ALWAYS pleased. I have had instances to where other technicians were rough, the nails were crooked or the paint job was not good but V-en gets it right everytime!

This place is amazing! They walk on you at the door, perform a service request a perfectly. Im picky when it comes to my nails and eyebrows and I do not need to correct any of their stuff. They are pedicure facial wax treatments are also wonderful. The nail shop is very clean, the workers are friendly and I did not have to wait and I will return again

I came in for a simple pedicure and was sat pretty quickly as I walked in. The technician that I had filed my toes all the way down to the skin and I kept saying ouch and asking her to be careful. When she was applying the polish, she kept pinching my toes also pretty hard. Pedicure was okay nothing super special, I thought based on the reviews it would be a good experience. When I tried to get up and grab my purse to dry my toes, she wouldnt let go of it after I asked her to give it to me. For $27 not a bad price, just a mediocre experience.

Dip powder is very good and it’s very durable, it’s very natural, and it lasts for more than a month!

Pricey, but worth every penny. The selection of polish is good, the service is excellent and my services didnt take long. Half of my fill was completed while I was getting my pedicure.

A very nice place to come to they have such a lovely atmosphere. I really enjoy the staff they make great conversation! My manicure is amazing and the colors to choose from takes forever. The gals here are terrrific and I highly recommend if you are near Image Nails.

If your looking for a great no chip or lashes please come to Image Nails.3 Years later and still the same great service and Hospitality. And Bonus they actually get to know their customers, My Tech asked about my son and my mother, it warmed my heart that she remembered.

Where do I start. I just left this nail salon and have never been more dissapointed in my life. The man who did my nails was extremely rude and rough with my hands. He kept rolling his eyes. Everyone here seems like they hate their job and they take it out on their customers for it.He cut my nails way too short even though I asked for a little bit of a trim. The gel is so poorly applied and looks unfinished and unnatural. My coffin shape looks nothing like coffin shape. In fact every nail looks like a different shape. I brought this up to his attention and he got very angry and dismissed that anything was wrong. He said I didn’t know what coffin shape was ... ooook... anyway this place is horrible stay away at all cost

Terrible experience. First and last time there. I never write reviews...but wanted to warn others. The guys who did my pedicure cut my toe and it would not stop bleeding, it hurt the whole way home when walking in my shoes, and I was honestly scared about whether he would properly clean the tool he used (and whether it was clean in the first place). I inquired about the tool but he did not seem to understand me. He knew enough to say sorry 3 times. The girl next to him allowed him to waive the $4 extra charge for the more expensive polish I picked (unknowingly). He proceeded to paint them and I dryed them for what felt like at least 20-30 minutes. I was there for an hour or so. I asked if I could go and if they were dry..and if I needed to spray them, he said no. When I got home, both toes were chipped already, and I had dried blood on the one he cut. Awesome. I cleaned it with peroxide and bandaged it. Still hurts.

I came for a fill in/ no chip and a polish on my toes. The gentlemen at station 4 was rushing the entire time. My coffin shape doesnt look like coffin shape. Two of my fingers look like have the nail is missing. He rushed shaping and polishing my toes. I dont recommend this place. I wish they had zero star option

Never going here again. They can’t even do a basic French manicure correctly. I had to explain it to them 5 different times (with pictures) and they still didn’t understand what I was wanting. So my nails looked like a mess when I walked out of there, not to mention the corner of my nail CHIPPED off after 30 mins! I had to go to another nail salon to have them fixed. I could not be more upset with a nail salon. Waste of money and time.

They did a horrible job with my pedicure and dip manicure. It was rushed and rough, and they were rude while doing it. My nails look terrible, and I likely need to go to another salon to get the dip removed. The dip is raised and crooked. I have never gotten a worse manicure... will not return. Go down on Franklin and Lake to Dianes for a better less expensive mani pedi.

They couldn’t seem to pull off a basic French manicure let alone anything a little different. They messed up my shape as well. Definitely would not go back

This place gave a very friends approach to me and offered me a no-chip and manicure that lasts over 3 weeks! Over all I think this salon is worth spending your time at.

I had a very poor customer service experience at Image Nails. I went for a no chip, and after three days, three of my nails had chipped and more than one had bubbles underneath the surface of the paint. I didnt have time to get my nails redone, so I went in to explain the situation to the manager and ask for a refund. When I told the manager what had happened, he told me that my nails just dont hold a no chip, and that they were chipping because of something I was doing to them (I work in an office at a desk job). I get no chips once a month, and they typically last for three weeks. He began raising his voice at me and bringing technicians over to show me how their manicures have lasted. He refused to give me a refund and kept me in the store for 15 minutes while he yelled about how the nails chipped because of something I did. Eventually, he agreed to give me half of my refund. I went to Kinzie Nails the next day and my manicure is still perfect a week and a half later.

Dont like that the nail tech did not want to get the color that I wanted and kept trying to talk me out of it. Then he kept trying to rush me by telling me Im busy, ok? as an excuse for not accommodating me by getting his lazy self up to get the color I wanted. Gave 3 stars for the sweetheart who did my pedicure.

I happen to live around the corner from this location and thought it would be a good idea to visit to see if I could find a go-to nail salon in the area. It was my first time here and will most definitely be my last.This establishment has given me one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life at a nail salon.1) I walked in and my greeting was extremely unpleasant, dry and heavy. It was as if the front desk person or whatever their title was... had an issue with greeting me. It felt like it was a burden and made me feel very uncomfortable. But I brushed it off and went to pick out the color I wanted. (Not every culture is as warm as one would hope and I respect that and so I let it go.)2) As I sat down in my chair to begin my pedicure, I noticed how cold my nail tech was. It was a very militant and disconnected feel similar to the energy I felt upon my arrival. Oh well, I think to myself... could be worse I suppose. (BOY, WAS I RIGHT!) I put my feet in the water and the water was lukewarm. I asked if it could be warmer. He slapped my feet and told me to take them out so he could adjust the temp. The first slap was enough to get my attention but I, again, let it go. He then slaps my feet for every time he needed to transition to the other foot. Not a tap, a literal SLAP. I politely asked him if he could stop slapping my feet because it hurt, was very uncomfortable and took away from the entire experience. He mumbles something and goes back to doing my nails.He then eventually taps gently to transition which I appreciated although the damage had been done. The entire session was thrown off.3) This is probably the nail in the coffin (no pun intended) for this business. So, I was also getting a manicure and my nails tended to at the same time as my pedicure. The nail tech was very strange and would often stare at me while I was sitting on the phone. It was awkward and it was clear that this man had no respect or any sort of civilized manners to work with. I did my best to ignore him and tune him out until... HE CONCLUDES THE BEGINNING OF MY MANICURE BY DUMPING THE FILTHY MANICURE WATER INTO MY PEDICURE BOWL!!!! RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!!!! HE DUMPS MY DIRTY MANICURE BOWL WATER INTO MY PEDICURE BOWL!!!!!!!! I was stunned and immediately asked him why he poured dirty water into my fresh pedicure bowl... and he says: ...its water! Its only water. I told him its DIRTY water and I didnt want it in my pedicure bowl. Another employee comes up and co-signs his its only water argument... then they start shouting like literal animals in their native tongue... saying all sorts of things - and at this point... I had had enough. I grab my bag ready to go and the nail tech at my feet tells me he is sorry. He says he will change out the bowl, which he did, and assign another nail tech.I eventually cooled off enough to conclude this excruciating and DISGUSTING experience. All the while they are barking and shouting in their language to each other about the situation and staring... just making a total spectacle.I spoke to the manager after paying and this man (Tony) is defending his employee in the strangest way possible stating: No one has never done that... Maybe he is tired. He isnt very smart and maybe he didnt know.... etcARE YOU KIDDING?As a business owner, customer service and sanitation are VERY important to me. THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS!! I will be reporting this and opening a case. THEY NEED TO HAVE A CITY INSPECTOR COME IN AND INSPECT THE METHODS OF THIS FILTHY ESTABLISHMENT!!LOOK ELSEWHERE!! DONT GO HERE!!!!! If you dont see it with your own eyes... please know that they utilize unsanitary protocols and it isnt CLEAN or SAFE!!!!DONT GO HERE!!!

Just your average mani/pedi spot. My nails looked great walking out. Ive definitely had a better mani/pedi though. It was very quick & they could have lasted longer on the massage. Unfortunately my toe nail polish was coming off after day 3.

I have been going to place for years and they still amaze. They are not just painting nails but they care for your nails.
