Tech had no clue what she was doing. And when I pointed out the things I didn’t like she tried to use the language barrier to pretend that was the issue with my service. I asked for my nails to resemble hers which where coffin. While I was referring to the design and didn’t want my actual nails shaped coffin I would have been okay with the shape of done right. BUT instead she gave me 2 deep coffin fingers (because 2 were broke and needed a tip) while she attempted to file my naturally square nails into coffin shape. Now I’m walking around with 2 deep coffin shared nails, 2 slightly coffin nails and 6 square nails. She tried to say she didn’t know I didn’t want coffin but my issue is that not all of my fingers are coffin. In the end I let it go because I didn’t want someone who clearly shouldn’t be doing nails so screw up all of my natural nails. The 2 coffin tips will be gone in a couple weeks so I’ll leave my natural nails the way they are.It’s been 3 days since my initial review and my nails are already chipping … now if I don’t get them redone my nails with break off where the acrylic has chipped.. 😤

First time ever in my life getting my nails done so I was nervous. But Mimi hooked it up! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made my nails look better than the picture I gave her. Thank you for making my experience great and for being patient with me, will definitely come back.

This place is horrible experience. The young person that waited on me was very rude nasty, and disrespectful. Id say young person because she is not a lady by a longshot. She didnt file my feet to get the dead skin off. oh maybe because she only soaked yhem for 5 mins. I told her to file my toenail down she said that would take me all day. I said so you want yo put polish on a rough nail that has not been buffed. She continued to with polish. I asked to speak to a manger and a man who worked there told me to tell to the person who gave the bad service. Cheesy, bottom of the barrel services.i dont care attitudes need to be shut down. They are in our neighborhood making money and disrespecting us by giving less than service, the girl talked to me like, I dont want to use the words I would like to.

I got my nails done here but Tina and theyre beautiful! They treated me as if I were at home. The setting is so nice and welcoming. The people there are amazing to young teen costumers like me. I came here to get a full set with my mom and I was pleased to see the ending results. Great prices as well, im very happy (:

So I normally just get my nails and feet done. But I have a special occasion and wanted to get my eyelashes done. After getting them done, approx. 20 minutes later, one popped off, I went right back and the girl fixed that one and put some extra glue on them, less that 12 hours later 4 more popped off. I called them to tell them, & was told to come back the next day at noon. When I got there the lady was doing someone’s nails. I waited for about 20 minutes and asked how long she was going to be. She wanted to them debate with me saying she told me 1pm!!!! Lies!!I ended up getting refunded and going some where else! The worst part is, I found out she was using hair glue instead of LASH GLUE!!!! It was torture getting the remainder of the lashes off so I could get a new set applied! I will never go here Again

So let me preface this by saying that I went in about 5 minutes before they closed. I called ahead and said I need an emergency no chip and pedicure they told me that it was fine so I walked in. There were about four people still being serviced I was told that I had about 15 minutes to go ahead and pick a color. I was very decisive because I wasnt sure what color to get for the interview that I was going to but I decided bubble bath was a good choice. They had bubble bath in the no chip but was informed they were out of the regular polish. I was then told to hurry up and pick a color because it was already 830 it was not my fault that they had other people when I had walked in at 8. There was a gentleman that proceeded to do my pedicure and he took his time however the place was filthy and Im not quite sure if the tools used on me were sanitized. I should have walked out but I really needed my nails done. Then halfway through my pedicure another nail technician walks over to start my manicure. To say that it was a half assed manicure is an understatement. I removed my old no chip on my own and cut my own nails which I did not mind because I understood that I walked in five minutes before close. However when she went to file my nails they were uneven sloppy and she did not check them when she walked away after she filed I then filed them myself to the best of my ability. My cuticles are still killing they did not give me an appropriate manicure. When I walk to the table she started to polish my nails and I know that each coat needs to be under the light for a minimum of 30 seconds she did not allow the full 30 seconds. The base and topcoat or build up around the opening of the polish bottle it was disgusting the files that they used were obviously dirty and because she did not allow my nails to fully dry under the light they have now bubbled up which unfortunately dont translate well in the photos. It also looks like my nails are already grown out on my right hand. I then got to see them clean up at the end of the night and they dont even wipe the tables down with Windex they just take a dry cloth and wipe the tables and they sweep and throw out the trash there is no type of sanitizing done to any of the tools or their stations. I understand that I walked in late however this is no excuse for unsanitary conditions or the half assed no chip manicure that I received and paid full price for. Very disappointed do not waste your money here.

Update: I just came in to show them what happen to my nails. For some reason my nails just fell apart after 4 days.I showed the nail tech my nails but he refuse to give me a refund or fix my nails.This location has poor service I regret giving this location five stars.

Tina did my acrylic full set, and they were great. They were $40 because they were shaped, long, and I had gems. I am surprised at the price, and I don’t regret it. Tina was extremely nice and I enjoyed this experience. It was my first time here and I will definitely be returning. Also Luxury Nails was the only Nail salon that was open on New Years Day which made my day!!!

Andy did my daughters nails for the first time and he was amazing!!!! Great service, great price!! I had a bad experience with getting my nails done at happy nails on Addison, I got a nail fungus and had a huge fear on getting them done ever again but thanks to Andy in luxury nails my experience here is so far wonderful! They sterilized everything and were amazing! 150% recommended.

This was my first time here. Alot of nail shops near me are packed most of the time due to high demand on acrylics/gel & designs. Im a simple girl a no chip mani & reg. Pedi for me. Found this hidden gem & will def be a regular here. Very clean & professional. Andy did my mani/pedi and was very nice.

Would not recommend this place to anyone unprofessional a waste of my time and money I literally went there for the past 2-3 years and almost every single time or if not every other time I would have to go and have my nails redone because they never done them right in the first time I only went out of convenience and just about every male they’ve hired did a very poor job! I now go to Sunkissed Nails and very happy there!

Henry was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. That’s very important when getting your nails done. Him talking to me and being so full of energy made the time fly. I love my dipped nail. And the dipped nails are reasonably priced.

Great service! The shop has station dividers and requires masks. They use liners in the bowls and they clean as they go.

Ive been here about 4 times and so far the only technician that Ive seen is Tina. She does such a great job! Tina takes her time; she never rushes, and she pays close attention to her work. She applied tips and a gel color and the price is very reasonable for such care. I will continue visiting Tina and the shop. 😁

I was on a trip to Chicago I stayed at a hotelLike 2 minutes from there the customer service was poor these doing my nails was rude and said nothing to me at the end he did horrible on my nails I got a full set short and I got my eyebrows waxed and you couldn’t even tell they were waxed because she rushed

Employees are very persistent on getting you to get most expensive nails. I did the dip powder and they suck . They left my nails super thick and wide. Waste of 50 dollars. Employees need to learn how to there job better. And keep the place more clean.

The workers here are very rude. The guy Named Henry is racist. I walked in and this girl was doing something to his nails. I was sitting down waiting for one of them to help me and neither one of them did. A white lady walked in and they stopped right away. Watch out for this place, they have their preferences. Henry gives me weird looks every time I go and he never smiles. Never going back. This place has a weird vibe.

The service given was great but only if Ming is available. The other nail techs do not give great service most of the time. Prices are reasonable and the color selections are good. They also offer eyebrow waxing which is also very good. Would recommend coming here but always request Ming.

Went in for a fill in, cut down, and color change... he was rushing and doing a sloppy job. I had to stop him multiple times to fix this nail or that nail. He was also rough with the buffer, twisting my finger. As much as I love the color, #pinklemonade, and for the amount I spent, definitely not happy. The top coat for the no chip, looks like I have had it done for a few weeks already. Waste of money. I have gone here multiple times since its right by my daycare. But this will be the last time.

I have been coming to this salon for years but today’s visit will be my last. It seems that the salon has new management and customer service isn’t a priority. I’ve thought for a whole that some of the employees could be more pleasant but today, the lady that did my eyebrows kept making inappropriate comments about my physical appearance. First, she abruptly asked if I was hot because my face was red (I had just gotten a facial), then she pointed out that my upper lip was hairy even though I only came in for an eyebrow wax and then she abruptly pointed out that I had gray hair on my eyebrows. All three comments sounded very critical and harsh in tone. Finally, I got so annoyed by her lack of tact that I finally said that she was awfully good at pointing out other people’s flaws. That made her shut up. I come to the nail salon to get pampered. Not to have my physical flaws pointed out lol. It’s just rude so I won’t be coming back.

If you need manicure or pedicure go to Cindy, hand down she is the Best. I have tried many other places but she does an amazing job everytime. She wouldnt care if it takes her 5 mins or 30 mins to clean, she would make sure that your hands and feet are immaculate.

Lady tried using a dirty, used, yellow foot scrub on me. I told her she needed to use a NEW one. You could damn near see the fungus on that thing. Then to top it off she didnt even do a proper soak off, basically still leaving acrylic on my nail causing the new set to be lifted from my nail. Leaving space between my real nail and the fake one, so literally everything and anything went in between the nail.. and the shape wasnt even what I wanted. I told her coffin and then I ended up with: some round, some square, and some that were a mix of both. And to top it off she made me bleed twice in two different places. Then I went back to try and see if ANYONE could fix it, they literally put more glue in between my real nail and the fake one WHICH DIDNT WORK! This place is garbage. I used to go here before, and they were decent. Now they arent even half way to being alright. SMH Wont recommend them and wont ever go there again..
