No one wants to like a funeral home let alone recommend one but the reality is at one point or another in our lives we may all need one and I can’t say enough about staff at Rock Funeral Home. They went above and beyond to help my family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. The process was not rushed, staff was understanding and accommodating to us involving family from out of state in the process. They answered all of our questions and offered helpful suggestions. The environment and staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

I cant thank everybody enough for their professionalism and immense compassion at the worse time of my life, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was not overlooked and they were very accommodating. Everyone who attended my moms funeral really liked the memory table, round tables rather than seated rows and the slide of my moms life that was shown throughout. Rock Funeral Home is the best of the best!!!

R3specting the loss of my wife of 69 years, I found. Them to be very comforting and willing to do whatever I needed. Bette, the funeral director, was more than I expected in every way with her caring and courtesy, and even the limo driver demonstrated his professionalism by waiting for us at the restaurant while the group ate lunch. And then he refused to take a TIP when he returned us back to the funeral home.When my turn comes (not for a while, I hope), I have instructed my children to ask Rock Funeral Home to take care of the details.Although Rock Funeral Home is part of the larger Dignity Service, they gave personal service to me and my family.Many thanks for a job well done in a professional and personal manner.

Rock Funeral Home, the services and the staff were amazing from the first phone call for adivse to planning the services and all the actual services themselves. It is a tough timebut the staff especially John, made it bareable. The attention to the detail and thoughtfulness of everyone made it easier.The memory table was a new idea that we have never seen, and it was amazing and everyone loved it. We decided to do our preaarrangements because our brother in law passed away suddenly at the young age of 57 and we saw the heartbreak my sister in law went through. No longer owned by the Rock family but by a huge corporation in Houston. We went there when my mom passed. They wanted us to wait 8 days after my mom passed to bury her. We had her body moved to Saunders-Dwyer where we were treated by family and we werent made to wait an unreasonably long time.
