I WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE PAY FOR ANYTHING LIKE THIS. Then they money hungry expect you to pay right away when your full service not finish. Then they have poor communication skills and very rude.

What I asked for and what I got(I didn’t want the LV logo tho)Kim was very thorough with my pedicure and made sure that I chose the right color for my toes to match my full set. Bryan did a great job I am very happy with the outcome he was right on it with the color and as you can see from the picture pretty much what I asked for. With my eyelashes I bought my own strips so instead of 17 it was 14 for them to put them on but the adhesive they use lasts way longer plus I was in a hurry to be ready it’s memorial day weekend.I have my go to nail shop which will always be my first choice but this shop does more designs that I can’t get at my go-to. Plus there is much more staff here.

This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I literally watched the receptionist greet another guest who was in front me then when I walked up next she walked away as if I was a ghost and kept me standing there looking willing for 15 minutes one thing about me I refuse to spend my money in establishment that treats people of Color poorly they have no respect whatsoever for Our kind And technically if it wasn’t for us they would not be doing business if you know what’s best you would not do business with this place Instead to the nail shop that appreciates your business and treats with respect this is not it

I came here as a last resort being that the reviews already gave red flags. Now I can see why their reviews are up & down. They don’t really care about the customers’ experience. I sat in a pedicure chair for 25 minutes, With no service. When I asked for the spa tub to be filled I was told the water would get cold & that she wouldn’t want me sitting in cold water. Mind you I’m sitting in a chair shop is already cold as hell so why it matter if my feet get cold or not. They are unprofessional and rude as heck. I’ve never been to one nail shop that doesn’t allow you to sit comfortably in hot water while waiting for the next available tech. This place is terrible they have bad attitudes and are very ignorantI highly recommend going else where. Especially if experience is a big factor.

They tell you to take a number, but you never use it. & still wait a long time.They are rude. The quality is poor. This girl moves my seat without telling me & when I complain about how it made my knee feel, she got up & said Im done & walked away. Never again!!

Please do not go here....They are extremely RUDE...The eye brow girl with the pink jacket and blonde hair....smh, I hope someone put her in her place. Trust me, do not go here. Your nails will not last.

They gave me a regular polish instead of a polish with no chip I paid $77.00 I come back 2 weeks later and tell him about my nails he told me I have to pay additional $25.00 I been going to them every sense 8/2020 he really disappointed me when he told me to go somewhere else I been supporting these people for a long period of time and I see how they treat their customers I couldn’t believe it until it happened to me it so sad they don’t care they just want your money 😡😡and he called the police on me I wasn’t going any where I paid to much money for this to happen to me I am so hurt about this situation I’m afraid to go to another nail shop and they would treat me the same way I have to a black own business that’s professional spend my money with them these other races don’t care about you how getting treated they just want your money😡😡

My nails were shaped carelessly and my requests for the nail technician and for him to be gentle because I have nerve damage in my foot, were ignored. When I asked for my nails to be corrected, I was ignored once more. When I requested a general manager I was given the wrong contact number by Jane— the lady working there who does eyebrows(wasn’t even a valid phone number) I’ll never spend my money here again in my life, I advise you all not to as well.

Employee was very nice they were fast, my hands and eyebrow look really nice, I enjoy there service i will keep coming back

I went in there and paid for 2 set they quoted me for $25 dollars each and I had to pay $120 not cool at all

The wait was understandable however the rating is based strictly off service. I originally asked for a Gel over lay with a matte no chip. The tech immediately started using acrylic. I didnt realize until it started burning. Out of consideration for others I didnt make a big fuse and endured. Once she was done I looked at my nails and seen that they did not have a matte finish. Over the entire experience I spoke on it, paid and left. Overall...my nails look nice (what I over all needed) but Im far from satisfied due to it not being what I requested (plus the discomfort). I may go back an try a different tech but Im not in a rush.

There prices have increased dramatically and I think the price for a regular pedicure is too high.Also they have installed a number machine but dont use the number system. Which leads to overcrowding and confusion.

UPDATED 01/04/21I have been going to King Nails since they opened and have spent thousands of dollars there.I was refused service after waiting over an hour. I was asked to wait in my car. Jen refused to my lashes saying they were busy after I waited a full hour. I attempted to talk to Ben the owner about my other services I wanted and how I was treated and he told me to just leave him did not care.I never thought I would be the one posting a non favorable review about my once loved nail salon. There is no loyalty or respect to the people in the neighborhood who supports King Nails. So many others spoke about poor treatment and it seemed fine because it wasnt me. Its not false or not me its just a matter of when will it be your turn. I wouldnt recommend King nails if you desire to be treated with dignity and respect!I will leave my old review posted below. Since those were my feelings once upon a time._____________________________________________Its a yes for me. Ive been going since the shop open. My advice to anyone recieving a personal service is speak up. This group is extremely accommodating. They will not be able understand your style or desire if you dont speak up. I like the way they did my nails. My problem is that when one chipped and cracked and I went back they had me wait 20 min for someone when there was 2 people open. They took a pedicure before fixing my one nail. I think they could have at least said Ill take you soon or something. No more tips for this establishment.

I went to receive a polish change and was given a ludicrous excuse that they couldn’t do my polish change because I wasn’t getting a no chip and was receiving a regular polish change. I was told to go to another salon. They didn’t want me to seat while I awaited my polish to dry and when I told her I would leave after they polished my nails. She still said I should go to another salon. Previous before this incident my no chip didn’t last no more than four days and I went to receive a do over. I still paid $15.00 because I changed the color. Needless to say I will never go there again and I am awaiting for the African American nail tech to reopen. If at all possible stay go where you will be respected. Not a good place at all.

I love this place so much! I have been going here since it opened. Ben is my nail technician and he is amazing! He always does a wonderful job. His wife Jen does my eyebrows and she is absolutely great at what she does. All their services are great!!! I totally recommend this place : )!!!!

They are slow and rude. I waited for over 45 minutes in the pedicure chair with cold water and no one came to check on me in addition to being ignored or told “one more minute” when I inquired about my service. They do not clean any of their stations or the pedicure chairs after each customer. I will never come here again.

This is my favorite shop and I honestly dont ever see myself going to any other shop. They have affordable services and are always friendly and do an amazing job. This shops staff has very excellent customer service skills and handle really well under pressure and stress.

Theyre pretty good, a few of their methods Im not fond about. However they do a great dip nail, but they also want to nickle and dime you for what other shop dont charge.

Lawd I had a four hour wait today!!!! However, the woman who does lashes and brows is amazing. Its a shame that the shop is so disorganized regarding appointments and whos next. It almost came to blows a couple of times between customers.

They have a sign in sheet that they dont go by. No one cares to update you on where you are in line. They take their favorites over you so 3 people were taken before I finally just walked out of this dump! Disgusting! I wont be back

I enjoyed my pedi but my nail service was poor. I paid $70 for a pedi, fill-in, 1 nail fixed and no chip. To me that’s kinda expensive especially with it being a fill in. Within a week, 3 nails broke and I went back to get them fixed, of course they argued me away. if you have to go to one, go on 111th and Doty road. Ask for Brandon he does an amazing job!I WILL NOT BE BACK

The wax technician did an amazing job on my eyebrows. They never looked so full. The price for waxing was reasonable. Even though they were busy I was able to get in fairly quickly.

I have visited this shop multiple times, mainly for pedicures, and there hasn’t been any major problems. HOWEVER, today was TERRIBLE!! The employees were late for opening, with no apologies to the us all who had been waiting. They came in with bad attitudes, excluding one worker, and not wanting to answer customers when asked questions. Aside from waiting 2 hours for a pedicure I never got, the manager was rude. Myself and others complained of the long wait time and how no one even approached us just to simply say “sorry for the wait, someone will be with you shortly”, the manager was rude, holding his hand up to us as a gesture to tell us to be quiet. Other technicians were ignoring customers when they asked for help. I waited so long that the water got cold. It’s understanding that it’s a holiday weekend so shops are more packed, but theres a way to conduct good business, especially when the customers in this neighborhood are the reason for your shops income. I would be a fool to overlook this day and continue to give my money. And this is why I rarely give my money to nail shops.

Do not visit this nail shop! The service is poor and the male workers are very rude to customers. There are too many other nail shops in the area. Take your money elsewhere, where it is appreciated.

The owner is rude there is only a selected few who knows how to really do nails. The owner told me once that he doesn’t speak English. I got cut with the nail file and he wouldn’t even give me a discount. They don’t care about us at all. I only go here because it’s convenient, in the area, and I can’t find any one else to do my nails like this one particular person in the shop. My main issue with this shop is that they are rude asl and don’t really care for the ppl they only want our money.

I got a pedicure done and the technician did not do them right. The Polish looked old when he finished. I dont think he put a top coat on there. When he called himself massaging my feet he started pulling my toes. And when he finished scrubbing the bottom of my feet he put the dirty tool back in the water while my feet was still in the water so now my feet is soaking in dead skin water. So gross I wont be going back here and I question the sanitary of the place.

Horrible customer service. Charged $33 for no chip manicure, my polish chipped in 6 days. Went back to get repolished, he only did one hand, color was darker than the other hand, told me if I wanted other hand done too that it would be $10. Workers are rude and impatient when the owner isnt present. Also their prices tend to change weekly. I paid $25 for a fill in today. Even though I paid $22 for a fill in two weeks prior. They have horrible customer service.

My nails are jacked up. He took no pride in doing my nails. One of my nails have heavy acrylic that it’s heavy. Omg I’ll never come here again. Please BEWARE!!!!!! And also why do they put plastic in their pedicure bowls. They don’t want our American dirty feet touching they stuff 😂.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Ben for 6 years, I’ve had sets that last months before getting a fill in. I went to get my nails done Friday and by Saturday my white no chip polish has chipped on 4 nails and 2 nails (my thumb and index finger) had broken. I went back on Monday to get them fixed and the girl who did them originally wasn’t there so I sat in someone else chair, he fixed the nails and polished them over (same color). Monday night my polish on my right thumb, pinky and middle finger chipped AGAIN! So my husband went with me to get them fixed, Ben at this time decided to fix them and polish them white again, well before I left the freaking shop the polish came completely off on my pinky. My husband is furious, Ben sends me to another tech and we finally got the color changed. WELL TODAY WHILE TYPING MY FREAKING RIGHT THUMB NAIL BROKE!!! I went in to get it fixed he claimed he was going by the list but called someone up who came in well after I did! All I wanted was my nail fixed but he’s lost a loyal customer of 6 years.

Not coming back here. I asked for a certain color and instead of saying they were out and letting me choose, they gave me some like color and I don’t like it. Prior to that they talked me into getting a fill in instead of a fresh set and my nails are chunky and ugly 😭 I just hate them. I’m done!!

This shop poorly ran, unorganized, they have terrible customer service and they’re slow. They will have you sign your name on a list just to sit and wait and still pick others over you. They don’t listen to their customers.

Very unprofessional the nail techs held me against my will and didn’t do my pedicure correctly he did a polish change and tried to charge me 30 and when I refused to pay him for a full service job they locked me in. I didn’t get all my service mani pedicure lashes and brows I would never come back here again. It’s a shame they was my regular spot

This place is unorganized and the staff is rude. I sat with my feet in cold water for 45 minutes, waiting to get a pedicure. When the woman came, she was just extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked a few questions about the types of polish they had no answers. Don’t waste your time.

They took me and my daughter right away however the pricing for no chip mani & pedi was a lil high and they were so thirsty for me to pay a week after I got my nails done two of my nails broke and chipped so I will not return
