Was hoping to find a new neighborhood spot, but unfortunately don’t think this is it. Had a 6:30 appointment for my mom and I and we are still currently sitting here past 7:40pm waiting to be seen. There’s also 5 other people behind us with appointments also waiting to be seen, so it would appear they’ve very seriously overbooked seeing as they close at 8pm and are this backed up. What’s the point of making an appointment ahead of time? No one has even spoken to us to apologize or communicate how much longer the wait will be. When I finally got someone to look in my direction I asked how much longer and she said two minutes—it’s since been 15. Really frustrated and disappointed. Won’t be returning.Update: my mom ended up leaving because it took so long, my services were rushed (looks fine) and I was still charged the full $65 after having to wait 1.5 hours

Great Prices Ive gotregular pedicures and acrylic gel nails almond shape. Nice work. They are usually busy so FYI even with an appointment you may wait but not for long.

This salon is great- very clean and the staff are really sweet. I got dip nails with tips and absolutely love them! My set costed $50 before the tip so I would say about average/not overpriced. Definitely recommend!

First time having my nails done here and had a great experience. I wish I knew my nail tech’s name, but she was very helpful and friendly. I did not have to make an appointment for my no chip and was in and out quickly. Very nice and clean inside and I love the hand mask gloves while getting my nails done. Will be back!

This is by far the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. All of the nail techs are very friendly and professional. Everytime I have been they have been able to take me without an appointment. Each manicure or pedicure I have received has looked amazing. Highly recommend!!

Ive been here 3 times now since they opened and I really like it! Very clean and comfortable. The staff is all super friendly! I tried the nail dip with Jenny today and she did an amazing job! Ping is always there and shes helped my husband and I before. She and everyone else there is awesome!

I was looking for a place that would accommodate 5 mani/pedis and this place made it happen. What a great experience we all had! It’s was my first time visiting and I’m definitely a regular customer moving forward!! My no chip mani is still intact 2 weeks later.. that almost never happens. You feel very relaxed and pampered after leaving this place.

This place is a hidden gem! Everyone so nice and it’s super clean ! I got a pink and white Ombré and I was in AWE When she was done ! Truly love this place. I will def be back ! ❤️💕

Pedi smooth skin lastest 3 days. Tech was in a rush to complete services and barely spoke English. Figure it out.

Made an appointment and showed up on time to be told I’d have to wait an extra 30 minutes. Please be more considerate to your customers and call them if this is going to be the case.

Poor nail doing so i just wanted to see how long acrylic would last nope this full set fail a week later after i took a shower they loosen and fall and so expensive to start $95 was waste of money plus my friend said they done bad nails on me my shape of my nails looked horrid never coming to this place ever

I called and made an appointment 3 days in advance and show up 10 minutes early. I was then told I would have to come back 45 minutes later so again I show up for my second appointment early. I then was left to sit and wait for 30 minutes before I had enough and walked out. There was zero communication saying they were sorry and would get to me soon. Will not go back there and definitely don’t recommend considering this place.

Nice, clean and friendly

I’ve been here 3 times now and had a good experience the first 2 times, which is why I’m giving them 3 stars. My experience yesterday was not so great. The place is clean and they have a huge selection of dip powder colors which I love, so those are good things. However, the woman who did my mani yesterday completely tore up my cuticles and left me with cuts all around my nails. It’s pretty painful and looks terrible. I wince every time my hands get wet because I literally have open wounds on my fingers. I really want to like this place so I might give it another chance and just request a different nail technician, but I’m really disappointed right now.

Chicago just reopened so I decided to get my nails done. This was my first time at Pink Nail. Did a no-chip Mani and regular Pedi for $65. Staff were very sweet and welcoming. The place was very clean and smelled great! Masks are required and they ask you to santize your hands when you walk in. They kept the door open for fresh air. The pedicure chairs are very comfy. You dont need a fancy massage chair to feel good. They gave you a nice hot towel as well. For my manicure, there was a face shield between me and the manicurist. They wrap your hands in a nice lotion mask the entire Mani which I liked and made my hands soft and smooth after. Overall, Ill definitely go back.

I took my best friend here for her bday so we could get mani/pedis. We had appts but they didnt even start on my friend until an hour later, even later than that for me. Disappointed there were no massage chairs, which I think is a big part of the experience. I felt the woman rushed through everything and didnt do a good job. Polish was sloppy and may have been old too, started looking bad within a day or 2.

My first experience here was AMAZING! I had been searching for a new spa since the one I had been going to began to lose its credibility with me. Everyone at Pink nail spa was nice and treated me with great customer service and the the atmosphere here was very RELAXED. Not hectic and loud like other places (Pedicure seats are very comfy). I got the milk and honey pedicure and manicure. Absolutely AMAZING! The nail tech took her time while making sure that I was both comfortable and pleased with my experience. I am happy to say that this is my NEW nail spa.

Pink is absolutely the most tidy and clean nail salon Ive seen. Great care and attention are paid by every member of the staff.

Called in the day-of, and they were able to accommodate me right away! It is super clean and they have tons of colors to choose from — and the staff is very nice! There are iPhone chargers at each pedicure chair and I was given a bottle of water right away. I also got a short shoulder massage while my toes dried! I will definitely be coming back.

Really, clean and not too expensive. They open earlier than some of the other nail salons in Wicker Park so we gave them a shot while visiting the neighborhood. My wife and I each got a mani-pedi and we’re very happy with the service and product.

Grace was amazing! One of the best pedicure/manicures I’ve ever had. The volcano pedicure experience is a must.

Not one to typically write these things, but I feel that my experience is worth noting. This was my first time here, and I really wanted to like this place since there are many great reviews. Similar to the other 1 star review on here, I went in for an acrylic fill, and I left in pain. Multiple nails were burning so badly during the service to the point that I mentioned it politely (and quietly) to my technician various times, to which she brushed it off. The drilling was very rough, the service was rushed, and she didn’t bother to tend to my cuticles either. 2-3 nails were also chipped and uneven afterwards. I wish I had said something before I left but did not want to be rude. My nails are still sore hours later. It could just be the one technician, but I would not go back.

Ever since being done w Spa Soak I’ve been hunting for an awesome local place. This spa beyond exceeds my expectations.

I really wanted to love this place. I live very close by and I was impressed with the way the place looks: very clean and pretty. The people working there also seem very nice. Since for the last 4+ years I have been getting no chip manicure regularly, I wanted to have a positive experience given the location’s convenience and aesthetics. Unfortunately, the service has been a disaster. They destroyed my nails. I arrived with a pre-existing no chip for a cleaning and a new manicure. The woman doing my nails started by filing the outer layer so hard that my nails started hurting. I respectfully pointed out that she was filling too hard and damaging my nails, so she switched to the electric drill, which was better. However, she did not soak the cotton with enough nail remover, so after 5 min or so of application, the polish on my nails was still hard. She then proceeded to force the polish off, including parts of my nails. She then used her nails to peel the polish and when that was not working she got back to filing it off. As a result of this brutal technique, my nails are extremely thin and feel wavy. I am concerned how my nails will look in a few weeks when I will have the polish removed and expect that I will need months to regrow my nails. My biggest regret is not leaving when I saw how she was ‘cleaning’ my nails. Additionally, the cuticle cleaning was poorly done. I would have done it better myself. This place has been a tremendous disappointment and it pains me to think that I will need months to recover from what they have done to my nails. Maybe my beautician had a bad day and my experience does not reflect the quality of the rest of the staff, but I would expect the management/owner to train and monitor their staff so that they would avoid techniques that are clearly damaging to the nail-bed. Unfortunate because they clearly invested into the physical site of this location, but I cannot recommend their service and regret getting my nails done there.
