When we arrived I was greeted by name. They showed us where to pick out our color and were seated right away. The restrooms were clean. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and chic. I will definitely be back.

I saw them sanitizing surfaces and everything looked and smelled really clean. My tech was really kind and easy to talk to. She was very thorough and gentle, but she did a great job and I will definitely be going back to see her.

I love it here. The first time I went to B & W I got the person I came in their for. All my girlfriends were recommending B & W nails but mostly recommending Kelly. I love Kelly with all my heart! She does a fantastic job every time I come in. I come in every two weeks like clockwork and each time I’m beyond satisfied. She has excellent customer service and she has truly mastered her craft.

I decided to try out this salon after recently moving to the area and needing a salon closer to home. My nail tech was very quick, but her work was excellent! I will came back!!

Everyone there is nice. All staffs great. They knows how to design nails. If you have something in mind and you show her, shell let you know if she can do it or not. I really recommend this place.

I came in July 9th 2021 to get my nail polish change the price is 40 dollars. I have no chip when the nail tech took the polish off she burn me when she put the new polish on it was Lumpy. She did not shape my nails or reshape them everything was a extra cost! She saw a cuticle out of place she did not remove it or fix it if you look closely in the pictures the nails are thick due to the no chip the work is disgusting and on top of that the sides of my nails arent polished! LUMPY, TOO THICK AND ILL SHAPED NAILS DONT DO IT!

This is my first time getting my nails done and I was very nervous. My nail tech was very understanding and she always asked if I was in pain or did this hurt. She was very careful with every stroke!!

I just recently started going to this new shop because my cousin recommended them to me. The first time I came I got Kelly and she did amazing. Now every time I go I only want her lbs. Kelly is one of the main reason why this place getting five stars from me, they also have amazing service and the establishment is really clean. But Kelly delivers every time I come even if I come with a picture she will make it happen.

Services werent rushed or half-done, our pedicures were very thorough. The salon looked clean and nice and the atmosphere there was very calm and relaxing.

I paid $40 for a full set of gel nails and the color that I was going for was a natural color like a clear beige Brown if that makes sense and the nail tech came out with a pink color so I trusted him because the other time that I was here the nail tech came out with nail polish that he said I would like so I figured okay they know what theyre doing. However I didnt like how it came out. In the first picture is how he finished them and then I went back like right away I didnt even leave the parking lot and I got a different color and I still wasnt satisfied because I felt like he was just rushing me out the door. Also he asked me what type of shape that I wanted if I wanted square or coffin and I said coffin and clearly you can see in the nails that it is not coffin shape. The first time that I went to BWN I had a different nail technician his name was Tim and I really liked him because he took his time and he heard what I had to say and he wasnt rushing his job. The picture with the ring is from when I went to Tim, if you go ask for him.

They did a great job on my pedi, over all did a good job. Very clean nail salon, lots of options for colors and custom services is always nice!

I really enjoy this place. All of the staff and I do mean all of the staff are so polite and professional. They are focused completely on making sure you are getting what you desire for your manicures, pedicures and facial needs.

First time here and i had jason as my tech he was funny but did not care how my nails were done he rushed through them sloppily and they are lumpy as heck and poorly done. He then quoted me 55 and i get to the pay desk and he tried to charge me 65!!!

Just received service yesterday and I must say the service was great. The lady whom name on the receipt is named Tracy is phenomenal. She not only took her time but when she does your nails you can tell she likes to be a perfectionist bc she would constantly relook over her work once she completed a task and if she wasn’t satisfied she would fix right away. Received a full set ombré and the time in the nail shop was only an hour surprising. All nails the same length as well as full set is straight. I was also impressed with the price very reasonable. Very polite and professional setting. I have found my new go to spot on getting my nails done, can’t wait to go back after being pregnant to try out the service on pedicures

Good service, Great people. very friendly and welcoming. Got a full set, Matte No Chip, not the best job but Im happy with them. The nail tech was very nice and talkative. Not the cleanest place but they do sterilize their equipment so I wasnt too worried. Although one of my nails is crooked and 3 of them are lumpy due to the gel polish, Ive seen and had worse for a much higher price

Absolutely terrible manicure. Lady was complaining the entire time, didn’t want to put white on my toes because she didn’t know how to neatly do it. My mani had polish all over the cuticles and when I told her to fix she basically made it worse.

Bad service on eyebrow

First time visitor. I was so happy with this nail salon. Im always apprehensive when it comes to trying new places. They were very welcoming. The lady who did my nails knew exactly how I want my nails. I walked out of there energized, relaxed and happy. I will be returning for sure.

After a 3 hour wait I paid $130 with tip for my daughter’s nails that 3 days later started popping off like press on and they wanted her to wait 3 additional hours to get them fixed all while yelling at me as if I did something wrong don’t ever use this place ghetto hot mess.

I have to say this place is just the best! They always have the for me and my friends. My technician was very thorough with my pedicure . Definitely coming back ! This will be my go to salon from now on !

I found my new nail place! I just moved to the area, and I needed to redo my nails. Had their mani pedi. They were meticulous, careful, very nice, and it was so relaxing. They did a great job of removing my old shellac, barely any scraping involved! It definitely got busy as the afternoon went on, but they did a great job keeping up with everyone even with a smaller staff. Will definitely be coming back.

I just walked in because it was the only nail salon open on a randomly snowy day. Im amazed. Kelly worked on my nails and did an awesome job. After every step she asked me to inspect my nails to make sure I was happy with them. Not many nail technicians do this and its so important. I recommend this place! The price is nice too 👌

If i can give this place -1 stars I would. The guy who has a secluded station next to the window is horrible. Youd swear he just started doing nails last week. He didnt clean up my nail or cuticles before starting the process and my nails were crooked and bumpy. I had to constantly tell him to fix them.

Very quick to seat you. Also very quick service, I paid for a manicure and my cuticles were barely touched. The massage was with oil and rough hands. Not relaxing at all definitely not worth an extra $10. My no-chip wasnt cleaned up and my nails are basically glued to my skin. Definitely not worth the $30. Also, the atmosphere is nowhere near relaxing or clean. Dont recommend.

Chairs are small...the service is not of quality at all! They put you in the chair to soak your feet quick and you wait 30 minutes before someone actually works on your feet. They rush you out when they do work on you and have bad attitudes. They rush you to pay even before the work is done. First and last time going to this salon!!

HOPE THIS DOESNT GET DELETED. 0 STARS. Been going here for years but finally stopped because of the rude nail techs. I was going to the man by the window for a year + and I was always nice. Stopped going to him because when I started to ask him to fix the imperfections he told me Im too picky now, like thats not his job and he walked away from me as I started to talk back, like a coward. Started to go to another male tech in the same salon but he was rude too. And when you tell the manager all he says is if you dont like it then you can go somewhere else. Literally every time I would go in there was always 1 person getting yelled at and arguing with customers and the manager would literally say the same thing to everyone. The eyelash station was always filthy and looked the same as when they close and open. Ive never seen it cleaned in the all years going. I stopped recommending this place to ppl and stopped going there myself. Rude staff and filthy work area.

So happy with her work and my mani and pedi. My mother and sisters were so impressed they will be going to her on their next visit. She is an artist.

The gentleman that has been doing my nails for a few months, Andy, does a great job! His acrylics and no-chip manicures were always beautifully done! However, after my services this evening, a man that said he was the owner did my check-out. I noticed he kept swiping my card and when I asked him why, he said the system was down. I asked him to please not swipe it again, as I was preparing to pay him in cash instead. He replied Its only $30, not $1 million. I told him I didnt care what the amount was, its MY money and I dont want multiple debits out of my account. He continued berating me loudly in front of everyone in the waiting area and acting as though my little money didnt matter. While I love Andys personality and workmanship, I will NOT give my hard-earned money to someone rude, ignorant, and entitled enough to think my funds or my business dont matter!

What a great place!!! This was my second trip to Beauty World nail and it doesnt get any better than this! My family and I took a birthday/girls day out and had manis and pedis done at Beauty World nail. What a treat. Everyone was friendly and their attention to detail is worth every penny. I must say I will be back because we loved it!!!!

Well today I specifically went in for lashes, my second time ever and since January. In January I got them done here and LOVED them (individuals) I didnt remember the lady name or face. Today the last that did them had it wayyyyyyyy to thick for #My looking. I told her, I guess she was upset she started speaking in her language. IDC I didnt like it wasnt going to wear so she took it off and I paid for my brows. And left. Went to another salon hot them done, like I like them and very natural looking. My eyebrows looks nice tho. I wouldnt count them out.

The eyelash and brows area is very unorganized. I recommend they take numbers. You have to be careful and pay attention because someone will take your spot. The owner or manager who sits at the front will not accommodate you if there is a problem.

I always recommended this nail salon since they opened because they had good service most of the time, but I went back recently and the guy that helped me was on his phone the entire time. He kept trying to hide it but when he constantly opens the drawer to text and watch videos it’s very obvious. Since he was in his phone the work done was not the best. One of my nails broke less than 4 hours after I got them done and I wasn’t even doing anything I haven’t done before. Eventually when I had the nails taken off, we realized that they were glued on to my skin so now I have missing skin on my both my thumbs, which hurts and I have to be extremely careful so the cuts don’t get bigger and so they are able to heal. Since I have missing skin my real nails also broke in places that should not be broken because they’re on actual skin. Never going back and it was a good place a few years back.

The clientele is ratchet so the nail ppl automatically assume thats the case for everyone and automatically and always have an attitude. Cant do designs. Or wont. Their no chip is not done properly and chips in a couple of days. The eyebrow wax and tint is probably the only decent service but for what you have to put up with Id rather go elsewhere. I only go here if Im desperate!
