Quick, but they have some deceptive practices. When you ask for a pedicure, instead of asking the type, they automatically perform the deluxe pedicure instead of the standard. The deluxe is $10 extra and it really isnt worth it. They slap a hot towel on your leg with what seems to be aloe vera gel. Please specify standard pedicure and verify the price before allowing the technician to begin.

Great salon. Ive been serviced by Milo, Jackie and Silvia and they are all wonderful! I fall in love when techs actually shape my natural nails nicely and they do every time! If youre like me and have tried many loop nail salons looking for consistency, its here, I promise.

Best place for nails. They always work with my schedule, managing to fit me in when I only have 30 mins. Everyone here is nice and friendly and everything is clean. Milo is great, but really everyone here is. I’ve had fake nails for over ten years, and the set they gave me had lasted longer than any I’ve ever had. This is a pic of my nails over 2 weeks later. I highly recommend.

Speedy service. The manicurist was very kind and gave me beautiful nails. I got a simple manicure and pedicure, no chip. It last for almost a month. It was affordable and easy to access at the Thompson Center. I would go there again.

The nail tech convinced me to get a dip manicure and the polish on my nails cracked on the same day. I am so disappointed. She tried to fix them again and they still cracked the next day. And I was charged 60 dollars for this manicure.

My wife got her nails done with the no chip feature... and guess what yall?... guess what happened a week later?... the nail was still a no chip finish... my first time seeing my wifes nails survive a week with all she does with her hands... eyem shocked!!!... overall 9/10

All of the nail techs are wondeful and Kim is my favorite. Clean, relaxing and the workers are nice.

Pedicures are nice. I did have one bad experience where nail tech used a nail file on top of my foot and left a cut. I won’t be going to her anymore, but the other 2 times my pedicure was done nicely.

Didnt listen to what I wanted, work was sloppy and looked amateur and they didn’t allow correction to what I wanted. I said coffin shape and she lied and said what I wanted would break . I’ve have coffin shape and never broken. They are rude don’t have good time management and charge too much for amateur work. I had to get a soak off and spend elsewhere.

This is the only place where each and every nail tech does an awesome job. Very friendly atmosphere. They are amazing!!!!!

Showed up as a walk-in, quickly got in, lovely shiny red pedi just in time for the holidays! They did a super job!

The lady rushed my fill-in and polish was not smooth due to her not buffing and electric filing enough smh. I will never go here again after a second time of bad service.

The lady was super nice but one side of all my nails was short and the other was long. I am kinda disappointed but pretty colors.

Received great service. I enjoyed working with Mary, even though she cut one of my cuticles a little short to draw blood, but she immediately fixed it and apologized. I will go back again, and see if I can make myself a regular there.

I would come here during my lunch break because the service Ive recieved has been consistently good. Now that Ive transitioned companies I still come back and will continue as long as the service level remains.

Im usually very understanding when it comes to some things not going as planned but man on man. Not only were the staff not welcoming, the nail technician was filing my nail so aggressively that she ended cutting me and to make matters worse when she went back to that specific nail she was filing my skin which made the cut deep. At that point I was too scared for her to touch my nail because it really hurt. Honestly just go to your local nail place. This is not worth it and super pricy for ppl to be cutting you or making your nail bleed. Learning experience

Normally I like this place. But today was my last time visiting. When it was time to pay, they ask for cash and then say well our credit card machine is down. I rarely carry cash. So I ask how am I suppose to pay. They inform me that I need to leave a personal item as collateral, then walk over to a atm to get money. I leave my phone, go and pay a fee for using a atm that wasnt my banks and return. I ask, so what type of discount do i get for the inconvenice, the receptionist informs me that well you could have just left your card information and we charge it when the system comes up. Um NO! This is a nail shop, im not leaving my card information with you! This is not a good business practice. Im not trusting them to tear up my information once its charged. The best thing they could have done was told me up front the credit card machine was done and I could have went to get money or came back another day. This place is so greedy for money its ridiculous. They definitely arent they best, I just come here because the location is close to my job. But thats ok, not again.

If you want it to look like a drunk monkey who is addicted to meth did your nails...go there.The technician was rough - I asked for round shape and got a rigid sort or square, 2 nails cracked down the center when she decided to cut them after applying acrylic, the polish is bumpy and the length of the nails are completely uneven. This is even after I repeatedly asked her to fix up the filing. After all that she attempted to tell me how great she was HA! Lesson learnt, never will I go back there. I would give a negative star if there was a feature to do so.

Went back after having my nails done because the no chip started pealing off. They refused to give me my money back and made a scene in front of the customers. I will now dispute with my credit card. Over 60 dollars for my nails to look like crap. They rush you there and its not relaxing atall. BEWARE!!!!
