I have used Derby nail bar a couple of times now and I will probably never go anywhere else. I have been able to get my appointments the same day I call. They work quickly and have been spot on with my requests each time. The ladies here are true artists!

All of the ladies are fantastic and very good. I like to experiment with different styles and they never disappoint. Great atmosphere to relax and get pampered. Many of my customers at work compliment me on my nails and ask who does them. I happily send them to Derby Nail Bar and will continue to do so:)

I hardly ever get my nails done, but was impressed. The staff was so friendly & got our whole group in quickly.

If I could rate no stars I would. I had the quickest pedicure of my life a whole 15 minutes. It was terrible! The water was scolding hot. She cut me twice when she was cleaning my cuticles. Didnt even put a top coat on my nails. The experience was not worth $40 and I would never recommend them to anyone.

This place was great but sometimes they rush to get you done.

Asked for a design they didnt offer, but they were more than willing to go above and beyond to get the design! First time with dip nails, and they are great! But since I work with my hands all the time, my penguins didnt last as long as I had hoped! Super nice and friendly

First time I’ve ever been here. That was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Totally worth the money and they were so nice and accommodating. 10/10 will be back!

Derby Nail bar is beyond friendly and always does an amazing job. Tiffiany is super talented. Michelle the owner makes you feel like part of the family. Go see them you wont be sorry😍

While my pedicure was wonderful, I was somewhat unhappy because my friend & I waited almost an hour, even though I had booked appointments for us! I will not be back!

I absolutely love this establishment. My nails always look great and Michelle knows me by name and always asks about my kiddos. I love being known. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I think this was by far the best i have been to the ladies were nice and gentle and did a fantastic job on my nails.

The ladies did a horrible job when asked to correct they started talking in their native tung calling names. I understand slightly and also have my translator app on. I was called a “Super Cow”!! I laughed and she gave me a weird look like “You understood”. Got left at the blue light table and forgotten about.

Ive been to this salon multiple times. Im more disappointed than satisfied. They do not know basic shapes like stiletto or almond, and my nails are always lumpy. I had one very good experience, but the rest are horrible. Ive come here for convenience, as its the closest to my house, but Ive reached the point that I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes to get a decent mani.

I called & asked for what I had before they knew I had already got my nails done and they gave me a total of $38 not bad at all right no then I told them I was just in there and I feel like I was over charged I paid $92! My pedi is fine! But my nails where a fill with shellac & chrome on 4 fingers over the phone before I said anything she said a fill with shellac and 4 fingers chrome only $38 but as soon as I told them I felt like i was over charged they started changing all the prices on me smh never going again!

This is a lovely nail salon. It is quiet, clean, and very friendly. They take appointments as well as walk-ins. They offer a wide array of services and have a multitude of color options. The staff is skilled and professional.

I get the same lady every time. She is nice & does a good job. I’m able to put in my headphones to listen to a book while getting my toes done. I get to sit back with my eyes closed enjoying the massage chair & she just taps my foot when it’s time to switch. She is awesome!

I had my sisters daughters nails done( a full set of acrylics)for her birthday and they did A horrible job.. they were all misshapen and the hearts looked like a 3 year old painted them on. And then then they were smudged. When I brought her back to fix them all they did was jabber to each other in their language thinking nobody could understand.. I turned on my voice translate and turns out they were very rude about it and actually calling us names!.. But I will say they did try to fix em but wasnt worth it at all!! We wont be back 😕

I highly suggest this nail salon, not only because my mother is the owner, but because personally I do think that the nail salon has respectful workers, and has a respectable price and quality to be a local salon. It may seem like the workers are introverted at times, but you cant judge them completely just because they might not understand how to speak English. I promise to all customers that our workers are all working hard on learning English, and on learning how to respond to questions. I apologize if some of the workers can be rude sometimes, a few of our workers do have a very snappy attitude, but the owner works with them to help them improve in their attitudes and their skill.( P.S., can yall not be rude )

Made an appointment and i got there early and they didn’t take me until 30 min after my appointment time. and then she didn’t ask what shape i wanted. but other than that i had a great experience and came out loving my nails. i recommend

I cant understand the workers because they only know a couple words of English. My nails also popped off in a couple days! A complete waste of $55. Ridiculous.

Best nail salon ive ever been to. They were so kind and nice and took so much time to do what we asked. Never been pampered like that before. They even give us hand/arm massages. Tina and Mimi were AMAZING!!

Michelle did a wonderful job. I have ridges in my nails from poorly removed acrylics at another salon, and after having them done here you can’t even see them! Thank you!

My nail tech didnt speak much English so the owner kept coming over when I was telling the tech what I wanted. She cut the pinky nail to the exact length I wanted but then cut all the rest really short so those tips had to be taken off and redone. The nails have stayed on for 5 weeks which I really appreciate but the shape isnt what I wanted.

After getting a botched nail job in Wichita. I came to Derby Nail bar and Debbie did a fantastic job on my nails. I left with exactly what I asked for. My nails are shaped perfectly and look fantastic!

Tiffany was AMAZING! But I’m not sure how this happens. Underneath the top coat was wet.My mother-in-law’s nails smudged after 20 minutes of getting them done. I’m tired of coming here and being disappointed.

Came here on Mothers Day and enjoyed my experience very much! The ladies were all very nice and spoke English just fine. The owner was very accommodating as the salon was closing in 30 minutes but I called beforehand and she said she would stay open for me and a friend to get Pedis and manis. I tried the dips for the first time and like them, they are very strong but I wasnt in love with the shape; probably my own fault for not knowing exactly what I wanted.

This is a great place to get pedicures. Linda and Annie are wonderful. Very affordable!

Never going to go back there, the lady who did my nails had headphones in so when i tried to tell her i didn’t like my nails she couldn’t hear me so when they were done i had to go to a different person and ask for them off and they were trying to charge 30 dollars at first to get them off and they didn’t even get them off all the way.

I was able to get in without waiting. Was told about the dipping technique. Im very happy with it.

I went with my daughter for a girls day out and we enjoyed ourselves, the service was awesome. The nail techs took their time with us and didnt rush through which was nice since both of us have sensitive hands, and my tech...although I feel bad not remembering her name because she was so so nice, we had the best conversation the entire time that it was almost as if we had known each other before this. I love the atmosphere and vibe of it inside as it is calm and quiet to relax.....Ill be going back.

My friend and I went and one of the ladies was soooo rude my friend just stopped her process and asked for someone else. I had a very nice lady but 2 of my nails just popped right off the nxt day, so did my friends. I went back got it done then other ones just popped off I just took them all off after only having them in for 1 wk. My friend went the next day to get hers all redone. Poor quality.
