Store said they open at 10 didn’t open until 10:30..Then didn’t see me until 12:15. Put my feet to soak for I don’t know how long. It’s 1:15 and they barely attended me. Then they only have certain Colors..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE LADIES!!!

The nails were cute but I went on easter and the lady rushed through doing it. Even though I had waited for two other people to get theres done. She didnt paint the nails completely from side to side.Ive been to get my eyebrows done, which was fine, but I definitely wont be going back to get my nails, or toes done

The staff was very nice thats why I gave them 2 stars. But one of my nails came off in 2 days!!! My nails are very weak and about to come off as well and it has only been 1 week!! Plus theyre very over priced!!! I paid $38 for a regular pedi and $133 for my nails!!! I shouldve listened to the other reviews!! Dont waste your money!! Way to high for nothing!!! Theyre trying to make us pay these high prices, because of the pandemic!! But they have to realize is that yall was not the only one affected!!! People lost their jobs and cant afford to pay those ridiculous prices for some nails and toes!!! I want be back!!! Food for thought the covid-19 interrupted the entire economy and yall should take that into consideration before you keep losing out on people coming to your establishment!!! And start telling the customers the price before you do the work, because not everyone has the money you asking!!! Your work doesnt nit equal the amount of money you ask from your customers!!!

Hands down the best service my wife has received above all other nail salons. Attention to detail is the reason she loves this place and to top it off the ambient/environment is very peaceful compared to other shops. Would not give my money anywhere else, highly recommended!

I got my nails done here today for the first time after this shut down. They did exactly what I wanted. And the good thing is u can even order Vietnamese good through them from next door. Ill be going tmw with my daughters for theirs as well.

This young guy did my nails and he didnt even prep my nails. He was rushing the whole time. Very uncomfortable. If you cant seem to work at a nail shop and take ur time and rush thru it and make you feel uncomfortable you shouldn’t work at a nail salon.Over prices nails for a simple little set. Paid 45 for short red nails. I could have gotten something better somewhere else for 45$

YOUR NAILS WILL POP OFF IN A WEEK!WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE!I was referred to this shop by someone I saw in the grocery store who nails I absolutely loved, she specifically recommended Peter.I decided to schedule an appointment with Peter to get my nails done for my vacation that I was going on that week. Initially, I loved my nails, they were super cute, I was satisfied with the service and intended on making 3D nails the shop that I would go to for all future services. However, my nails started popping off. The first nail came off while I was on vacation, I wasnt upset because it was only one nail, so I went back to the shop after getting back from my vacation and a different nail technician fixed it for me. I was satisfied with the repair, but literally 2 days after getting it fixed, another nail popped off! This time while I was at work. At that point, I no longer wanted the nails on, I didnt want to risk anymore popping off or having to waste more time getting them repaired, so I called the manager of the nail shop and explained to him that I wanted the nails removed and a partial refund, he told me to come into the shop. When i arrived to the shop, they refused to accommodate my request of a PARTIAL refund and instead insisted on repairing my nail .... AGAIN, we went back in forth but i eventually decided not to waste any more of my time and had a lady remove my nails without a refund.Not only did I waste $50 on nails that had to be removed in a week and didnt get any type of compensation for the inconvenience or poor nail job, but shortly after being told I would not receive a refund, Peter began talking mess about me to one of the clients he was working on! Keep in mind, I did not make a scene and I was not disrespectful, I simply expressed how unhappy I was with the service I received.Im pretty sure that he has had to dealing with a lot of crazy and irritate client, but it is unfortunate that he has let that diminish his work ethic and overall professional demeanor. I was only asking for $25 out of the $75 dollars that I gladly paid for my nails back, and I had intentions on returning to the shop again DESPITE THE WAY MY NAILS CAME OUT. But after the way he handled the situation, I do not intend on going back and instead will be telling all of my friends, family, and coworkers about my experience and will proceed to file a claim with the BBB.Overall, this shop is good at nail art, but it would be a waste of money to go here, I do not recommend supporting this business.

This is by far the WORST nail shop in Chicago! They’re dirty (they have mold in the pedicure bowls and all over the sink area), the nail techs are extremely rude and they have horrible customer service. After seeing the mold I decided not to get my feet done, and to instead spent $55 on a full set and my nails starting coming off literally the nxt day. I should’ve followed my first mind when saw the other negative reviews but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they also had good reviews. I was wrong, there is no way that the good reviews are genuine because this shop is all around horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I went in a few days ago on Sunday. Only shop close to me that was open so I went. The lady who did my nails, her name is like Dianne or something, was rushing through my nails . She didn’t measure my nails so they’re uneven, she didn’t put my nails under the real nail dryer she put a little beat down fan on my nails. She was rushing to get on her phone. She was done with my nails within 15 minutes because she rushed. My nails have so many air bubbles in them, one hand’s nail are much longer than the other side, and MY NAILS ARE EXTREMELY LOOSE. I bumped my nail and paint was messed up because she didn’t put me under the table light. I don’t even want to touch my nails, I feel like they’re going to fall off. Also there was a piece of black dust or whatever on my nail paint and she painted over it, instead of redoing it, forgetting to add the clear top coat. This is the worse my nails has ever been ! She needs to stay off that damn phone !

Friendly people, Clean place, Calm and Great price but the final coat she put on the top looks kinda funky since she started rushing after seen more people kept coming in I’ll come back just to give them a second try but overall the people that work in there are friendly.

Went to go get my nails and they rushed it! My nails came out so uneven and it’s been a week and a bunch of air bubbles are starting to appear. All my nails are cut different sizes
