I love this nail shop! They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond in order to make sure I am satisfied. They get to know their customers personally, and are extremely honest. I have been going there for a couple of years now, and I have witnessed their kindness and patience on several occasions as they made special accommodations for their customers. I never go anywhere else!

I attended this shop on 7/28/18 to get a pedicure and gel overlay. I needed them done ASAP and was in the area and googled nail shops with great ratings and i must say they lived to their expectations. The customer service was great, some talking to customers but not too much and with a sense of humor. My feet turned out great and my nails were just how i wanted with the confirmation of the owner which i loves. To top it off the prices are VERY reasonable compared to where i usually go and at a great quality. I’ve found my new nail shop home, i will be returning.

If I could give no stars I would. I was coming here for over 10 years When Vicky owned this place it stayed packed and service was fast a accurate, but now even before the fighting incident they have horrible service, the short bold guy almost drilled a hole through my nail doing a fill in and then laughed about it, the tint they used for eyebrows broke me out to the point where I had sore in my eyebrows for weeks..the only service that was good was from the older lady who does the pedicures

Ive been getting my nails done here for more than ten years now. Vicky and the rest of the staff are truly a joy. Very clean, professional, polite, family oriented and reasonably priced. And did I mention they can slay the hell outta some nails. Id recommend them to anybody near or far.

Looks like this place was finally shut down, thanks to the passionate community members who took action on behalf of the sister who was assaulted by the owner of this shop. If you disrespect one in our community, you disrespect us all. No respect, no check! If you decide to relocate, we will find you and close you down...

Ive been there before the service was not great,had many complaints about their technics on applying nail. This visit I could not cross the protestors in front due to a customer being treated badly. It wasnt all the fault the nail salon,the customer did attempt to walk out without paying.

Got my hands and feet done, my feet felt so good after. Very nice people, good service. I will be back.

The lady who did my feet was excellent and also the one who did my eyebrows was excellent as well.

This salon has roaches crawling around the work stations and out of their UV lights. I was still charged top dollar even though I got my no chip mani standing up to prevent roaches from crawling on me. Also, the salon manager was in an argument with another customer. The experience was horrible. If you want to be pampered or if you need to relax do not go here.

I enjoyed the service I was driving by honestly I assume it was black own when I decided to go in however its not but they seems like they have been in the community so long that the culture has blended I will go back ..... Even though Im a super duper black own business supporter if I dont go on 79th and Vincennes I will go here its right around my house and they all seems cool in this spa

Poor service, don’t waste your money

They done a rush job on my nails and I hated them. When I complain they were speaking broken English and tried to convince me that it’s the right way and it’s ok. I didn’t give her tip for her dishonesty.

My mom just left out this shop way too upset. There was a black guy worked here and I guess hes no longer there anymore. Someone had asked what happened to him and the owner KEVIN said that the young black guy had died and laughed about it (which hes not) . I dont recommend this place to anyone after the original family left. The new owners just seemed to be money hungry

Just move and provide services to others elsewhere. The people have spoken they dont want you there. You are now under the spotlight not only by the community, local governed agencies but around the World. I hope you never do business again.

I came here on 07/18/2018, day before my birthday to get Pedicure, Eyelashes and Eyebrows arched. I’ve been coming here for last 3 years and never had any issues. The lady who normally does my lashes usually does a great job. Well this time, my eyelashes were uneven on one side and my polish chipped off one of my toes. I didn’t notice my eyelashes were uneven until I arrived at work later this day! I was unable to go back to the shop until Saturday 07/21/2018 because I live in Indiana and I had to work everyday after the 18th until the 21stz When I came back on 07/21/2018 to inform of my issues, the Korean guy asked me what did I need when I walked in and I informed him of my issues very politely but he had 2 customers he was currently working on at the time that was sitting there when he asked me this and after I told him my issues he said I was giving them a bad name in front of his customers and tried to tell me that my eyelashes and toes were over a week old that’s why they were messed up and became very angry with me and started speaking to me very rudely. I then had to inform him that I was just here 3 days ago to receive these services the day before my birthday and my bank statement could prove it.I never used a loud or rude tone with him because I wasn’t even angry or upset, I knew my issues were easy fixes. It’s a shame to say because of his rude and upset behavior, I will never in my life set foot in this establishment again and I will tell all of my friends and family.& just to prove I was not just an obnoxious customer trying to just get extra services for free I still tipped the lady who fixed my eyelashes but I am very hurt and dissatisfied with the rude and disrespectful behavior of the Korean guy that sits at the front desk by the door!

Why hit someone for something so small. Bar them. Now its gonna cost them
