I would give no stars if I could. The women were unvaccinated and rude about putting on masks. They were very slow in doing their work, and they didnt do a good job cleaning. For example, there are crumbs visible on my kitchen floor that they supposedly cleaned. This was a bad experience and cost a lot, especially in light of how little they accomplished.

Incredible service. Easy to use, thorough job, cute touches (they even arranged my table in a cute way after I left it a mess!) Definitely recommend.

Job well done at a very reasonable price. The maids showed up on time and left the apartment in great shape. It was only a one-time clean, since I was moving out, but my wife and I were very happy we decided to hire someone else to clean our apartment instead of doing it ourselves. Would recommend.

After just having a baby, we decided to get the house cleaned so it was one less thing to do. Access got is scheduled quickly for a super spring clean. The maids were on time and did a great job cleaning our house. I would recommend and plan to use again.

Called them for a last minute apartment cleaning at 10am, they had 2 maids over by 3:45pm. They completed the job in an hour and a half and did a great job. Very thankful for the short notice cleaning, I highly recommend Access Maids.

It was so easy to book using their online page. I was able to click and select every task I wanted completed. When I called to check that things went through, I was able to speak with someone. Two polish ladies showed up exactly on time, they were friendly and were easy to communicate with. I had a deep clean service which involved cleaning the floor inside the coat closet, inside the cabinets, baseboards, the patio, etc. I have a two bed and two bath condo which these ladies worked together for 3 hours to clean. I am very impressed with this company and will use them again.

So I hired Access Maids to clean my empty Townhouse back at the end of September, request a full clean, even ceiling fans. After the first cleaning, I noticed some of the floors were still dusty as well as the ceiling fans. They sent somebody out again. Still not clean. They had to come out a 3rd time, still questionable quality. I should have just sprayed some Windex and wiped them down myself, hind site. Bill was $473.00 with tax. They had 4 cleaners in there for roughly 2.7 hours according to the bill, $40 per cleaner per hour. Their bill is also not detailed on time spent, tax applied or anything. It just said $40 per hour, then said $433, without noting the hours, and then $473 which I determined to be tax.I had new Tenants Moving in November 1st and decided to use a different company as the new tenants requested it. They sent 2 cleaners, the bill was automatically $270 cause there was a 3 hour minimum for a weekend appointment.Basically find it odd that it took 4 cleaners the same amount of time as it took the 2 cleaners from the alternate company and nearly a $200 price difference in services.I would not recommend this company for future use. They either take their sweet time cleaning or purposely run the time up for a larger bill, clearly as a comparison between this company and a completely different one.

The move out cleaning service that I ordered was completely unsatisfactory. Many of the specific request that I picked out on their menu such as cleaning the baseboard, wall, door frame, light switches, blinds, the closet, dog hair, tile were NEVER DONE. The cost of the service was $312 ($40/hr, 2 hours and 50 mins with 2 people) and honestly i truly believe they spent about 30 mins in my apartment and that was it.I emailed and called the company immediately after I have received the poor service. However 8 hours later, they charged my credit card. I further emailed them and then they said they want to make up for the service 2 days later but it was too late I had already need to hand the keys to my tenant.I followed up again and demanded a full refund. They said that they dont offer refund due to their terms and condition and said Please note all unpaid invoices are sent to the 3rd party for collection. (see screenshots below) I totally felt that was a threat.Good luck with you all using Access Maid.

We have a decent sized apartment with lots of nooks and crannies and ground to cover, and Access Maids cleans every inch well! This was my first time using cleaning service. Accessmaids did excellent job. First I made an appointment online, and I loved it very much. I was offered multiple choices, went through the list and pick up what I needed. It was a breeze. Later I received reminder. It was very convenient. Cleaning was excellent. I was very pleased. I use Accessmaids for both regular monthly cleaning and for move-out cleaning when I have new tenants moving in. They have been reliable 90% of the time, but this is now the 2nd time theyve canceled on me last minute for a move-out cleaning which leaves me scrambling to find someone else before new tenants move in. I can understand rescheduling regular cleaning, but these last two cancelations have me very upset.

Most mediocre cleaning services I had ever paid. I feel I got robbed $125 dollars + I left $25 dollars tip. I have pictures but cant upload them.Every single piece of furniture was dusty as hell, you could see they only dusted the front area, front area. The kitchen floor had stains spots and crumbs in every corner. I paid extra for the bathroom antibacterial treatment and when I came back home there was hair (my wife and from my shaving) in the tub, sink and I wont even mention behind the toilet. The porch was exactly the way I left it, they didnt took the trash out. And I could keep going but you have the idea.I wrote an email to the support group and the told me they will send someone again without charge, they gave us a few options and we picked Monday 18 and the window time was from 11:30 to 4pm, we both work, so I spoke with my mother in Law and she made arrangements in her part time job so she could be home for Accessmaids, after almost 5 hours waiting for them, I got an email at 4pm telling me they just saw my replay, from 3 days ago, and they were not going to make it. WHAT??? After missing a work day because in first place you did a nasty job?? IRRESPONSIBLE!!!

I Contacted Edna and she responded quickly. They came out the following week. I was so impressed. My house was clean from the ceiling to the floors. I am scheduling them to come out once a month. I will be referring them to all my friends.

These guys are reliable and trustworthy. Ive been using them on and off since 2016. Theyll fold your laundry, do your dishes, base boards, they bring all of their own stuff (vacuum included) and they dont charge you for parking. They spend so much time on the bathroom and kitchen, truly the most exhausting parts of the job. I would highly recommend, but dont wait until the last minute to book, these guys do get busy.

I get the same cleaner each time because its easier for me and she already knows how I want the place cleaned and how I like it to be done. The first time I wanted to hire someone, I called in, just to ask a few question. The customer service is great! If I ask a question, I would like for it to be answered. After the first call. i began to book online, which saves lots of time, especially when Im at work. The company never pushes up on you to have a cleaning. Although, Im sure if you wanted a cleaning every other week, same day, time, and person, they can do that for you. I never have any problems. The thing that I like the most of all, is the company has workers that have eyes for details. Even if I dont say what needs to be cleaned ( for instance a mark on my glass table), the cleaner will clean it!Overall, I would recommend Access Maids to anyone.

First of, the cleaning ladies were just wonderful positive people, which is something we prioritize. These two lovely ladies came in like a tornado of Windex, Pine Sol, mops and paper towels and had my place sparkling in less than 2 hours.I apologize for not remembering their names (my weakness), they were so very pleasant. Only problem i have now is...the place is TOO CLEAN!My parents will definitely know something is fishy when they find the house in this too clean of a condition :-)

Horrible service! Very disappointed! Go someplace else!!The first time I used them, they did a good job, even though communication was very difficult, because their English was not great. Two people two hours, for the deep clean I asked for, whole house.The second time, I was very disappointed. They left some sort of sticky brown substance dripped on my bathmat and down the hall on my carpets. I still cant get it out, and will have to have it professionally cleaned. Furthermore I asked for a light cleaning, and told them not to do the bedrooms. They did not do the bedrooms, you could see where the vacuum stopped at the doors. All this and charged the same 2 people for 2 hours....how?When they emailed me the survey, I filled it out completely, and heard nothing back from the company, they obviously care nothing about customer service!Ill be going back to Molly Maids. I had great service, time and again with them.

Time to look for a new cleaning crew -- Ive been using Access Maids for a number of years now. Today (11/22/16) I had an appointment for 2pm, which they ended up no-showing. After several attempts to call for an ETA, I got through the line and the gentleman indicated their system never notified them of the appointment. I made the appointment the night before (which I have done in the past), nearly 14 hours before the appointment time. Their site indicates 24/7 booking (Online orders accepted 24/7), and I did receive an email confirmation. When I spoke to the guy, he apologized and indicated I could reschedule for Friday (11/25/16). I needed them to come prior to Thanksgiving. He only offered a 15% discount on the rescheduling, even though their Terms of Service indicates:9. ComplaintsA. You agree to inform AccessMaids Inc within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided.B. You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free re cleaning.When asked why it wouldnt be a no charge, he stated because no one ever came out; which was the problem in the first place! Given I received a confirmation number and they were a no-show, Id expect a better response to their customer base, particularly as a customer that has used their services for many years.

This was an easy service to be using. They were easy to contact and set up an appointment. Two of the maids ended up and they were really friendly and nice and courteous. They asked if there were any questions and got everything done in a timely manner. I was really pleased with the service.

My experience was HORRIBLE. They were there all of 30 minutes. Cleaned the dishes only and swept the kitchen. On the confirmation email it directed me to look over the information to make sure that everything I asked for was correct. I noticed that they only had 1 level marked to be cleaned when it should’ve been 3.When I sent an email to correct the error, I got no response back. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Very reliable and trustworthy. Love that they make the beds, since a back injury prohibits lifting mattresses to change sheets. Have used them for regular and deep cleanings and both have been what Id consider average, although some teams (we get 2 maids/2 hours for our house) have really gone above and beyond. It cost me $93 dollar to do a carpet cleaning for a small bedroom, they quote you for 31 flat fee per room on their website, and end up tell you 93 dollar minimum. Their maids only stayed for half a hour and they charge you for one and a half hours. Avoid.

Ive used Access Maids a few times now and I like them. I can do basic cleaning, but I have a hard time getting enough elbow grease to get things *really* clean and grime builds up. Access Maids really gets the job done. Also, the cleaners who came most recently were on time and friendly.

I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday this week because I am having few friends over on Friday night and my place was a bit unorganized.The crew arrived on time. The ladies were very pleasant. They made sure every corner and spot were cleaned. I even had a wine stain on my coach and they were able to remove it!Each time they come and clean they do a fantastic job. Ive used many cleaning companies prior however, this company is by far the best one! Good job ladies.

Overall, I am happy with my two-hour cleaning. The cleaners arrived on time and stayed for the entire time. They were thorough and cleaned areas that no one else had cleaned before (e.g. under the sofa, baseboards). I would rebook AccessMaids and this cleaning team in the future.

Because the maids don’t speak English, I got a very hard time to communicate with them. I had to call the manager, giving him instruction and letting him translate to them. I only want them to clean my refrigerator, so I put this massage on my reservation and told them to only work on my refrigerator when they arrived. But they started to clean the other part of my home when I went out to carry my cat to the animal hospital (I asked how many hours they need for the refrigerator but they didn’t understand me. They answered me the time they need for cleaning the whole place). Finally they charged me all the hours they worked at my home even though I didn’t want them to do that. For trying to clean more space, they even opened one of my locked bedrooms. I did not know how they did that but got shocked when I came back. They refused to negotiate the cost with me and left. Finally, the refrigerator was not cleaned well.

A couple years ago I moved into a large, vintage style apartment. I love my home but Ive never felt able to get it as clean as Id like, no matter the hours I spend scrubbing. I decided on a whim several months ago to try out AccessMaids, and I have truly been impressed with their service. I opted for the Spring Cleaning service and had two maids here for two hours. When I came home the apartment was cleaner than I ever couldve imagined. Nearly everything was spotless and sparkling! AccessMaids makes it very easy to book services online on their website and provide good communication. Before my first appointment I received text messages when the maids were en route and also when they were nearly finished cleaning. In my own professional work, I dont enjoy others watching my every move and making me feel like Im on stage, so I try to respect the maids and allow them to have the apartment to themselves while they are here. They have been extremely professional and courteous. English is not their primary language but they are able to communicate and understand whatever I ask/say. The second time I didnt receive these texts, but thats OK, they were on time! When reading over some of these reviews, I feel others may have unrealistic expectations. My home as a whole has been spotless both times; with maybe only one or two spots that were missed. I will continue to use AccessMaids on a regular basis and recommend them to friends.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. They dont follow instructions, which were written for them in advance of them coming as well as in person, and they BREAK EXPENSIVE THINGS! They broke our glass shower door and closet door. When we told them about it, they pretty much shrugged it off and refused to apologize or do anything about it. The maids they send barely speak English, so they dont understand instructions, and they dont dust properly. I tried to give them several times to do better, but this is an unprofessional company. This is one of the worst maid companies in the city and I advise you pass it up.
