I have been using Lari Diaz and her team for many years. I would not do so if they were not completely reliable. They have been with us for 3 different residences (all in the same general area). The cleaning team brings in their own (earth friendly) cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuums, which I appreciate. I like the cleaning tips she shares on Facebook. I find them to be quite reasonable and they havent raised their rates for years (that could be because I am a long-time customer - I dont know). I would highly recommend them.

I’ve used them three times and every time there’s an issue. One time they were late and caused me to be late to work. The second time they came they did not change the sheets on one of the beds. I had them one more time and they broke the toilet seat off one of the toilets. I contacted the owner and she told me that the ladies who came said they did not break it so they would not be paying for it. Would not recommend.

Used them 4 or 5 times. The cleaning crew always misses something. Ive had to have them come back to the apartment several times. The last straw was when they last cleaned and managed to leave every surface with some issue, the bathrooms messy, and little specs all over the floors. I was told I was threatening the owner she said they couldnt come back today and I was going to get someone else today if I could. Just save your time and money these guys have no attention to detail and the owner is a drama queen.
