I contracted them for 3 hours of cleaning today (had used them once prior). To be fair and clear, my apartment was a disaster area, and desperately needed this. However, apparently the person assigned to cleaning thought it was too much, and instead of just doing what they could in 3 hours (which would have been fair), they just left and left me high and dry. My landlady is coming through tomorrow for an inspection for her purposes, and I wanted to do her a solid and make sure everything is squared away. So instead of coming back from work to maybe have an hour or two of final work, I have an entire evening of work ahead of me.I will not be using MaidPro in the future.EDIT: They ditched me on the day of the appointment, and offered to come the next day (which would have been after the assessor inspection for my landlady. Which obviously wasnt acceptable). I contracted for 3 hours of cleaning on a certain day, and it didnt happen. I know what would happen to me if I just simply threw up my hands and left a service call at *my* job. I would be expected to at least do what I could, even if the job wouldnt be complete. And to be clear, the business claims they contacted me before they left, and that was not the case. They were apparently so far away once I spoke to a dispatcher that they wouldnt come back and just do what they could.

We have been using Maidpro for the last couple of months and have been so pleased. Our cleaners have been on time, friendly and efficient. We have had Nicole for the past couple of cleans and she has been amazing! Not only has she done a great job cleaning, but she also goes above and beyond--she straightens everything up beyond our expectations; she even took the time to refold blankets that we had in baskets! We couldnt recommend her(or Maidpro) more!

MaidPro has been cleaning my condo for several years. While Ive had a cleaner here and there that did not work out, Monique in the office has always been responsive. Markita has been coming to by home for about a year and she is absolutely wonderful!

I didnt have my own vacuum yet as I had just recently moved in but they were able to bring their own which I really appreciated. What a wonderful experience! The cleaner got my apartment looking new and shiny! She was super quick and efficient, too. I was also impressed by the turnaround time as a new customer; I called on a Weds or Thurs and Vicki (the manager who was very friendly and courteous on the phone) was able to get the cleaner to my apartment the following Monday.My favorite part of the experience was the cleaner herself. Their staff is wonderful. Very trustworthy, thorough, and friendly. I have had a different person every time I have a cleaning, but I have really been impressed with all of them. They really just get to work, always ask questions about preferences and what kind of cleaning supplies I want to use, and are just generally very wonderful to work with. The most important thing is that I can trust them, and that is really invaluable to me!

Ive been using MaidPro in Wicker Park for over a year now, and I cannot compliment their professionalism and expertise enough. Vicki is always so understanding when I have questions or the instances that my credit card was stolen (twice) and I had to keep submitting different payment types - talk about patience and professionalism, I was even annoyed with myself and Vicki stayed strong! Elena has been my cleaner for months now, and I swear she probably comes into a disaster and turns it around like I have never seen. If youre tired of coming home to a somewhat clean house or wondering if your maid is going to show up ever let alone on time call MaidPro. Youve probably already dealt with no shows, weirdos eyeballing your stuff and people who have no idea what theyre doing sort of cleaning your home. For the same price you can get cleaning off your plate and trust that it will be done well every week (lets be honest once a month isnt getting it off your plate.) If it isnt right they actually fix it!! I tried half a dozen before finding wonderful Vickie at MaidPro who hooked me up with Monique who is the real deal, does great work and works fast. MaidPro is the best! Vicki Lee (the manager) is very responsive to emails and phone calls. She is very polite when I need to reschedule. The clean itself is very thorough, and the maid I have (Deiattra) is very polite. I like the fact that this company uses a checklist to make sure they cleaned everything (its a long checklist, too!). The price is reasonable and well worth it for how good of a job they do. I would highly recommend MaidPro!

David and his wife help us clean our house every other week. They are quick, extremely thorough and wonderful to work with.

This was a move-in cleaning request for a completely empty apartment. We definitely overpaid for what we got. Vicki offered to send someone out to correct the mistakes but I missed time from work the day they arrived because they were late and couldnt do that again. I settled for $50 refund. There wasnt much to like - floors were done and inside of fridge and oven were adequate. I paid for the inside of cabinets to be cleaned and that didnt happen. According to their own checklist the exterior of appliances is to be cleaned - the top of the fridge wasnt touched. Windowsills still have a layer of dust in each room. Baseboards in the the bathrooms were not dusted. Maybe they are better if you are a regular customer but I wont be using again

I used MaidPro on short notice last week. My cleaner arrived exactly on time, was very pleasant and professional, and did a lovely job--she even made friends with my dog! I had an excellent experience with MaidPro and will absolutely be using them again from now on.

WICKER PARK RESIDENTIAL CLEANING IS TACKY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY CONSTANTLY LEAVE NASTY COMMENTS ABOUT PEOPLES CHILDREN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND THEIR ACTIONS ON SOCIAL MEDIA GROSSLY REFLECT THEIR BUSINESS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Im not really sure where to start. But first off I wasnt impressed at all. I have had better experience paying cheaper rates. The only reason I went to them is because I wanted a deep cleaning. I had told Vicky from the beginning and when the girls came they werent aware of that. So they didnt want to do anything I asked them to since that wasnt instructed. I even told them several times what I wanted and I would pay them but they didnt want to do it. They were moving at a slow pace and stopping here and there to complain about me. (Because I kept checking on them) Plus one was giving me attitude because I had her redo the base boards. Besides them stopping several times to call Vicky to clarify everything they wasted about 15 minutes of my time they could of been cleaning. Plus if you pay for 2 hours they will pin point there time exactly 2 hours even if they didnt finish the job. I was going to pay them for another hour but since they did such a horrible job I figured I would hire someone else to do it. I wasnt happy at all. Plus you can tell Vicky didnt really care about our business because she was basicslly brushing the situation off instead of trying to fix it. It was a horrible day for me since I had to find another cleaning service and I had guest coming at 3 and the place wasnt even done. Horrible experience. Bad service and rude staff.

Dorsey from MaidPro has come every other week to clean our condo for almost a year and a half. They provide great service at competitive prices. They are always responsive and are great about reminders, letting you know in advance if there is a necessary schedule change, and are very accommodating when you need to change your date of service. This is the third MaidPro location Ive used, as Ive moved a couple of times, and I wouldnt use any other company for maid service.

Theyre always on time, always professional, and always with impressive results. Love these people!

Dorsey has cleaned for us for over 2 years now and we are extremely pleased with her care and attention to detail in our home, as well as the service we receive from Nancy and the team at Maidpro. We are reminded and well informed of our scheduled times, Dorsey does a thorough job and is careful of our belongings and furniture as she cleans. On the occasions weve met shes polite and friendly. I have also used Maidpro for the occasional deep clean when moving in/out of our homes. They have been responsive and flexible to accommodate hectic and stressful move times. I couldnt ask for a better cleaning service. Overall I have found the competitively priced for the quality and reliability we receive.
