I contacted Jasmine 1 month before the service date. She emailed they were able to accommodate the dates but It would be best to call their office. I called and the number was disconnected. By email Jasmine did not explain why number was disconnected but she said they were going to be in the office the next day, Voice mail message says they are open until 5pm... I kept calling for weeks around 4 with no response, I asked Jasmine to call me instead, This never happened, This morning I called and she was not even aware of my case, She also said there is no availability for the dates I need, IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO WORK THINGS OUT AS THIS WAS MOSTLY THEIR LACK OF FOLLOW UP.

They have been cleaning our buildings shared spaces for several months now and it has been going great. Its always a thoroughly well done job. They have an eye for detail which is great. And the main office has always been accommodating and helpful in getting appointments changed, etc.

After making the change from my previous cleaner (whos name I wont leave out here but they were awful), Sweep Home Chicago is a company I love to work with. Scheduling is super easy online or with Jazmin or Brandon over the phone and they are able to work around my schedule and clean while I am at work.I usually do the standard cleans with deep cleans once a month or so. For the past few months though I have been on a every two week schedule which I love to come home to. Plan to keep using their service for as long as Im in Chicago.

I wouldnt use them again. The cleaner was very slow. She skipped the kitchen. Didnt wipe the appliances, clean the sink or all of the countertops. She basically did a superficial cleaning of my place yet it took forever. She also used a whole roll of paper towels even though I had microfiber towels available to her. If you want someone to mop your floors for nearly $100 use this service. Thats about all she did.

Needed a move-in clean and had an easy time booking the appointment with Brandon. Our cleaner Laura was professional, courteous, and thorough. Will contact again next time I need cleaning services.

After going through 2 other services before using Sweep Home Chicago, I have found them to be a reliable and consistently good cleaner for my condo. I use regularly scheduled cleanings twice a month now and theyre good with scheduling around my busy work schedule. Unless something changes, I plan to use them as long as I live in Chicago.

Continue to remain very satisfied with my condo cleanings. Ive had a lot of schedule changes lately and they have worked with me on my appointments to fit my needs. As alway, they leave my place looking amazing afterwards and smelling like a new condo. We have a husky who sheds a ton so they have their work cut out for them when they come, but they always do a good job. Sweep Home Chicago is my favorite cleaning company right now and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ive hired Sweep Home to clean my condo a couple of times in the past but this is my first review Ive written. Last week I called and spoke with the owner Brandon who went out of his way to make sure my appointment was booked, and he was able to get me in that Friday. After the cleaning my condo looked like brand new, amazing job. It has literally never looked so good. I used to get bi monthly or weekly cleanings in the past before I moved to Chicago, and the service was alway, ehhh.. But the quality of cleaning with Sweep Home is always solid. Definitely plan to hire them again.

Fary and Joen are amazing! They came right on time, brought all of their own cleaning equipment and started right away. They really went above and beyond with what I had asked them to do. They work quickly and thoroughly. I have never seen my place so clean! It is so amazing. They organized things that I thought were already organized and it was even better! It is such a good feeling to have found a cleaning company that is so good at what they do. They are the best, no competition!

We have used Sweep Home for over 2 years and they come every other week. We have a Chicago bungalow, and we get the first floor and the finished basement cleaned. Maria has been consistent and great. Once we gave her the tour, she has always done a great job. Whenever we request something in particular, it has been taken care of, no problem. When we have the oven cleaned twice a year, it is amazingly clean. The one time that she accidentally broke the glass in a picture, the main office just had us deduct the replacement cost from our next cleaning--no problem. I highly recommend them.

Surprisingly, I found few companies that would go the extra distance (being that I only moved to Noble Square) at a similar rate, but Sweep Home Chicago was very accommodating!They are extremely responsive and always reachable. Every time I call, someone answers. They are trustworthy and are always in and out with no issues. I love coming home and finding my place spotless. We are big fans of Sweep Home Chicago. Service is reliable and they use great products. We went through 2 other services beforehand and stuck with Sweep Home over 2 condo properties now (both downtown). Theyre also flexible with scheduling so when we had to skip a few scheduled dates or needed to switch the schedule it was no problem at all. There was always a live person to talk to and they send reminders via email of upcoming cleanings.

This was the worst cleaning! I do not recommend this company at all. The service requested was for a new home cleaning prior to our moving in, which should be much easier given that nothing had been moved in yet. We told the woman, who arrived quite late, the areas to focus on. When we arrived back to check her work all of those areas had not been touched! It was almost like she didnt clean anything at all! We asked for a re-cleaning and Sweep Home sent out another cleaner, which was equally as bad. We ended up having to hire another person to come after we had moved in to clean yet a third time! Again, we do not recommend this company and suggest you get personal referrals for any cleaning services to avoid our disaster.

I have used Sweep Home for nearly 3 years and highly recommend them. I like that Sweep Homes prices are reasonable and their staff are dependable. I am pretty tidy, but I find that having someone come in every 6 weeks or so, to give the place a deeper clean, is well worth the cost. I once used an independent cleaner and she charged more and did less. I like that they dont require a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning commitment like some other firms I looked into. I also like that theyll kick up the service for a reasonable price. This week I asked them to try to remove some stains from my carpeting, which they did--brilliantly--for a really fair fee. And as others have mentioned, its such a treat to come home to a spotless house! Go on! Youre worth it!

Ive been using SHC for about a year - the cleanings are bi-weekly, the price is reasonable for a 1 bdrm + den, Joanna lets herself in and out - i really couldnt ask for more. The company is great about answering emails and inquiries, which I really appreciate when my schedule gets crazy. Id highly recommend. Ive used other services in the area and this is definitely the most affordable, and my home is always so clean. Its the best feeling to come home to a clean house!

My wife and I hired Sweep Home not knowing what to expect. We submitted a request for an estimate and got a phone call that same day. The price was reasonable, so we decided to hire them for a deep cleaning. Our cleaner was on time; she introduced herself, and started cleaning right away. We decided to step out of the house and let the cleaner work her magic. When we arrived, our place smelled amazing and looked better than it had ever looked before (whoops, hope my wife doesn’t read this). Our appliances looked brand new from both the inside and outside. The cleaner made sure to get all of the dust on the baseboards and windowsills, which was one of our specific requests. She also tidied up our beds and even organized all of the books and toys in our daughter’s room, which was not necessary at all, given the fact that our daughter destroyed the orderliness when she got home. Needless to say, we were very pleased with Sweep Home Chicago and will be sure to hire them again.

Hands down the best cleaning service in Chicago. I use them for weekly cleanings at my home in Gold Coast. Booking with them is easy and I get to return home to a fresh clean house every week, which gets me my weekends back! As far as Chicago house cleaning goes, they are the best, and Im always recommending them to family and friends who need cleaning.

Very positive experience. They are on time every time. They clean top to bottom and even unclogged my sink one time. Best part is that they send me an email every month to remind me that I need my house cleaned and even give me a time they are available. This way, I never forget to call them and set up an appointment. Last, there was one time when I asked them to clean a large window and even though windows are an additional price they did it for free. Hope this helps!

A few times Ive made a specific request and they always remember (i.e. I didnt want any dusting cleaning product used in my babys room, just a damp cloth). The customer service is excellent. Ive been using Sweep home for a monthly condo clean for a little over a year. Ive never been here while they are cleaning so I have no idea what they do, but the results speak for them. My apartment is spotless and smells great. They are responsive. I often leave notes requesting attention to certain areas or that clean sheets are in the dryer and everything always gets done as requested. Sweep Home is a great service and very easy to use. The scheduling is super easy and for someone forgetful like me, they will send you gentle reminders that its been # amount of weeks since the last visit. Ive been using Sweep Home for almost a year and half now.The staff has always been on time for the appointment and brings their own supplies. They are very pleasant and work around me while Im working from home. I live on the 4th floor and I know it cant be easy bringing the supplies up the stairs.One thing that could be better would be to have the same person each time, but given how last minute I make my appointments, I can understand. Also, Id say that I get a perfect clean about 90% of the time. Occasionally when I look a little closer, I notice some details that get overlooked. But all in all, a great cleaning company to use!

I would recommend Sweep Home Chicago as a good cleaning service. I have never had a problem with lateness or canceling. I use them for a regularly-scheduled once a month cleaning. I would recommend this option to others, as it is the best way to know for certain that you will have someone scheduled for your cleaning far in advance. I docked one star because, as others have pointed out, you dont always get the same person, and this leads to inconsistent cleanings. Though I have never had a bad cleaning per se, some are noticeably more thorough than others. However, my last couple have been very good and I am hoping that I will continue to have the same consistency going forward.

I moved from Exec Cleaning (such a bad experience, do NOT work with them) to Sweep Home and I am in love.They are always incredibly responsive; I dont think I have ever had to wait for more than an hour or two before receiving a response from someone on their team via email. Scheduling is simple and painless and Brandon and his team will do his best to work with your schedule and to make sure youre happy with your recurring cleanings. You can request to have the same cleaners for every cleaning, which gives me incredible comfort in knowing that who is in my apartment when Im not there.They offer a standard cleaning for two hours, but you can customize it to your needs.We currently have cleanings every two weeks with Martha and Naara and they are marvelous. We requested they come and do their standard cleaning for two hours and extend our cleanings for another hour for a deep cleaning of a room. So, three hours bi-weekly. Not only do they have their standard cleaning checklist listed on their website, but we are such sticklers that we have a checklist of our own and Martha and Naara are flexible and gracious enough to actually check off the list we leave them every time.Even when we have had scheduling conflict due to vacations and such, Brandon and his team have been incredibly accommodating.I doubt I will be leaving their services.PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY; You will, definitely, be glad you did.

Sweep Home Chicago provides exellent service! I was referred to them by a friend and they did not disappoint. They do an excellent job all around with their cleaning service. Their staff is also very friendly, professional and responsive. They are very flexible with scheduling. I only stopped using them because I moved to Milwuakee but I would recommend them to anyone in Chicago!
