Laniya, our cleaning lady, is very responsible and professional. She helped clean our 4b2b apartment and we were amazed by the pics she sent us. Our apartment was too big, so she didnt finish cleaning the entire room on the assigned date. But she managed to come back the second day and worked another 5 hours until the whole apartment was cleaned. I was deeply impressed.

The ladies were so wonderful to work with - we were literally still moving into our new location on the day that they came and they just rolled with it despite all the chaos. Our store was spotless when they left! Highly recommend and will definitely be hiring them again!

Phenomenal experience using fresh tech. They were incredibly responsive and the price for a move in clean was very reasonable. Super impressed with the customer service - they were in contact leading up to the clean and responded to any questions right away. On the day of the clean, one of the techs unfortunately had a car accident. The other tech (Sarah) came and did a great job with the move in clean, but it had to be split into 2 days. I would strongly recommend learning how their service works before hiring them. I ran into a few unfortunate surprises in my interactions with them:- the first was the initial clean. I was required to pay $200 for the clean because it was the first time, it didnt matter how clean my place already was. Then I was upcharged for putting clean sheets on my bed (which were put on sideways). No cleaning service I have used has ever charged to make a bed!- the second time, they sent one person, she went past the standard 2.5 hours so I got upcharged and charged to make the bed (again, sideways, how hard is it to make a bed?), with no notice that I was incurring more cost. The bill after the fact was $50 more than expected.I did speak with one of their managers about my concerns and asked that future cleanings clear extra expenses with me before incurring them, she assured me that they would take care of that. The cleaning is decent but may end up costing more than you expect - do your due diligence.

Lashanda was our cleaner for the day, and she did a fabulous job. She made sure to check in at the beginning of the clean to make sure that any concerns I had were addressed.The whole house help clean and bright after she came by

I booked Fresh Tech Maid based on their reviews as being top-quality; they’re certainly on the more expensive side, but I was willing to pay a premium for a reputable company. I was having knee surgery and hired Fresh Tech Maid to clean my condo a couple days before surgery so I didn’t have to worry about my place being clean when I got home from the hospital. I spoke to a few customer service reps about Covid safety precautions, and confirmed my appointment for Tuesday morning. You can imagine my shock and frustration when they called me at 5:00 on Monday night and cancelled, leaving me less than 24 hours to scramble and find someone else. Bottom line, Fresh Tech Maid is UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISRESPECTFUL. Don’t believe the reviews - if you want a quality cleaning service, look elsewhere.

We have had a mixed experience with Fresh Tech. After a great start, they started sending a different technician every 2 weeks. The last one used an incorrect product on our wood floors and created a smeary mess. I am happy to say that Sue was responsive to this situation and helped us resolve it. We were away for Christmas and Sue scheduled a new technician, Tatiana, to come and clean our apartment...it was so nice to return home to a sparkling clean home... Tatiana did a great and thorough job. I dont think the mirrored closet doors and glass shower door have ever been this clean! We are looking forward to having Tatiana clean our home every time from now on.

I have never had a maid service clean my home before and I found Fresh Tech Maid through Google. Tatiana was great! We have two dogs which she happily worked with and did a fantastic job cleaning our apartment. We toured together and she let me detail the things I needed done most. I had read about the personal note but she did leave one as well. It is a great personal touch. We will be using Fresh Tech Maid again based on Tatianas work. Also, Chemical free cleaning is part of the service, great for pets.

Melanie has been a great help to us! She has done a thorough job cleaning our house, working around the dog, sometimes our kids as well to get the job done efficiently and completely. She is reliable and trustworthy in our home, which enables us to rest easy and turn to other things while she cleans a house made dirty by three boys!

Glenda was fabulous. This was our first time using this service. Glenda came in for post construction cleaning and expected to be in the house herself. A construction crew came in unexpectedly and there was an unexpected furniture delivery as well. She took it all in stride and was very pleasant. The house looked great when she was finished. I will ask for Glenda again without a doubt.

I posted the review below. The owner immediately contacted me to set up a time to redo the areas of concern. She felt horrible that the job was unsatisfactory and is going to take steps to train her staff.. Arranging the cleaning was very easy and everyone was professional. The job was not satisfactory and I wouldn’t hire them again. I hired a full deep cleaning of my 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo. I added cleaning of all baseboards and inside of cabinets. The toilets were not touched. There was black when I wiped the inside rim of the toilet. The tank lid and behind the toilet were full of dust. I opened closets to find huge dust balls in the corner. A simple vacuum would have captured these. There was black around the kitchen and bathroom faucets. If the baseboards were clean it was with minimal effort. Book shelves were dusty.

Weve been signed up for the monthly cleaning service all summer. They are always prompt and do a great job cleaning. This past weekend, we left town for a camping trip when our service was scheduled. I cant describe how magical it is to come back from a trip to a clean house. Enya did a wonderful job and we commented all day how nice it was to have the house so spotless. Fresh Tech Maids is the best service out there.

I had a wonderful experience with Fresh Tech! My wife and I moved into our new home a little less than a year ago, and we wanted to get our home deep-cleaned. I reached out to several companies, and I decided to go with Fresh Tech because of the customer service I received. I spoke to Rachel, and she was awesome. She was friendly and professional and she thoroughly explained the company and their cleaning process. I immediately booked a cleaning, and my wife and I couldnt be happier. On the day of our cleaning, Jasmine and Alexis showed up on time and were super friendly. I showed them my place, and I asked them to focus on a couple of areas. I had to leave to go to work, and I asked them to contact me when finished. They contacted me after the cleaning was finished, and a couple of hours later I arrived at a wonderfully clean home. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by the cleaning, and we decided to set up continual cleaning appointments. Jasmine came back yesterday for our second appointment, and she did another wonderful job! I would highly recommend this company!

We used fresh tech maids in August and then had one of their techs Alexis return last weekend. While we liked the company and appreciated the first cleaners, we found some areas that were missed and hadnt realized the environmentally free cleaning did not include soap. We have a toddler, so mopping with iodized water isnt enough for us and kitchen floors still seemed dirty. Fresh Tech offered us 2 hours of complimentary services and we thought Alexis was very thorough and worked hard to get the job done. We provided cleaning supplies, so I would recommend that if youre looking for what we needed.

We were under quoted, the job was not finished, and in some of the areas that were finished (e.g., floors, kitchen cabinets, dusting) the job was not well done. Missed cabinets, floors still dirty, and dusty. This was supposed to be a deep clean and didn’t appear it was cleaned much more than a regular clean. Customer care seemed not to care enough to send anyone back unless we would pay more.I would recommend going elsewhere as they will under quote then expect more money to finish the job, and of the areas they clean, quality and missed spots do not make it a good value for their high cost.

Really happy with Tatiana. The feeling of a clean home as well as less stress for the next 7-14 days is priceless. She went above and beyond and our place is absolutely spotless, even our hard to clean gym mats. Weve been using Fresh Tech maids for about 6 months and have been extremely happy with our service. They are in frequent communication about (rare) schedule changes. Tatiana, our tech, is fantastic. She is very detailed-oriented and pays special attention to problem areas. My husband frequently works from home, and she is always careful to not disturb him. Great service from Fresh Tech. We have had a few different people come and do the cleaning and they have all been great. Joanna H. has been with us for several months now and she is a delight. She is courteous and efficient. In her entire time cleaning our house I have never had a single issue with the job she has done. We have also been getting Amber recently, and she is just as great. I recommend Fresh Tech to all my friends in the area. Love it.

I used Fresh Tech for my move-in cleaning (August 2012) and they have done my monthly cleaning ever since (little over 2 years). All of the technicians are thorough and friendly, including Samantha (Sam). You can arrange to have the same technician for every cleaning, but I like how if that technician is not available, they have plenty of other excellent technicians to send to maintain your cleaning date. Frequently they will go above and beyond the checklist, which is much appreciated. Whenever I have to reschedule the cleaning, Sue is very responsive (returning e-mails in less than 24 hours), accommodating and friendly as well. I have been extremely happy with Fresh Tech for the last year and a half and will continue to use their services for years to come.

There is a difference between a neat house and a clean house. A neat house looks good, no clutter, everything in its place. However, after closer inspection you see the fingerprints on the mirrors, crumbs in the corners, dust on mantle. I had a neat house, Alyssa turned it into a clean house. House looked great (even close up) and smelled right. Lucky me!

This would be a 5-star review if communication from the office werent so excessive. For this one appointment I received 7 emails, a text, 2 informational calls, and 2 calls to tell me about specials. There was less communication around my mortgage. I recommend Jalesa though.

My boyfriend and I both spend a lot of time at work, so I signed up with Fresh Tech back in July because it was getting difficult to keep up with the cleaning in addition to everything else we had going on in our lives. I submitted my first home cleaning request via the Fresh Tech website and Rachel (Sales Manager) contacted me almost immediately to help determine the best cleaning plan for our condo/lifestyle. Alicia was my designated tech for the first cleaning and Ive specially requested that she come back ever since. If you are looking for one dedicated tech, Alicia is the best of the best. She cleans for us every other Tuesday and ALWAYS arrives early (Fresh Tech gives you a 1-hour window to allow for traffic/parking/etc.). All in all, Alicia does a fantastic job and she/Rachel can be flexible about shifting cleaning dates (but definitely provide at least 48 hours notice before rescheduling).Bonus points - Alicia leaves you really nice notes that make you super happy the end of a long day. Its like when your mom left you notes in your lunch box telling you how special you were...even though you probably werent ;)

June 2021 update:Amber gets 5 stars. She is thorough and does a great job. We have cats and she is great with them when they greet her.I took 2 stars off for the company and their communication. They sent an email that due to staffing shortages, a previous cleaning may need to be rescheduled or have a different person come to our home. They did not notify me who was being sent, though. They also didnt notify me that the next cleaning was being canceled by them. I had to look on the client portal, which had an obviously incorrect day and time (4am arrival time). When I asked about this and an adjustment listed as exactly that on my bill, I have gotten no response. It may be harsh to take off a star on a review for this (other star removed is for point below). However, this is a company that sends like 5 notices/reminders of upcoming cleanings. So, they often over communicate to remind of cleanings. They should be able to communicate schedule changes, especially since they sent an email stating they would personally notify clients of any changes.The company also ties employee bonuses to client reviews. They run contests that employees getting the most reviews on Google or Yelp win a bonus. This may be an effective marketing strategy but it puts pressure on both clients and staff that as a client I dontappreciate. This also seems at odds with messaging to existing clients that they have more clients than staff to support them.Nov 2020 update:We have been using FreshTech maids for about a year now. We have had a few different techs due to COVID staffing issues. Amber has cleaned our house the last 2 times and has done a great job. She wears a mask the entire time and keeps distance from us while in our home. Our house is clean, the counters sparkle, and I like that the products used do not leave a chemical smell. We had another company clean our house before and it is cleaner now than with the previous cleaners!When initially scheduling, I found it a bit challenging to communicate with the company; which is why this review is 4 instead of 5 stars. I had a complex schedule for the first cleaning (I like to be home the first time) and was initially told that it wouldnt be a problem but when we actually got to scheduling, I was told that we were a bit outside their regular area and that it was a challenge with my schedule. I also repeatedly indicated my preference for email or text communication and kept getting phone calls. I was very clear that I am not able to respond to calls during my work hours but Jack did not respect/remember this. I also found it a bit odd that the company called during the first cleaning to see how things were going. Some may think that is friendly/good customer service. I personally did not.Ongoing scheduling is a breeze and all done electronically, which is a huge bonus for me.

Today was my second cleaning and I am really pleased. Glenda did a great job! Their products are non-toxic. This is very important for me and my family.

We love Fresh Tech for doing a professional job at home cleaning and, as a bonus, for not using chemicals. Out tech, Sinthia, is a hard worker and very sensitive to our needs. There is open and welcome communication between Fresh Tech administration and us to make sure we are satisfied and happy with our service.

I had an awful experience. The staff was attentive and helpful on the phone, but at then end of the day, after $170 my house was not clean. There were still cobwebs in some corners of the ceiling, dirt/grime by sink and on tile near bathtub, my two kitchen windows were never even touched.... I specifically requested for my molding near floor to be wiped down and it was not touched. Seems like nothing was dusted down...Im confused as to what took 5 hours to clean? I honestly would not ever call this company again it was a complete waste of money. (I used to do housekeeping so I know what is unacceptable as a cleaning job)•••
