I love this store. Anything I need for my phone I go here, and the people are so helpful. I’ve signed up for the screen repair program (best thing invented), bought my headphones and phone cases from here. And the prices are very reasonable for downtown electronics. I recommend them to everyone that ask me any about phones/electronics stores.

Went to this place to get some help fixing a phone. The employee redirected to Apple store without so much as asking what was wrong. Upon getting to Apple store it just needed to have the buttons pressed to reset the phone.If the employee even listed to the issue we were having I’m sure they could have tried this and saved a trip to the Apple store.I feel at a minimum this location could listen to someone’s issues and suggest quick fixes before sending people away.

What more can you say but this is the best place on the planet to bring your cell phone.I went in on july 12th 2008 to have 2 first gen iPhones unlocked so I could sell them on eBay and they took me right away and had it done in an hour.and the price was great.

I had a great experience at Cellaris at Northpoint mall. Rene was helpful pointing me in the right direction for what I was looking for. They even had fun mystery bags for $5! Would recommend.

I wouldnt recommend this place. Very contradictory in their business practices. On the top of the receipt they stamp No Refund; No Exchanges at the bottom of the receipt it prints Returns/Exchanges must take place with this receipt in hand within 14 days from the date of this receipt. I didnt want to return my item - just wanted clarification on how to operate it. He was so afraid that I was going to to ask for a refund that he became defensive and insisted on telling me that he had a NO REFUND POLICY! Well, stop selling DHGATE products at a 1000% markup to unsuspecting people!! Its a RIPOFF - and even I fell for the OKEDOKE!!!

They dont have all screens in stock, so they have to order the right one for lots of non-iPhones. However, the service rep was eager to help. The price was the lowest of all the repair shops I can find in/near downtown (but still expensive!).

Terrible customer service in my experience. All about the $$$ for these guys. Stay away.

Just called to find a replacement battery dude said $30 for a battery thats $5 online and ships for free.
