I had previously taken my xbox to a different shop and after two week was told it was unrepairable. Came to Simplefix and in less than two hours my xbox was up and running! Strongly recommend!

These guys are scams and not good. my Samsung galaxy tab e had a broken screen and I took it down for replacement screen. I was charged $60. I picked my phone and I got home I realized the screen wasn’t properly fitted and a side of the phone wasn’t working. I called the office and the guy told me to bring the phone back . 3 days later I was called to come pick my phone. I went and I was told the phone had a cracked screen and they wouldn’t fix that. I didnt even touch the phone. Now the phone screen keep cracking in different places even without operating the phone and I realized it’s all because the screen wasn’t properly fitted. So angry

I went for a regular screen fix for my iphone X which was $135. my screen was okay, it tweaks here and there and when i unlock my phone with the face ID it flashes some light and it just bothers me. id rather go back to fix my screen for a better upgraded one but i’d not pay the $200.

If I could leave 6 stars I would! Their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT! I was attended quickly and efficiently. They fixed my iPhone pretty fast! They do an amazing job at repairing phones. They impressed me! I highly recommend this place to get your phone repaired if its cracked or damaged in any way. They never take long this is my second time coming. I came in and they said it was going to take an hour and it took way less. They are really nice people and its affordable and my phone came out good.

Horrible quality and horrible customer service, I paid twice for a low quality screen, first there was a hair line of a crack on my phone and my phone went black, went back and they charged me again to fix, second time the face of my iphone was literally coming off and unfortunate for me the manager kept arguing with me instead of trying to understand my issue and frustration. I paid $260 for them not to call it even and just fix my screen

This guy been my friend since I started coming to this place on kedzie good businessman he have some business men work with him they nice and kind every time my sister needs something fix they fix in 2 or 3 days tops so if you need anything fix come here

Unfortunately my experience fell short of the reviews and expectations I had. My initial meeting with a simple tech employee was good, I had asked for a quote for my Samsung galaxy S8 glass back that was shattered .He quoted me a more than reasonable price and then told me he would order the part and call me when to go replace it. When I arrived the second time I met a guy who seemed bothered that I showed up 40 minutes before closing and rushed to get me out. I left and when home, I decided to clean my phone due to alot of smudges only to see new scratches on my screen. Very disappointed because I payed 800 dollars for my phone and the employee I met was very careless.
