Great service! I have a 2006 Toyota sienna and the mechanic broke down all issues the van needed repaired. He explained what was important to be completed immediately and others I can hold off on. I was shown the pipe before and after the work was done. I had taken to another mechanic a month before and they didnt complete the work they said was done. Ruben fixed my van and its running great! Very friendly and explained all work in detail.

There was so much wrong with my car I had almost gave up on it. As soon as I came they greeted me and made me feel like family. They did a diagnostic test to tell me what needed to be fixed and was able to fix my car the same day and I passed the second emissions test. Service was very professional and courteous. Great service and great customer service. Ive been coming to Teloloapan auto service for 20 years. Make no mistake, not all Teloloapans are the same. Teloloapan on 2330 S Rockwell is my go to automotive service repair for simple tasks to emission work. They always have gotten the job right the first time. This time around, my truck needed some exhaust work and I elected to convert the single exhaust to a dual exhaust. Ive been putting off this want for a while since I didnt know which performance muffler I wanted to buy. But Ruben spoke with me, made recommendations, and assured me that it would be quality work and I would love the sound. I am very pleased! Their work is grade A. I truely recommend this shop to my family and friends.

NEVER NEVER GO THERE- charged for work not performed and total attempted BAIT & SWITCH. This was some of the worst customer service I ever received. I went in and they told me a diagnostic was $55. I asked how long it would be and they said maybe an hour. After 45 min, I asked how it was going, and they told me that they could not complete the diagnostic and to do a complete engine diagnostic it would take hours, several hours and I would have to pay the labor for that diagnostic outside of the $55 and that would not include repairs. I asked them what they could tell from what they had done to that point, of which they said basically the same thing that was on the codes of my emissions test I got earlier that day. Nothing about what the cause of the problem was only that to know that would need to some unspecified amount of hours at $85 per hour to figure it out. Since they had my car hostage, I paid them $55 for the service they did not deliver to get my car back and took my car to the shop I normally take it to. I showed my normal mechanic the receipt, which plainly states they did not do any diagnostic, and yet they charged me. Thankful I did not let them actually do anything to my car who knows what would have happened if I had. I also called the shop to express my frustration. They handed the phone to the mechanic who told me that he did not write the receipts and that I was only there 15min (intitially) then he conceded that I was there 45 min (as I stated) and when I asked him what he actually did to the car (not verified by the receipt), he said he did a smoke test he did not do a computer diagnostic of the car at that time. A waste of money and time and I am going to dispute the charge.

I went it because my chech engine light was on. They were very thorough and descriptive. The price was good and they even took my car for the emission test. How awesome....I recommend you get your car repaired there.

Technicians performed a grueling front lower control arm replacement job for a great price and at good quality, will definitely come back here to finish any outstanding repairs once I save up the money. Anything that you cant DIY/afford at most shops, you definitely will be able to do so here!!

Avoid this place like the plague. Went because I knew I had a bad timing chain. I asked how much they would charge to switch the timing chain they refused to tell me until they ran diagnostics on it. They charged me $55 just so they could tell me what I already knew.

Very high priced and they tried to upsell me on things I didnt need. When I declined their services they wouldnt release my car back to me. My issues were fixed at a fraction of the price elsewhere and passed emmissions test with no problem.
