This place is hands down one of the best auto shops Ive ever dealt with. My car wouldnt start 3 blocks from where their shop is located at 3pm. In a matter of minutes of calling Savillas they sent their tow truck picked up my car, towed it to their shop, diagnosed it as a bad starter, replaced it all before 5:30pm on a Friday evening. These guys are very professional and are very motivated for your business unlike alot of places out there. I highly recommend this place for fast, fair and honest work. I will be taking my cars here from now on. They saved my evening. Thanks guys

Sevilla is a complete thief. He will charge you for things that are not even wrong with your car.

The owner agreed to service me almost when the shop was closing. They did oil change fast and for reasonable price. Service includes filter, fluid, antifreeze fill up, plus tire pressure - which is awesome. Staff is very friendly and professional. Office is clean and multiple hand sanitizers available. I really like this shop. Will come only here from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would. This guys operating procedure consists of him giving you a quote and then doing more work than what he said he was going to do. Your quote then becomes 3-4 times higher when you go to pick the car up.He is ripping people off, including people that own businesses right down the street, and their employees.

I had a bad tie rod ends and the issue resurfaced a week later. I was headed out of town so I couldn’t go back right away, but he didn’t want to honor the warranty only a few weeks later. Stay away from this business.

I’ve been going to Sevilla’s for over 8 years because my office is about three blocks away.I keep my cars a long time. It’s important to have a reliable mechanic. I own two Lexus’s with over 150,000 miles on each and an antique Mercedes convertible. When you keep cars a long time they are going to need maintenance and repair.Besides fixing my cars Francisco has become a trusted friend. It’s hard to find someone who runs a good business, charges fair prices and is honest. Francisco will not steer you wrong. I’ve learned to trust him and his mechanics. And if something isn’t done right the first time (rare) Francisco will make it right. A+++

Told them what was wrong, they said there was nothing wrong with it. They replaced something else instead and my car problem was still there. I feel like I got scammed, and this was right after already getting scammed by another mechanic nearby.

Being new to the area, I took my BMW to a specialist for a oil change and brake system flush. Was handed an 1800$ quote for oil leaks and belt drive tensioner. Decided to call Sevilla’s for a second opinion. 15mins later the oil leaks are bogus and belt tensioner is recommended service for my mileage. Guess who replaced my belt drive tensioner cleaned the engine from messy oil service, checked everything over, cleared my random messages and washed the outside... 3 hours later. Great service, great guy, honest $$. Winner!!

For me the positive side of this shop is that it is very close and everytime i had taken my cars there I have been able to get them back the same day. Also the parts have been from the dealer instead of Autozone or something similar.On the down side. I have been charged an arm an a leg. Hourly rate will be as it pleases the owner and you will know the price at the end of the ordeal. In my opinion it will cost you about same as the dealer if not more. For example on my last service would cost me about $70 for an sytheyic oil change for a chevy malibu 2013. The dealer did it for about $ 50, plus i got $ 13 discount for point so it came down to less than half of what i would have paid at this place.In other words I would rather go to the dealer. At least it would be transparent and would be supporting a number of employees.

Really bad service. So we gave them our car to fix. They took money didnt fix properly told us its fixed and it wasn’t. So now when we go again the guy doesnt answer says pay again.
