I dropped my car off to Master Auto Tech at 8:00 am on a Friday because of an oil leak. They called me back that evening saying that they wanted to keep it overnight to clean the engine, and determine exactly where the leak was coming from (makes sense). They called on Saturday morning, informed gave me a quote for the work, and said that it should be done by Saturday afternoon, or Monday - depending on availability of the parts that they had to order.They called be back on Monday afternoon, and said that the work was taking longer than expected, and that my car would be ready on Tuesday evening.I waited until Tuesday afternoon (around 2:30) to call and ask when the car would be ready. They said Sorry - it will be Wednesday. We had to take the front end off. This is taking longer than expected. But it will be ready on Wednesday. We will call you Wednesday morning.I did not hear from them on Wednesday morning. Waited until 4:15pm to call. They said Sorry for the inconvenience - but its not ready yet. They guy working stayed here until 8pm last night trying to finish up, but it will be ready Thursday. We will call you first thing Thursday morning.Guess who DID NOT call me on Thursday morning?? As a matter of fact, I called THEM at 12:30 pm. I was told that the guy working on my car was at lunch - but that they would call me back in 30 minutes when he got back. Guess who DID NOT CALL back in 30 minutes - or at all. I called them again at 2:30 and asked when will they be finished. This is when they said We are sorry for the inconvenience - but WE CANT FIX the vehicle. We will give you an oil change for no charge.Master Auto Tech had my car just short of an entire week. Gave me the runaround about the repairs taking long than expected - then FINALLY says sorry - we cant do the work. Now dont get me wrong - I KNOW that my car is old, and barely hanging on. But they could have said something several days ago. How are they in business????

Very professional I have been going there for years. They wont try to beat you out of money and I respect that about them...
