Quoted me a significantly cheaper price than the dealer for brakes. Additionally I thought i needed both front and back and they gave me a call advising i only needed front brakes, which tells me they are a very honest and reputable shop. Car was in and out of the shop in a day. Hopefully do not have any issues with my car in the future, but if i do i will certainly be back as they provide an excellent level of service

Great shop and decent prices ! Dany is the most professional mechanic, honest . I knew my car has a few issues ( a WV passat) I left the car in there he told me what the issues are how much would cost the parts and labor .he will also try to save you money by doing only what is necessary to be fixed.( i had an oil leak, water pump-coolant replacement, breaks, oil change )and you can tell he is a professional because the shop is very CLEAN and nicely Organized and also full of cars to get fixed.

I have been bringing my car here for a while. From the very first time Ive been really impressed with them. I get the feeling they genuinely just want to get you back on the road with as little expense as they can do. And they do an amazing job.For my most recent experience:A couple months ago the panel went out on my Volvo. It seemed like a strange problem, so did a lot of research on how to fix the problem online. It looked like the only options were taking the panel out and sending it a business to get it fixed for $400+ (requiring skills I do not have so it was not an option for me), or going to a dealership and having them replace it, which in parts alone would have been over $1,200--in other words, I was looking at perhaps as much as$2K to fix my car. It was such a huge expense on an old car so it hardly seemed worth it. I just ignored it for a while. But then the check engine light on my car came on and it pushed me to get it looked at. I decided to bring it to my now favorite mechanic place, because theyve been helpful in the past. Maybe they could save me from having to go to the dealership?What a fantastic choice! They were able to get a new (gently used) panel put in for just over a $150, put in a new car battery (mine was super old), and have an oil change (which apparently was why the check engine light was on), and somehow in doing so managed to fix a myriad of electrical issues I was having (holy smokes my driver side chair reclines again and the window works!) for just over $400. I could not be happier. Im really happy with these guys.Most mechanics you go in feeling they are trying to find ways to screw you over, here you feel like they are on your side and trying to help you at the best deal they can do. I like them a lot. Its good to find honest workers in this field!Highly recommend!!

Sent out multiple requests for price quotes to different auto repair shops tru yelp and new world gave me the best price and this time i got more than what i paid for-great online customer service tru yelp messaging, this is the only shop who answered all my questions and got the final price quote just by messaging when all of the OTHER shops price was double or requires me to first bring my car to their shop, come on guys! swaybar links & bushings why do you need to see the car first? :)-danny, sargon & rolly the mechanic are very honest and trustworthy after they fixed my car they honored the price they gave me and even returned to me all the bad parts that they have replaced, prior to fixing danny showed me on his computer what are the things that have to be done and what to expect he then told me that the parts i brought in from the dealer was very expensive and showed me what are my other options-they save my car from total disaster! after all was done according to mechanic rolly he started the engine and heard a noise which he inspected and found that the oil was too low if he have not cared then maybe a few weeks more or in just days i would have said goodbye to my engine they didnt have to check the oil or the engine i was there to just replace sway bar links, control arm bushings and swap tires but when they heard the noise they checked it even the shop at that time was already closed they where just waiting for me to pick up the car.the paranoid in me would have tought that they made it look like the oil was almost empty but ladies and gentleman oil consumption has been an issue with my beloved subaru forester for years now,i got a little bit irresponsible this time :) and im glad they saved my ass!

Five STAR service for this amazing repair shop! New World Auto Repair is my new favorite go to car repair shop. They have to be Chicagos best car repair service. Ive been having issues with my tires for over a year and every time I take it to a tire shop or repair shop they charge me between $50-$120 to look at it add air and something about resetting the sensor. I took my car to New World Auto Repair a few days ago, they spent over an hour looking at it, they told me what the problem is and how it not related to the tire. They offered a few options on how to go about fixing it based on how long I was going to keep the car because my car is over 10 years old. Basically they said it not really an issue that i need to put money into. 2 hours later they gave me a bill for $0. The owner said we didnt do anything to your car so why should we charge you. I was so touched and impressed by there customer service I couldnt leave without doing something nice for them. I bought them lunch which was the least I could do.
