Great customer support. Marty was responsive and polite. She is the truth. She got back to me on two issues quickly, and even apologized when she caught a verbal mistake she had made previously. Nowadays customer service reps dont follow up or even think about an apology. Marty was great.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND STATE EVERY LOOPHOLE TO NOT COVER YOU. THEY ALSO DON’T COVER OTHER STATES SO IF YOU CRASH IN INDIANA YOU HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. IF YOU PAY FOR A 6mo POLICY BUT WANT TO CANCEL A DAY LATER BECAUSE OF THEIR LOOPHOLES, THEY WONT REFUND ANYTHING AND SAY IT WAS YOUR FAULT

Good customer service, good cheap insurance. Deductible goes down $100/yr if you don’t have a accident. Sometimes hard to get to a live person on the phone and they are closed on the weekends...but hey u get what u paid for! Lol I been a customer for 5 yrs. If you need basic insurance this is the one!

GREAT SERVICES FROM THE START To the finish for 2 days

I had the most worst experience today after I had Lincoln auto insurance for a year my payments was due on the 21st of the month and I had until the 25th of the month to pay I received a letter to renew my insurance on the 17th of this month and I was looking forward to pay mu bill on the 25th of ever month as normal I didn’t receive no heads up or anything spoke with an supervisor about it she couldn’t help these is the worst people ever

It is extremely hard to get in touch with their office via phone. You are either going to voice mail or not getting any response. The customer service at Lincoln Insurance is the WORST. I have been trying to renew my insurance for the last two weeks, left several messages and as of today, still no return to call. Its terrible. Quick service, when you are able to get an operator on the phone, live. The automated service works perfectly. But when you need to get service during business hours you are met with extreme delays. Plan ahead and expect the worse. If you need immediate service, you cannot have it at Lincoln Insurance. But when you do get someone on the phone, excellent service!!

Ive never been more frustrated with an Insurance Company. Not only did it take unusually long to reach them. (Opened @ 8:30am but didnt speak to a live agent until 10am)I was also given the wrong information. The so-called claim number I received was not valid. After contacting the appropriate individuals, I basically had to start from scratch! Their rates are reasonable--just NEVER get into an accident...no ones coming!

They make you false promises they offer you a referral gift and then they dont give it to you also what I experienced was I had insurance and I paid over $1,000 for my policy for the year and it didnt cover car rental insurance and it wasnt mentioned to me that you had to add that to your policy so they leave things out and then they didnt cover my vehicle when it was in an accident from potholes

They are thieves in my eyes. I paid Lincoln Insurance monthly on time for YEARS!!! And as soon as I get into accident they don’t pick up the phone,THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS !!! The VOICE MAIL IS POINTLESS AND A JOKE! I CANT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS. They are cheap, but you truly get what you pay for. LESSON LEARNED!!! They are SCAMMERS.

I had my insurance with this company for many years and it’s been very good to me. I just have to write this review now because I just had 2 deaths in my life and never had to worry about paying my insurance for my car cause my mother always did it for me so it was a shock to do this on my own. Plus my fiancée also passed away and I didn’t keep up with everything. Then I get a call from Daisy one of your employees and she talked me threw what I had to do and I did it then there was more and wasn’t expecting it I got angry at her and I called her the next day and apologized for my reaction to all the nonsense I thought but she was just doing her job. When you go to this place to pay your insurance dress warm because you will be standing outside in the cold why they taking their time to get to the door to get your payment and then you can have lunch while you waiting for them to bring you a change so if theres another way other than going to pay in person I will suggest using it cuz it dont make no sense.

Ive been with Lincoln for about 5 years now and I never had a problem with them. This pandemic hit and then there was an issue. I couldnt get a hold of anyone, I couldnt go in to make payments, I couldnt do anything. I recently picked up another job to make more income and I called Lincoln to renew. They asked me if I was with a ride sharing company and I told them yes. They then proceeded to tell me that they couldnt cover me, even though my ride sharing stated that I needed to have my own insurance. I told the representative so I have to make less money for you guys to insure me, does that make sense? And this woman had the nerve to tell me yes it does make sense. Thankfully I found an insurance company who would cover me and Im grateful for that. Now I can make money and provide for my family without having to worry about not being covered on my car. Trust me if I could give Lincoln 0 stars I would. No type of compassion for loyal customers. You guys truly do suck!

If you want low cost insurance get Lincoln. But if you want a company that pays when someone hit your vehicle or God forbid you hit someone Allstate insurance is the way to go.

I am leaving a four star review simply because it feels impossible to get in touch with a customer service representative. If you have an existing insurance plan and you call to speak with a rep, you’re left on hold for 7-10 min before having to leave a voicemail, which takes 3-5 business days to hear back from.If you’re requesting a quote, however, they call you back within the minute lolOn the other hand, the customer service supervisor, Tiana, that finally called me back was very pleasant and helpful despite my frustration.I did apologize for being abrasive as it was not her fault at all (the company itself definitely needs an updated system to handle the volume of calls they receive).She kept in touch and followed up with me after we weren’t able to process my insurance the first day she called back.Throughout the entire process, she was very kind and patient while explaining my new policy & clarifying what would happen with my existing policy.Thank you so much, again, Tiana!

Been with this company for years. Could pay online or they will give courtesy call before payment is due. What makes this company stands out is their customer service, one in particular is Toya. Shes patient in asnwering all qestions. She made sure I understood everything. Toya is pleasant with added humor.

I called in because I traded in a vehicle that was insured with you to get insurance on my new vehicle and Toya made she followed with call backs after all the steps I needed to take prior to being able to get insured...such having to send pics, etc. Also the payment system went down and she made sure she called me when it came back up to continue the process so that my new vehicle would be insured. Thanks Toya and keep that same energy!!!

I received a very pleasant experience from Tiana at Lincoln on yesterday. They say good help and customer service is hard to find and I believe Lincoln has a gem on their hands. From beginning to end, Tiana was very professional, pleasant and thorough. She went over all of my options and answered all of my questions. And the process did not take all day!

Would love to have them call back, or even better answer there phones i have questions of a serious inquiry and would like to talk to professionals of that manor......still waiting.

I do not recommend this place at all. When I called to start a policy they answered right away. All subsequent calls have gone unanswered. I was actually calling to cancel. I already started a new policy, so fortunately I didnt have a lapse in coverage. I did get those threatening letters and emails. But you know what...they can kiss it. I would hate to actually need to file a claim with them because Im sure it would be a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because this place is useless.

Daisy is the best CRSBig problem. was mislead for 3 weeks i thought i had confirmation coming. NO GO not after 3 days trying to reach a agent did i reach a angel DAISY A csr who made me a VET go from 8 kill to 0.

Took them 2 weeks to call me back by then my policy was canceled then they acted like I was to blame when we were in the middle of trying to figure something out they are very rude and just hang up on you or transfer you in the middle of your sentence they overcharged me and if you have extra money go with a different insurance company please.. these guys SUCK!!!

Been with them over 3 years now. Not a bad company however I haven’t had a wreck yet. Worst part is getting ahold of anyone even just to pay my bill. Every month it takes a week or so of phone tag because they’re automated system is always down. Then I can’t get connected to anyone so I leave a message and then phone tag starts. Also their hours are not accurate. It’s 1:00pm on Saturday right now and I called to pay my bill and they’re closed. Hours say they’re open until 3pm on saturdays. Not true.

Great customer service quick response to clients

I have only had this insurance for about 4 to 5 months when the pandemic first started to pick up. At first they were responsive and actively engaging with me when ever I called but now they dont even answer the phone, I get sent to voicemail and when I speak with the operator they just send me back to the voicemail. Most companies have adapted to the new normal but Lincoln has a very long way to go. Very dissatisfied with them.

Friendly staff, but as a whole, this company cuts corners A LOT. When it comes to the particulars, the staff members are not on the same page; The knowledge of the insurance process varies from staff member to staff member. It is made clear that the companys needs come before the insured. Please dont let those low rates entice you. You will be better off getting insurance from one of the big companies as they are more consistent and accountable, and actually have your best interest at heart.

Out of the 4 Hit and Runs Lincoln insurance only help me out with one so now I only have liability I was paying a lot for nothing and in my fourth Hit and Run they made her pay thats the only reason why Ill give them 3 stars they tried my full coverage suck. An any matter try to have your phone camera set on one-touch too quickly get to your camera or video

Not too bad. They are only a middle man. You dont get insurance with them. They find you the best deal with companies. Im really happy they came out of the stone ages and you have different options of paying your insurance. The hour hold times to talk to someone was ridiculous.

In 1985 I had a great experience working with Lincoln. Now since I left and currently a customer. Their service is excellent very family friendly. Quite a few years back I was sued by a driver Who was ensured by State Farm. The so called sub standard insurance company that Lincoln uses sent their attorney, he appeared with me in court and we beat the case. Very satisfied customer.

Renewed my insurance policy with Dianne today she was awesome. She found a cheaper company for me upon renew, instead of being lazy and keeping me with the same company. I received my receipt and temporary proof of insurance rite away via email. It was very refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.
