Every Agent i talk to from Great Northern Insurance couldnt help me or answer an easy basic question I had . Im very disappointed and upset about it .

Absolutely terrible customer service. One of their insured drivers backed into my car while I was parked. After two months of no contact from Great Northern Insurance, I called to see what was holding things up. The lady that I spoke to told me that they would not pay out on any claims that happen outside of Illinois. She said that even though the person who hit me was found liable, they would never pay out on it. She continued to be rude and even yell at me. At one point in the conversation she told me that there was another number that I could call to speak with someone else but that she did not have to give it to me. When I asked her to give me the number, she hung up on me. Terrible, terrible customer service. I am amazed that they are even in business.

I never hesitated to visit/call them, customer service is always good been with them for couple years and everything is great, all office employees are nice and friendly, keep it up!

The worst insurance agency in Illinois, doesn’t matter how long I been insured with them and how clean my record is, always they raise The price when I renew with them, customer service horrible, Manager Kara got bad attitude, never again with those scammers

They had a scatterbrain agent named Osiris in the Elston office who totally screwed up my account. I was sitting right in front of her giving her my info to sign up for insurance, and she put the wrong name and the wrong drivers license on my account. Then she was mysteriously terminated shortly after that.I have called there a few times to straighten out my account, and they leave me on hold for long periods of time, and put me on hold and then disconnect me while im on hold.They seriously need work on their customer service skills, since I have signed up with them, I have been treated like trash

Sorry I had to put star doesnt allow me to put post, dont get insurance in Elston location, especially through Kara Gurvey manager scam artist what ever she tells you to bind coverage is false make sure get all in writing before get policy
