Julias office is a place to go to, no matter if you have questions about a new car insurance or coverage for your house. Her customer service is exceptional and she is always available to clarify your policy and educate you on how you can save on bundle services. I believe we switched our car and home insurance policy back in 2011 and we never looked back.I always forget to renew my car insurance, but Julia and her staff follow up with phone calls and make sure that you are save on the road. I maybe an old-school girl, but I like to talk to real people over the phone. My husband and I are even considering to switch our condominium association to Julias plan with American Family Insurance, since we can never get a hold of the insurance agent with another company. In this day and age it is always about customer service and quick response.It is also helpful, that Julias staff can speak in several languages. I believe they cover Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and, of course, English.
