Every time I called for help they will go above and beyond to assist. I been trying to purchase a home and needed some documents from my house.When you get in contact with them you can just tell from their friendly voice on the phone they want to help you out. They have always been very helpful and very professional to assist you.Great job on customer service!

You have to place your payment in the mail slot and they will mail you a receipt.
Compared to other state farm locations, this place is fantastic. Never had an issue and they were always super helpful in any trouble, and kept in contact. Really helped out when transferring my wife from her agent to this one.Personally, just really great service
I had Life Insurance homeowners and auto insurance at this location 4 several years. Until I started noticing abnormalities with their billing. I noticed they were overcharging me immensely. When I try to talk to customer service or anyone in this office all I got was rude customer service. And once I try to change from this location to another they try to make it as hard as possible for me to do so. Be forewarned do not do automatic payment with this office because they will overcharge you.

I definitely dont recommend StateFarm, they only care about your money, and nothing else, I had them for 14 years; The Michael Karr office, I recently canceled my car insurance, and they never took the trouble of telling meDrive unlocked for 10 days, risking Ami and Ami family because of StateFarm. A they only care to receive their monthly payments in time and do not care about their clients.

Honestly I used to be a customer with All-star and I had amazing service. However, this specific location I have had issues with from the minute I switched over. I talked about it with some people and apparently some of my mutual friends were once customers at this location but switched over due to their service. I am never the type of person to complain, but I never found my self in a situation where it was almost impossible to get help. I seem to get attitude for asking questions or commenting on my concerns.
Had him for 10 years. My whole family had him probably since hes been in business. I also got him customers to sign up. We were in an accident and the person driving Michael Karrs client) called to make a claim. They said he didnt have insurance. I checked our file and realized we never received a bill. Michael Karr receptionist said we got a bill and she called us. We checked out phone plan and told Michael Karr we have no call nor voice mail from his office. He basically said too bad theres nothing he can do AND IT HAD ONLY BEEN 3 DAYS THAT HE DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE. Wow thanks for trying Michael, I really see you value and fight for your customers. I even warned him that I was going to drop him after 10 years, he didnt care and said its too bad. When I did call to cancel I wanted to speak directly with him and he said I didnt have to talk to him. If you want poor customer service and no appreciation for long time customers then sign up with Michael Karr.
