Just like all the other reviews below I was happy with the service and the affordable rates found by this agency. I dislike to be the bearer of bad news but things aren’t always as good as they appear and can cost you more in the end. I am aware that Atlantic finds your insurance provider but they should have full knowledge and competency to resolve issues created by the insurance companies THEY find for you. Per my discussion with the manager, I am the first to have dealt with an issue caused by a miscommunication between a previous worker named Leticia from Atlantic and my insurance company which resulted in me paying more at the end of my insurance claim. Beware if they select AMERICAN FREEDOM! You will always pay more than what they pay out. It’s not worth it! Save your time the energy, time, & money! Atlantic nor the insurance companies they refer to have anyone’s best interest! They only care about how much money they can collect. Selfish!!!

I have been with Atlantic Insurance for 4 years now with my second vehicle. I was referred to this agency by a co-worker 4 years ago, and I would also definitely refer anyone to this car insurance company today. They are affordable and easy to contact. I call them every month to make my payment over the phone, and I always talk to my agent Liliana who has helped me renew my policy 3 times now, update my address, and add a second vehicle. She has always been very courteous, helpful, and prompt to respond to any of my inquiries. I have a full coverage/comprehensive policy with them, but like all smaller insurance companies they have limitations, so make sure that you understand all of your options before purchasing any insurance anywhere. Atlantic offers good coverage at affordable prices, and they have great customer service.
