Ive never had an issue with their customer service for years until yesterday. I renewed my insurance and everything went through. Through the years they have always emailed me everything right away, sometimes even while Im still on the phone. But yesterday, I waited all day for the documents and the temp card and it took 3 calls to the company before they emailed me everything. My email has ALWAYS been on file, but I had to spell out my email to them all 3 times that I called them. I have been very patient and waited all day. So I called again, before they closed and they answered (in fairness) and the lady told me that she emailed it and she told me where she emailed it and she had the wrong email address (after I spelled out to them my email 3x). She told me she will send everything the next day (my insurance expires that day) and we will need the temp cards since we will be using the car. I have never had an issue or worry about renewing it a few days before it expires since they always email me everything the same day, except yesterday when I had to call them 3x! I dont know what it is, and whats going on with the company BUT I have never had an issue with them before they had merged with another company! I am satisfied with the premium they always give me, but just very DISAPPOINTED with customer service yesterday. They need to do better!They did email me everything last night before they closed, i have to give them that, but after stressing out about it all day, and almost having to pull someones leg to do it.

If you hit a pothole and the insurance has to pay anything, you become uninsurable. Illinois Vehicle Auto Insurance in Melrose Park is much better.

When I was little, I always seen eagle man commercials. Now as an adult Ive been with Eagle insurance since 2018. This company is affordable. I never had to use the insurance until recently I had had an accident. I emailed them with the information on the accident and recieved a call within the half hour. No games, and no run around. I couldnt be happier on how they handled everything. I have had Fabien and Enadina as representatives. Both have always been kind and very helpful. I can vouch for Eagle. They are legit.

People laugh when I tell them I have Eagle Insurance because they think of those cheesy 90s commercials they ran, but thats fine. Their rates are low compared to other insurance companies and they offer SR22 insurance for those who need it. There are no surprises and no frills, I honestly cant complain. Everyone who I have dealt with has been helpful and polite. Just called to update my address and had a good experience with Luciano. He updated my policy and emailed me a new card within minutes. Cant see myself changing anytime soon.

I have been with Eagle for about 4 years now, as I have had insurance on 3 different vehicles. I was recently in my first car accident mid-Feburary. Fortunately, it was a minor fender bender. I immediately called Eagle to report the accident and get everything in order. Mind you, this was my first car accident and all of the necessary paperwork, to my knowledge, was completed and sent in to the respective agencies. I received a call because I did not send in proof of registration. Unfortunately, I had already scrapped the car because my property manager did not want a totaled car on property. I immediately called Eagle to ask if that would work, they said yes, and FRED, the manager, told me to email him the sticker, which was SUPPOSED to be promptly forwarded to Heartland Insurance and that he would get back to me. He never got back, so I assumed all was well. Fast forward to April 21, I received a letter from the second partys insurance agency stating they were seeking compensation because my insurance agency was unable to cover the damages. Obviously startled, I called Eagle to figure out what was going on since I assumed the paperwork was in order.I spoke to Fred who, by the way, has nothing but excuses and terrible customer service, who said he did not remember me and tried to explain my obligations to me. He told me it was not his responsibility, when he CLEARLY offered to forward the supporting paperwork, which I have screenshots of, and did not want to admit I was receiving this letter due to HIS negligence. If I am not mistaken, the whole point of having an insurance agency is to handle such proceedings when accidents do occur.Overall, whole scenario was really irritating considering the fact that I had never been an accident prior to this and was met with contempt by the manager of all people. Long story short, FRED NEEDS TO BE DEMOTED. Anyway, I will definitely be filing a formal complaint. If anyone is ever in an accident, make sure you are on top of Eagle. Keep all of your documentation and make sure that every thing you send to Eagle also gets sent to the supporting insurance agency.Rant over.

I called Eagle because I bought basic insurance to cover me for driving my older folks around in their cars. Now they’ve passed So called back to compare full coverage for a new car I bought.
