I’ve had the best customer service at this State Farm! I spoke with Guadalupe about a problem I was having with my Drive Safe & Save app and she was wonderful. Very patient and helpful! Definitely recommend this location. The best staff hands down! Insurance can be very stressful but trust me, the lovely ladies at this location are very helpful and patient. Emili called to see if I would like a quote done she made it quick and easy! Her attitude was nothing but positive and made sure I knew the process of how the quotes work! She was also able to inform me about their drive safe and save program! All in all she made sure I had a positive experience!!

When I first called this location, I was looking to get information on health insurance being that I am so young and didnt know much about them. Every question and concern I had was answered. I was so pleased with the customer service that I decided to get myself a health insurance. Going with this company has been one of the best decisions I have made. My mother in law called my husband to tell us to meet her at this State Farm Location. My husband and I have our own agent in Indiana. My mother in law wanted to give my husband his life insurance she has had on him for decades. So we waited for over an hour for the one lady that could only help us. Didnt get her name because I we were already a little bothered that she had us wait for over and hour and our talk lasted about 15mins. This agent was very unprofessional and rude with her ugly blue chipped polish. We explain to this agent how we have State Farm with a different agent in Indiana but that my mother in law called to give my husband his life insurance. The agent kept asking my mother in law if she was sure she wanted to do that. Then looked at my husband and said how he should be a good son and maybe just send her the $39. Dollar monthly payment for his insurance as opposed to my mother in law handing over his policy. I felt the need to correct this agent since she wanted to be nosey, my mother in law remarried a younger man and the last time she went to Mexico to get surgery to look younger she almost died. So MY MOTHER In law just wanted to give my husband his life insurance the way she gave the rest of her kids theirs. We did NOT ask for the policy nor to drive all the way to the ghetto for this. My mother in law told the agent if she didnt think it was a good idea can she at least take a few thousands out to give to her son. The agent looked at my mother in law and said, well are you sure because you wont get 100Thousand it will be 96. Wow, really? Was this agent wishing my young 38year old husband early death? Anyway I just wanted to hurry up and leave before the gang bangers came out to shoot. Im rethinking even having State Farm. This is my HONEST Review and I actually do exist. I have more than 1 or 2 reviews posted with REAL Pictures. I KNOW REAL Customer Service and I dont settle for the little this location provides. This lady did NOT appeared professional nor did she act in a professional way. My mother in law is in the process of getting a different agent in a SAFER Area.

I wasnt sure what I needed. I just knew I needed insurance for my 2018 Chevy Malibu. I sat with Maria Santos and she explained what is full coverage and how it benefits me.
