Lavan is great, and the employees have always been very nice. Today I made a payment over the phone, and Elise helped me. She was very kind and helpful. I was able to make my payment quickly and efficiently. Ive used Lavan for over a year and have no complaints. The ladies are so kind and quick to assist me every time Ive called.

Jessica and Elise were phenomenal. Long story short, I switched ownership for my car and I had to get a brand new insurance policy on the spot. Initially, Jessica processed everything with a warm demeanor and made it a swift and effective process. The rates are equally phenomenal. Jessica was able to process everything via phone. She was going to send me the documents via e-mail, but I came in the office instead. From start to finish, everyone was extremely welcoming. Jessica was on the phone so she wasn’t able to assist me, but Elise was able to finalize my documents. Elise and Jessica explained everything in detail. My experience was amazing. Bad experience im not satisfied because I got insurance and know they told me my insurance when up and i had to pay more to be insured and now they what i paid for i might get a check in about a month which was a waste of time cause the computer wasnt reaponding well so it took a day for them to let me know my insurance whenbup and i was supposed to pay more can afford all that money so im so unsatisfied with how they can refund me a check today for what i paid for
