I would be very cautious about any business that deceives the public by posting reviews from within the company. I stumbled on this because Matt Maloney is a manager for Allstate and he wrote a 5 star review immediately following my well documented review of one of his agents. I found he does this for several of the ALLSTATE agents even though GOOGLE and YELP forbid this due to conflict of interest. Now i see that Raul rates himself? I am surprised that ALLSTATE supports these tactics. NOTE: they have the opportunity to reply to my review publicly. If i am wrong i will happily admit to hit. Matt? Allstate? In this case I had to mention also that the other reviews included family members. A review of my yelp and google reviews will show that they are normally very positive.
