I have my business policy with this agent since 2008. Very reasonable rates. Jack owner very professional and friendly so is his staff. I had recently car run into the wall of my business. Jack was at my place next morning and helped me with all aspect right away. Definitely recommend as your agent and farmers as your insurance company.

They sold me some other insurance, not Farmers.Few months later, my car gets hit. The insurance is not responding, ignoring my phone calls. Ewa, so praised here is supposed to request I get a proactive adjuster. Unfortunately, she listened without any understanding.....or maybe her language skills are very limited, as the e-mail she sent them, did not relay my words at all....So now, after paying several thousand dollars for my coverage, I am really concerned if I will get proper representation in my case.I for sure will cancel their non existent service ASAP and will not recommend.

Jacek Krzoseks Farmers Insurance agency is one of the best around! Farmers has very competitive prices in the Chicago market. I use them for new construction condo projects and for condo associations (great!!!) and also for my personal car and home policies. The price is right - but the service is what seals it.
