Friendly people good service

One of their clients hit my car. Auto insurance company refuses to return my calls regarding my claim against their client. They would rather ignore the situation than address it. Claims department does not do a adequate job at getting ahold of their client so they can respond to the claim I have against them. Will be taking their client to small claims court for the damage to my brand new 2020 Hyundai.

They real helpful

I am giving it four stars even though they are really a brokers office. But they can get you financed even with poor credit. They will get you insured with little problem and not at an insane percentage.

They increase or decrease without any notification given. Customer service is zero. Especially in english.

I bought insurance with Mrs. Brenda walls by phone, she offered me everything the same without any combination, just like my policy already expires and what my surprise when picking up my policy did not have the same services of my previous policy which I claimed and called the service to the client but no response to but to sell if they are called I called very bad I do not recommend this place to ensure anything
