The most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. To start everything off I had to keep contacting them to see if they had an answer for me about the insurance. I send them a message to see what’s their progress on September 6th, and I get a response saying “ Not yet, should have some answers this week”. I ended up waiting another week until September 13th to send them another messages since I never got another response the previous week for an update. I end up getting no response. Today I sent them another message asking about the update and they said this “ Unfortunately the carriers are not considering this type of risk” instead of letting me know the update of what’s going on. They just stop responding.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AGENCY EVER...REVOLVING DOOR POLICY!!!Do NOT do business with Salvador Insurance. I have been informed by employees (present and past) that the owner, Wil Salvador, is sexist and derogatory toward his employees, especially women. As a former customer, I got to know some of the staff pretty well. Over time I came to witness some of the unprofessional behavior exhibited by Wil Salvador. He is an employer that has been known to tell his employees that they are replaceable (and those are HIS words as told to me by a few staff members who were wrongfully terminated....of whom the majority were women).I have taken my insurance business elsewhere, because I refuse to support a business where the owner feels he can treat his employees as if they are expendable. Im writing this review so that people can be informed. We need to stop these unfair practices that happen at the workplace. By patronizing these establishments, were giving the ok for owners like Wil Salvador to continue in his immoral, unethical and HIGHLY OUTDATED business practices when it comes to employees in the workplace.These men and women whom Ive interacted with worked very hard to earn their insurance licenses and credentials. I was EXTREMELY happy with my agent, until I was informed she was no longer with the company. Based on that and first hand testimony from employees, it is my OPINION that Wil Salvador is not someone I care to do business with any longer.
