Staff care for others, building is cleaned daily, anytime I need maintenance, put in a work order and it gets done :) My building manager is understanding. Would recommend to very nice people, not anyone that’s stuck up and snotty

Its ok few minor details but no place is perfectHumans can find something wrong in the bestest of place. Everything can stand for improvement including ourselves but im Grateful

How the hell am I supposed to get my packages from the office when it’s never open. Even the security guards laugh and say that they never there. Good luck. How come they don’t have access to the office it does not make any sense. And when you call the customer service number nobody picked up. I was asked to leave a voicemail. This place is trash

Old Hotel converted to Apartment building. Full service Front Desk, two elevators, package receipt, work out room, very large community room and a nice courtyard to enjoy the open air privately. Great people to work with on-site. Kitchens can be a little on the small side but with all the amenities a good place to live in the area.

I love it here.

It looks very nice and believe it or not, it doesnt look anything like it used to back in the early 90s. Must check out if you are looking for a decent low rental apartment.

A True Review: I called to book an appointment to view a unit. The company books you an appointment with a leasing agent to meet you on the property. I had an appointment at 9:30am and upon arriving the around that this building is located is very sketchy. It is right next to Cicero which is known for being an unsafe area. I arrive at 9:25am and the only parking available around the building is street parking. I found a spot to park and immediately was on edge as two other cars appeared to park next to me. I felt like I was being followed because neither drivers would get out of there car and I was being starred at. Something didnt feel right so I decided to drive off and drive around the building a few times to see if I could locate the agent Tanya whom I was suppose to meet.As I drove around the building, I will admit that the pictures online were better than what I saw in person. Whoever designed the website for this apartment building did a good job because they fooled me! The building was not as neat as the online pictures made it to be. Sketchy is the best word for this building and area. As I drove around there was a gentlemen smoking at the entrance area of the building and kept starring at me as I drove by. Something just did not seem right nor did I see anyone who looked like they lived there or worked there or the agent.I decided to park right in from of the building and waited 10 more minutes. By that time is was 9:45am and there was no agent in sight but homeless people walking around. I called the number for the company and received the voicemail. If you are looking for affordable housing, then this would be it for a good price, however, if you are concenred for your safety, reliable leasing tour appointment, and hoping to not get robbed everyday, then do not move here.
