1350 LSD is a community that has flexed to meet the needs of residents during the pandemic. Theyve started doing virtual craft events, coordinating with food trucks, and even offering outdoor (socially distanced) yoga. Its been a huge help to combat the isolation caused by the pandemic. Theyve also upped cleaning protocols to keep staff, residents, and visitors as safe as possible while balancing their efforts with a good amount of communication to keep everyone informed as things in the city change and they adapt to whatever public health measures are required/ recommended.

Sent a request information inquiry email to the apartment complex regarding a unit. Finally called a week and a half later to find out why I was ignored. Because Im a housing voucher holder, and the associate who I spoke to clearly dont know what all goes under the housing fair law. Instead he stated no thats for race not for a voucher. I felt uncomfortable and will be filing a complaint with HUD against them. Its not what you do or say its how you do it and say it!!

This building is very old, and entrance is very dirty. Hallways are not clean at all full of dog hair. Our hallway smells on garbage all the time. Apartment is old. We have only new laminate. Bathroom is very old as well. Kitchen smells very bad, we reported couple of times but they did not fixed it. Not satisfied at all. In summer time air conditioning is not working property. Only aria around building is nice. This building is not my recommendation at all.

Just moved in. What a great place! The location is amazing, the amenities - the gym, the commissary, the business center, the rooftop, etc. - are fantastic. And I love the building staff. All so friendly and helpful and fun. So happy with my new home.

Apartments are clean, roomy. Good service. The only downside is the rent, but that shouldn’t be a argument since it’s 3 minutes walk from Magnificent Mile. Sky deck during summertime is something worth the price.

My husband and I recently moved from the suburbs of Chicago - we love the neighborhood-feel and the close proximity to restaurants and shops! Our apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and of Navy Pier. Management/maintenance have been very responsive to anything that we have needed. We truly love it here at 1350!

I used the parking facility here today. Valet staff was friendly and even welcomed me back when I came to retrieve my van.

Ive visited a friend here and was very impressed with the layout. Parking was tough.
