We rented an apartment at 2950 while our house was being remodeled, and we could not have had a better experience. The building is extremely well managed. The facility was kept in excellent condition, The staff was friendly, accessible and accommodating. In short, we highly recommend 2950 N. Sheridan!

We loved living at 2950. The staff is super helpful and always on top of maintenance and any issues that arise. The 24/7 concierge are always super friendly. Can not hear people from other units.

This is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. Maintenance work is always done right away, the management and concierge teams are beyond accommodating, and thats just the tip of the iceberg. Amazing gym, beautiful units with modern appliances, a stunning rooftop, squeaky clean car garage...the list goes on. I have every intention of renewing my lease next year.

Beautiful building!! The management is kind and caring always looking for ways to better the life of the residents.

They’ve started to let the people from other Wirtz buildings to use the private gym and garage. Definitely not worth the ‘premium rent’.
