He didnt put us under any duress. The technicians were professional and courteous throughout the two days of installation. They were also all very nice to our dogs! My old furnace and air conditioning system were replaced with new ones. The company as a whole was extremely accommodating and punctual. The costs were really affordable. The staff was really professional and efficient, and the installation took two days. They left the area they worked in in better shape than they found it. They also changed the venting on my water heater to the right size and added a UV filter to my system at no extra charge. I just had my fall service on my dual fuel heating system by Sterling Heating Air Conditioning. Benny is a very knowledgeable and thorough technician. He cleaned the unit and checked all of the senors and the heat exchanger. He also checked the gas pressure and the refrigerant pressure. This unit is around 5 years old and this is probably the best service that its had since it was new. Benny also did my spring service earlier this year and he did the same great work. Its hard to find good technician like Benny that cares about the work that he does. Thanks for the good service.

Sterling Heating Air Conditioning installed a new variable speed Air Conditioner and Digital Thermostat (replacing old ones) at our home. During the quoting and research process they were professional and did a very thorough load study to determine our requirements. Their price was competitive. The technician installed the A/C and thermostat. He was professional, competent, courteous, on time, and cleaned up after the job was finished.

The technician did a great job with the H VAC installation for my home during this summer. From approval to installation, he took care of end to end installation at a reasonable price and did the job in less than a week for the entire house. Pretty much he revamped the entire heating system and installed both heating and cooling. Would have given 0 stars if I could. My air conditioning unit stopped working and my condo was 85 degrees inside as it was 90 plus degrees outside. Called Sterling as they were close to my building and had good reviews. They gave me a two hour window to be available same day. After those two hours, no calls and no updates, I called them back only to find out that they were “too busy” and that they wouldn’t make it to my job until tomorrow. I thought this was highly unprofessional and will never use them again.

Beware of Sterling! We had the worst experience imaginable. Started innocently enough with a prompt visit and diagnosis of our AC problem (rusted coil box -- though now I wonder if they got that right). Then they needed to order a part -- from Las Vegas! An ETA of 3-5 days turned into 3 weeks of waiting and promises of calls that were never made. Someone from the office will call -- nobody calls. The part will come in today! -- a week, 2 weeks later, no part. Finally our technician drops out of the picture. Subsequent calls to the office -- promises of call backs. Nothing. Finally a guy over there says Oh we dont work on systems like yours. #$&*$%#!!!! We are now working with a reputable HVAC company. Beware of Sterling!
