Came in with moisture in my phone alerts beeping. They told me that id need to replace the port for $128. When I returned to pick up my phone, they were able to just clean up the port and all was well for only $37. So very nice to go to a business thats honest and not just out for every buck they can possibly make. Ill be back and recommend FF again and again!

Someone seems to have stolen or lost my MacBook charger after I turned it in while my laptop was supposed to be repaired. I was told they dont take chargers, but the person who took my laptop certainly did. I didnt receive a response about it, just told theyd call me back if they found it and they didnt. The charger was just bought pretty recently. Another gentleman did graciously remove the screen protector on my iPhone screen, which I couldnt seem to get off, but I was still super disappointed my charger was lost especially because I cant afford a new one.

I am writing this review from a phone I was told could never be fixed by more than one phone repair company. They are INCREDIBLE! It literally took them only about 20 seconds to come up with a plan for fixing the phone, and only took about an hour to fix it.

Brought my iphone 11 in today after calling for pricing and timing estimate. The phone call fast, courteous, and they said it would only take about 30 minutes to fix my cracked screen which was causing glitches in the phone making it unuseable. When I walked in the service was super kind, funny and even let me know it would be cheaper than I originally thought! They went above and beyond in the service and it made my day. Definitely recommend.

Brought them an iMac that was over 11 years old. He did not immediately turn us away, but stated it may take a while to find out what was wrong and if it could be fixed. It did take a while however, that’s what it takes to be meticulous and thorough. Very satisfied with the customer service, efficiency, and value that I found there. I would highly recommend them, if you have something even if it’s older to give them a try.

I’d recently dropped my phone and the left side was unusable. Came by to have it fixed and they did it in 30m for around $150. If you need your phone fixed, I recommend coming here. Just know that you’ll probably need to buy a new screen protector if you’re getting your screen fixed.
