Everybody is beyond professional and exceptionally friendly. The installation is minimally intrusive, very clean, and done well. Theyve insulated my attic and now replaced my water heater. I trust these guys and their work. Their VIP program is the best to ensure proper maintenance. They always call prior to arrival, they call to remind me when scheduled maintenance is due, and they responded super quick when I had an issue with a previously installed unit. I know this probably sounds like an ad but I just love these guys!! Keep up the great service, we need more businesses like this one!

Really good service which is rare these days. Took the time to come inspect what we we wanted done and offer suggestions even late on a Friday evening. Customer service was great from the office staff to the technicians. Very pleased with the work that was done at a reasonable price and how well they were able to relocate the unit as close as possible to the corner next to the stairs.

The fitters and electricians did a great job installing an air conditioner in my bedroom and a fan in the garden below, with as unobtrusive piping as possible. No mess, no fuss, just very efficient workers. They also programmed my remote control with my internet in double quick time. I highly recommend this company.

The team is extremely responsive and professional! Unfortunately, we’ve gone through three different air-conditioned people prior to this. I’ll giving us different stories about what was wrong with our AC. We felt the altar team was extremely prompt, confident, clean, and personable! Because of this we had them replace our full unit and will hire them again when we are going to be doing an extension to our house later this year for a second unit! I’d highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Made an agreement with this company with the salesman his name is David I believe. And I asked him they would only get this contract if I had one condition. Run a new thermostat line. It was a small cable . He agreed and said it wouldn’t be a problem he would tell his installer to do it. So we agreed that they would take the contract. The day of installation they came and installed the equipment but did not change out the line that we agreed on. The installer said that the salesman never told him anything about that and when he called the salesman he said they don’t do it. i’d be careful with this company I promise you things just to sell you things and they don’t keep their promises.My thermostat doesn’t work properly because of this cable that they didn’t notreplace.

Came to the house within 2 hours of my call. Because my complete system was almost 20 years old, it was not worth repairing, plus parts were not made for it anymore. They replaced both units that same afternoon and by 6 that evening all was good. Very satisfied.

My tech from Green Air Care came over to give me a quote on a new AC and humidifier install. He took the time to explain to me what was really needed. Aside from that, i mentioned that the blower in the furnace was acting up and he immediately took a look at it and fixed it, by replacing the capacitor and did not even charge me for it! I was reminded that I needed to leave this review today. Last fall we had our furnace and AC coil replaced. The ductwork also needed modification to install a good air filter as there never was a real filter installed. The furnace technicians did a professional job installing the furnace and reworking the ductwork. We are very happy with the work and products we received from Green Air Care and would recommend them to anyone. I had them out this spring to finish setting up the Air Conditioner and had another great experience.

The person I talked to on the phone was friendly, and they were able to schedule us the same day. The technician called before arriving to let us know he was on the way. He was friendly and efficient, and he wore booties over his shoes to make sure he didnt track anything into the house. He could tell us quickly what the problem was, the cost of the repair, and he made an honest recommendation based on the cost of the repair and the age of the appliance. And he cleaned up any messes before he left.

Green Air Care installed complete heating and AC systems in our new home. The result is great comfort year-round and very affordable electric and gas bills. The equipment is very quiet as well. We have a yearly service contract with Green Air Care and have never been disappointed. We have used their electrician and plumbing department for several jobs and they have always done a great job. My dryer vent had been disconnected in the ceiling and called Green Air Care for a consult and dryer vent scope. They came in (for $500) and told me there was a disconnect at one point in the vent. They said there was nothing more they could do and I would have to have another team of specialists come in. When they other team came in, they essentially did the exact same thing, but determined the first team was incorrect in their diagnosis and found the real break in a completely different spot. After breaking through the ceiling and wall to fix they said they then kept quoting prices (increasing from $500 to $1000) to fix and patch the drywall (which I did for less than $100 from Home Depot). In addition, the entire time the service man kept saying my furnace needed to be replaced. All sketchy and not customer service focused. Sent a message when they asked how they did and let them know all of this (and the original $500 should be refunded or deducted from the second service visit since they completely misdiagnosed the problem) but never heard back from them either. Terrible customer service customer. Avoid all costs.
