I went to get my nails done for my birthday on a Friday. They looked horrible I asked them to take them off. I had been there for 3hrs. The shop was busy and the owner kept taking clients. They only had two nail techs and one lady doing pedicures. By Saturday one nail popped off. By Monday my eye lash extensions started to fall off. I specially told loann to not rush on my lashes and she did. Very horrible experience especially on my birthday

Loan doesn’t wash her hands while hopping from customer to customer. Always rushing. Made my sister nail broke and doesn’t use the liners for when you get your feet done. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

Very bad job on painting.

I went to get my eyebrows done the owner could not do them so a new girl that I’ve never seen before did. She was very nice but shortly after leaving I experience some burning about 30 minutes later someone pointed out to me that my eye lid was red by the time I made it home I could not touch my eyebrow without feeling a sharp pain a month before this I went to get my eyelashes done and by the time I decided to remove them I lost all of my real eyelashes. I will not be going back to this shop is the only reason why I gave it one star is because you could not give no star

Today I went in for a fill in and polish like always. But today was particularly interesting. There were 2 rude loud obnoxious & cheap guests. Complained about everything down to the drying time. That’s why they offer gel and shellac nails duh! You know those ones that want something for free. Well they were hateful and down right racist if you ask me. I see back and watch as they tried to double team the staff. It not my place to say who is and isn’t welcomed where. But for the staff to remain composed and professional the way she did........... I’d give them 100 stars but I can’t. So the 5 stars will have to do. I do nails on the side sometimes and I’ve had my nails done for the past 15 some odd years conservative years. 5 years at creative nails alone. Never have I ever had a bad visit. There are times when they are super busy and I have to return another day but that’s okay too. Because they have been the only place to give me phenomenal service each and every time.

My party of 4 came into salon at about 7:00 not knowing they close at 7:30. These ladies stayed until 10:00 helping us. They do great work. Will be going back.

Ive been seeing LoAnn for many years. No problems and I love my nails. They can last me anywhere between 4-6 weeks. Ive tried other places and I always seem to lose a nail or 2. Very sweet person.

The young girl is a sweet heart and had a good experience. But my nails were sloppy and my top coat was streaky. They didn’t build up the gel so my nails are flat.

Ann does a great job she even takes care of 2 people at one time so go see her

I did eyelash extension, and my eyes got severely irritated, it was very red and painful, my eyled was swallowed. I ended up with $185 for hospital. I had to go back to loen who is the owner as well as this is the lady who did the eyelash extension for me, I asked her to take them out, and she wanted extra money for it, even though it was her mistake; when i refused giving her money, she told to to me to get out of her store, very RUDLy and impolite, all she cares is money thats all!! I would not even 0% recommend for anyone. Especially for eyelash extension, she does nasty and cheap work, believe me!!

My wife did an eye lash extensions, she got eye infection so bad. The owner didn’t help her to remove the lashes, instead she was being rude and ask her to get out of her store.

The most inconvenient place Ive ever been to terrible I sat and soaked my nails in acetone for 1 hour. They took so many customers before me. Then got upset with me after I got up to go file my own nails and wash my hands after being there an hour and a half. Then told me to pay after they did nothing to my nails and tried to bargain with me to still get a full set by offering to not have me pay for having them soaked. Then when it was time to pay they were rude and mean when I confronted them about the situation showing them that I did sit for an hour in acetone drying my hands out and making them raw and burning. DO NOT GO TO THEM TERRIBLE PLACE. RUDE. INNCONVIENT. PUTS OTHERS WHO WALK IN BEFORE PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE. TERRIBLE PLACE.

I went back 2 times within 2 weeks paid $70 ( in total) and still had to go back. I had to wait and hour to get 1 whole eyelash redone and be charged $35. Never again.. Nana nails only for me. Thanks but no thanks

LoAnn is very good at what she do they are expensive though I believe the regulars should get a discount from time to time.
