My mom and I had WONDERFUL pedicures at CK! We were very impressed with the thorough service, great selection of scrubs, clean environment, and kind staff. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this place. Hannah is my girl. She’s gentle, kind and fun. She takes her time and makes sure my nails are perfect. Best shop on the east coast.

Fabulous shop, very detailed and helpful staff, even when we added an additional manicure. Three Hawaiian spa pedicures (with fresh oranges in the soaking water), two regular manicures and one removal of acrylic nails (which was super time consuming!).

When I came in to this place they were friendly but the service is absolutely terrible my nails were done so bad that I wouldnt recommend anyone going here its just a waste of money and time. The manager is the only person doing nails and she gets up and moves around and then comes back and half way does the job, its just sad that I try to find a good place to get my nails done and then to find out I have wasted my hard earned money.

First going and last time going to this place! I went in for a fill in! The foils were left on for almost a hour! I took them off myself and clean the polish off. Lady keep saying be right there. Everyone started doing pedicures for other people that came in! I got over to another table and the lady went back to doing pedicures! It’s 1 hr and 30 minutes! I snapped and left, will never go back and don’t recommend anyone else! Poor service, you finish your customer before starting another

They were great and did a great job.

All of them seem to be in hurry and didnt focus on quality. My overall experience was very disappointing. Looking at the NEW rates and quality, I would suggest look at the other options in the city.

They messed my nails up I got a fill in on Saturday and asked for a trim down they never trimmed my nails they looked wavy because they didnt buff them and the gel polish i got started peeling the next day it wasnt cured properly

Very great staff! I had Quinn (spelling?) who did an amazing job and was easy to talk to. I got the $35 spa pedicure and for the amount of work they out into their service, I thought it was well worth it!

I’ve been here a few times and each time I leave highly disappointed. They rush and within one day my gel polish is peeling. I never leave reviews but feel they really need to be aware of the poor quality of work. I’m not a novice to having my nails done and am disappointed that even when I pointed out issues they were not corrected. I was told come back and we’ll start over. That should not be the answer. Do great work every time. I highly doubt I’ll return.

Just barely adequate. Everything about my mani and pedi was weak. The level of care and detail in the trimming of my nails and cuticles was minimal. The massaging was a light touch and there not real effort to exfoliate. She even clipped my skin. It was quite painful. On top of all that, my polish was sloppy. There was polish on my skin and cuticle. My finger nail polish chipped after just two days. Nothing I experienced here was good quality.

The service was great but the product was not. Im not sure if it was the brand of polish, but my gel manicure did not last a week before it started chipping and peeling. Things would get stuck under the peeling gel (like strands of hair), causing even more peeling. After a week and a half, the gel on all of my nails peeled completely off. I have never had this happen before.*Edit* I went back and got a different brand of gel polish and had a completely different experience. No chipping. OPI polish is the way to go. I got my nails done here every 2 weeks for over a year. Great pricing, great service. Ive since moved but would recommend CK to anyone in the area.

Love this place! Im a law student and its perfect because the prices are cheap and I can walk here between classes! The staff are really friendly and dont mind that Im a little picky. Ive been going every two weeks to get acrylics/fills and Ill keep going back.

I walked in without an appointment they took me right away. I had three broken nails she fix them up fairly well.I have no complaints. I will go back.A lot better than most places I’ve been to and was clean.

As far as pricing goes, it’s very budget friendly. However, I feel as though the process for a manicure and pedicure is very very rushed. I’ve been twice, and the second time I got a manicure, my cuticles were bleeding. Will not be returning to this establishment, they seem to be very inattentive and bit haphazard. With cheap prices comes poor service.

Came to get my brows touched up and the woman who served me ruined them. They are almost nonexistent now and one is now higher than the other?? She was very rough and aggressive with the waxing process and way too fast. It felt like she wanted me out of there as quickly as possible and in the process she ruined my brows. I will never ever return to this establishment. Just hope my brows grow back :(

Went in for simple eyebrow wax. Technician had no idea what she was doing. I had to remind her to wax between my eyes. She was going to leave wax on me and I had to take the tweezers from her to complete / finish my eyebrow waxing. Will never go back there again

Ive had one good experience with them where my dip powder nails looked amazing and lasted 3 weeks and one bad experience where 3 days later my nails were peeling and cracked. Very inconsistent and rushed job.

I got my eyebrows waxed for $8. They did a great job and it barely hurt. Dont know why everyone rates this place so low? It wasnt fancy or anything but I wouldnt say it was unsanitary.

Horrible experience! This was my second time going after a pleasant first experience. One coat of polish on toes and no base or topcoat! Rude when I called back to explain the situation and hung up on me. I will never go back.

The first time I went here was last week I was impressed with the services, however, my nails chipped so I went back today. I got a pedicure and SNS on my nails. The pedicure was fine. The SNS was the worst I have ever seen. Another nail tech tried to fix the nails and was very unsuccessful. She apologized and said she was sorry but they are too busy and please come back again to allow her to do my nails. My nails look horrible and Im not exaggerating. I will pay to have them done over when I get home in Charlotte.

Worst SNS manicure I’ve ever had. I just moved to the area and have been getting SNS manicures for the last two years. They do not use SNS products unless you specifically ask them and then it’s with an attitude. I had an appointment at 4:30, wasn’t attended to until 5:20, then it was extremely rushed. As I was paying I told Michael this was the worst manicure I had ever had, he didn’t seem to care. I will be going somewhere else to have it fixed! Save your money and don’t waste your time.

I have had my nails done for over 30 years and NEVER have they been ruined like they were at CK Nails. I will NEVER go here again. Either they use inferior products or they have no idea what theyre doing. Since its been under new management it is terrible!@!!

Super friendly staff. Took my fiancee for a mani-pedi and they offered us both water and soda. They also let me sit in the massage chair next to her while I waited. I would definitely recommend them.

They have completely redone the salon so I think the older comments about it being unsanitary are no longer valid. They use new and santitized tools every time if you get a mani or pedi; additionally, they use the plastic liners for the pedis which keeps the foot bath sanitary!

Ive experienced better.Let me start with some of my mani/pedi background. I have been doing my own nails since I was very young and I do pretty well in my opinion and in opinion of others. I have done my friends mani/pedi for prom and banquet etc since I was in high school, so its not that I only have experiences with my own nails either. I currently own 60+ nail polishes and various tools and even took two classes from professional nail artists. The only reason I go to nail salon instead of doing them on my own is for the luxury of having someone else do them for me while I just daydream. Every time I go visit one, I take one of my own nail polishes anyways.I went in today for my 2:30PM appointment, and I admit, I was about 5 minutes late. Maybe less. However, regardless of whether or not I made an appointment, I had to wait till 3:05PM. This was my third visit and I decided to come back after one of the ladies and the owner guy did great job two previous times Ive gone.However HELEN did my nails today, and she hurt my cuticle, she shaped my nails into some unattractive irregular shapes (some square some round and some in between), and she was grumbling in her own language every time I kindly asked her to do/change something.Nick, who was doing gel manicure for someone who sat next to me said, in exact words, Look, shes been doing nails for 20 years, which I found very rude. SO WHAT? Was he saying that I was saying is invalid? Because experience makes everything perfect? He didnt even look at my nails and how terrible she made them look! I almost made a scene, but since it was a busy hour and for the sake of the owner guy and one of the other ladies that I had great experiences with, I held it in.So two stars for those people. Never get your nails done from Helen. And if you dont want rude smart mouth, dont get it from Nick either. I will be searching for a new salon.

My mom had been getting her nails done here for a LONG TIME! They told her they were putting the gel on them. She went to a lady she used to go to just to get told they werent using gel but acrylic! Wasted all that money charging her for gel when they werent using it!
