I’m honestly not sure my nails have ever looked worse. I wanted a clear base with pink tips. This is what I got. The shape is totally inconsistent (I asked for almond), there are weird jagged edges, the powder shows through, and there are odd bubbles throughout (can’t see them in the pictures). My nail tech was obviously rushing the whole time. She didn’t get all the excess powder off between layers, and never checked with me on the shape. By the time I realized she wasn’t going to go back and fix them she was already putting on the gel coat and it was too late. I’m extremely disappointed. Beyond the low quality, the salon was taking very few Covid precautions (half the staff wasn’t wearing masks, customers weren’t required to wash hands before service, and none of the desks were cleaned down between customers).

My mom and I had the best manicure ever! The white one is dip powder and the French manicure is gel. I was struggling to find a professional place in Charlottesville. After a couple of awful experiences I finally found the perfect place! Get an appointment NOW!

I had a great experience yesterday with a group of my friends. The staff was super friendly, and all 4 of us were so happy with our nails! Next time I get my nails done, I will be going back there.

This was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. This is a small, family owned business and it shows. They’re very kind and funny. They take their time on the details. They give a killlllller leg massage. Best pedicure in Cville, definitely.

Nice staff and quick service when I visited. They could be a little more reasonable on the prices of some services. If I lived here, this would probably be my permanent nail shop.

Happy with the detail put in to doing my nails. Was talked into switching to gel polish after picking out regular polish (which is fine, it lasts longer). However, I felt rushed to decide on a color even though no one else was waiting. The cleanliness of the shop could be improved. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very relaxing place to get a pedicure and staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. There are a lot of polishes to choose from and the pedicure included a hot stone massage! Best nail salon Ive gone to in Charlottesville, but if you want to tip, make sure to bring cash, I didnt know the first time I went and I was unable to tip on my card.

A little pricey, but it was an hour+ pedicure. Hot stone massage was #amazeballs! And they didn’t blink an eye at a guy wanting blue nail polish...

1st visit and the service was great

Unless you are a regular customer you will not get good service. I called in at 9 to set an appointment. I was asked to just come in now because they would be busy throughout the day. I get there 5 mins layer and then have to wait 20 mins. Im the only person there. So the man finally comes out and says Are you in a rush. Tf. Um yes I am since you asked. He then said oh I just wanted to make site you werent my 9 oclock appointment. Im not even going to get into his wife. They ate very rude and I would never recommend them.
