I asked for a file & gel French tip. It cost $43!! (I could’ve gotten acrylics & a gel manicure for that price anywhere else.) Their prices weren’t posted anywhere, otherwise I would have walked out.The nail tech was about to let me walk out with big lumps of gel polish at the end of my nails. I asked her to file it down and she did, but she just went back over it with more gel. So my nails look and feel bumpy.Looks cute from far away tho & the nail techs were nice at least.

*Four hours after service, my nails have bubbles. This is the one near TJ Maxx, not to get confused with the mall.*The lady that did my pedicure was nice and she did a good job! I was able to relax a little. Cindy did my full set and it went downhill. She was so aggressive that I had to express to her she is being too rough. She continued being rough which changed my attitude. I also tried to show her a pic of the shape that I wanted my nails but she didn’t want to listen. The nails were uneven and looked botched so I expressed it too her very respectfully. She brushed it off. The quality of my nails could be much better. They look like square blobs. The customer service is bad. Honestly, I will not be returning and do not recommend. Only one person there interacted with their customers.

Wonderful people and great looking nails! This will be my new regular place to get nails done!

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience. Came in yesterday for a pedicure with a friend and my friend was serviced right away, but I sat with my feet soaking for about 15 minutes. Eventually someone came to me to start my pedicure and it was very rushed. The entire process only lasted about 15 minutes with a VERY short massage. Probably the shortest pedicure I’ve ever had. I asked for the classic pedicure and during the service she asked if she could scrub my heel, and I said yes. She spent all of 30 seconds scrubbing my heels (my friend had her heels scrubbed too.) When it came time to pay, I was charged an extra $10 for a “heel treatment.” My friend wasn’t charged for any additional services and her pedicure started 15 minutes before mine and ended about 10 minutes after me. I spent a long time drying my nails completely and my nails are already chipped a day later. Won’t be back.
