If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Upon entering, the gentleman that i believe is the owner was extremely rude to another customer he was servicing with a manicure. The customer jumped back in pain and proceeded to pull her hand forward to rush through the service. When it was my turn to get my eyebrows done he was very rough with the waxing strips being applied to my face which I really did not appreciate. Not to mention I specifically told him what part I only wanted waxed and he just ignored my request! I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just proceeded to pay. He charged me more for no reason!! I will not be returning this place is unprofessional and money hungry. Everyone look for salons that actually care about their customers! As for the gentleman I would the displeasure of experiencing, If you hate your job you should quit! Don’t take it out on people who look forward to a little self care from this stressful world we live in.

Like another review, 4 of my gel nails fell off within 48 hours. Lady said it was my fault and I should have paid more for pink and white powder set. She fixed the nails but said she had another appointment so she couldn’t put another the extra coat of polish on my nails that the male who did my nails prior didn’t put on.Within the next 3 days 3 more of the gel nails fell off. Never had gel nail polish fall off like this before!Do not recommend and definitely will not be back!

I attempted to get a mani/pedi from this salon. I sat patiently for about 30 minutes. Another woman came in about 25 minutes after I did.A nail tech walked up to the woman and asked if she had an appointment. The lady said “no” and told her the services that she wanted. The nail tech proceeded to tell the woman who came after me to come on back to sit in her chair. Totally unfair to me as I came before her and waited quite some time. As I got up to leave, a different nail tech asked me “Are you ready?” as he was doing someone else’s nails. Of course I’m ready, I came through the door ready, but you chose to serve someone who came after me. She was getting gel polish just as I was.This was very unprofessional and unfair to me. I was excited to try out this nail salon since it is in my neighborhood. Never again will I step foot in here ever again. Learn to treat everyone fairly and respect people’s time.

Polite, covid shields and mandates followed. No more wine cups or coffee or anything offered unlike pre covid days. Will be back.

I come here with my daughter every took weeks and spend over $100. Two of my nails broke in 2 days. I asked them to redo all of my nails because the odds are all of them are going to break. They took no responsibility and kept indicating it was my fault, as if this was my first time getting nails in my adult life and I don’t know any better. The male technician who I peg to be the owner also said he doesn’t care if I don’t come back. So I won’t and I don’t recommend anyone else come here either. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love going to get a pedicure at VH Nails. Ive been to other nail salon,but its not the same feeling. I have happy feet after, I leave there salon. They take there time scrubbing,shaving the old skin from my heels,bottom of my feet and toes. I found tranquility,peace, and friendship among the workers and I met new friends as well.

The quality of the gel is terrible. I got my nails done and by the following day the gel started to peel. I have return everyday for 3 days, 6 nails peeled. As a previous customer stated in her review, he blamed me, and stated maybe my nails didn’t like the gel. What nonsense is that! Clearly I will not be returning, I was very unhappy with all the time I’ve wasted going there to get my nails repaired.

Billy was my tech. I told him what I wanted and he gave me just that.Great atmosphere, clean, book by appointments only due to Covid. Also everyone wore masked and were seated 6ft apart. Highly recommended.

Just an overall awful experience. First person in the door, once the place got a little busy I was told I would need to wait to get my toes polished (this is halfway through my full set which turned out HORRIBLE - pics below). Mind you i never get my nails done and was so happy to get them done for my birthday. My cuticle is covered in superglue on my ring finger so I dont even know how to get these nails off! Theres glue on every single back of my nail, they didnt clean out any cracks/crevices. If I didnt have to work I would have sat there and had my nails removed that day but surprise, it was my birthday and I had to work! I dont even want my money back I just want these things off! My cuticle is getting more and more red/swollen by the hour! Im going back today (two days after) just to get my nails removed, they hurt so bad!!! $50 waste of time, money. Not an awesome birthday experience.

My #1 place to get my pedicure when Im in Charlotte, NC.The nail technicians takes their time with each customer to get all callous, bunions and dead skins off your feet. I have drive from W-S to Charlotte for a pedicure .My feet feels like a million buck.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My gel came off on one toe within an hour and the rest started falling off in the same week. There was also dead skin that was left on the bottom of my feet that should have been scraped. I’m never going back.

Came here once the stay home order in NC was lifted. One of the few places that had availability. The gentlemen and ladies were very nice and thorough. My husband and I were pleased and he was very happy with his pedicure! I’ve already made my second appointment.

Clean atmosphere. Staff is great. My nails and feet always come out great!

Edit: This became a long post after having visited 4 times. Read the entire post to make your own judgement call.First visit: I got a deluxe pedicure with the leg massage, sugar scrub, green tea detox, etc. If they served wine with the pedi, I would NEVER go to another salon ever. My pedicure was the BOMB. The tech paid attention to the details and I love the precision with which she painted my toes. I am so happy with the service and price.Update: I have been back here three times since and received HORRIBLE service on two occasions and great service on one. One time my nails were so bad that when I went somewhere else, the guy kept shaking his head asking where I got them done. I still give the place 4 stars because some of the people here do a really good job.Here are my takeaways: Anne is fabulous with pedicures. Kelly is fabulous with SNS. Tracy is fabulous with eyebrows. Whatever you do, DO NOT let the guy do ANY service for you. He has done a pedicure, eyebrows and SNS for me and all three were TERRIBLE. Plus, hes extremely rude - hes usually at the first nail table as you walk in. Last time I went, I did notice another guy working there, unfortunately, I dont know either of their names to specify which one to avoid. Youll know the guy to avoid as soon as he starts speaking. Hes really that rude.

Called and made an appointment. 45 minutes past time and Im still sitting there waiting. Never once apologized for the delay or updated me. I hate that I had to waste my time and didnt even get a pedicure. Too bad because Im a good tipper!

Had a great mani pedi today! Nail salon with great and friendly service.  The massage chairs are the best Ive seen so far and fresh tools for hygiene.  A great and convenient find!

Cant say enough good things about my visit here! I decided to try it out since its so close to my apartment. I came on a Saturday around 10am (around open) and asked for a mani pedi. Although they accept walk ins it seemed like they prefer if you make an appointment. I picked out my colors and had my manicurist as my technician. She was super sweet and did an amazing job. Overall I was very pleased with my service here.

Armando and the rest of the staff is wonderful. They know me by name, that’s how many times I’ve gone and every time I go they treat me and my family and friends so well! Amazing service. Thank you so much for everything you do.

DO NOT get your eyebrows done here! I went to get a pedicure which was nice decided to get eyebrows & upper lip done. All I ask was a clean up ..well one was was super hot! I felt the burn and when she was done she thinned out my eyebrows drastically change the shape. I told her and she could of careless. As I paid I felt burning in my face went home and had burn marks on my upper lip and eyebrow. I live close went back to let them know and demanded a regund.the Asian lady would not come to talk to me and told worker only give me $6. I demanded my full #14. I got my refund buttthat does not fix my burns. As now I will scar. It took me so long to grow my eyebrows too. And she didnt even apologize. RUDE!

I love this nail salon - staff is extremely friendly and does a great job every time I go. I moved 30 min away but still drive to get my nails done. I have been going there for over three years!!

The staff is incredibly nice and very professional. My nails were done beautifully and I was given examples of how to make them different and exclusive to who I am. I love the way they greet and show me and others how much they love their patrons. This is one of favorite places to go to!! They rock!!!!!

I loved it here they were so nice and I speak Spanish and they knew it to! I got them done on Saturday and they did a cute design perfectly she took her time and it came out beautifully, and I see nothing wrong with the service I took my sister there and instead of here walking to the nail polish manicure area the lady picked her up there after her pedicure! I have not gotten a wart like a few other people and I have been going here for about a year. Love this place totally recommend it!!!

I had to edit my review. The owners changed and the place looks depressing. The only thing I will recommend is the two Spanish ladies that work there. Ask for them. They are great and super super friendly. I don’t like the new ownership at all. They are not very friendly. The only reason I will keep going here is for Nury and Miriam. That’s it!

Worst ever! It took almost 2 hours for my daughter to have acrylic nails done. They are not even and the polish is all over her hands. The gentleman who did them was not interested at all in what he was doing. I was expecting to have mine done as well and they acted as if I wasnt waiting. Never going there again! Save your time and money, go somewhere else!

VERY disappointed. Me and my daughter went here, after asking for french tips she did them on my regular nails clearly not understanding that I wanted the fake / acrylic nails. Once I noticed, I told them to remove the polish and just forget it because I was done with the day. I had a horrible busting headache. Another lady insisted and I let her do them. They look alright. My daughter got her finger and toe nails done. She was just in the bath barely having her fingers in the water which is gel and one has chipped off. They dont understand what you want and the lady I had, had other dirty nails and dead skin in her bottle which she USES on other people to clean nails. The place had a horrible staff and it was very dirty. It was just a horrible experience over all and Im sure I will never come back here. If your looking for nails that you want to stay on and look very well, this is not the place.

Wish i could put No stars. Very bad service and they charge extra for literally everything. Asked for oval nails and came out with square ones. I even showed a reference picture. When you come in they attend you and as soon as someone else comes in they leave you and try to manage 2 customers at once. My nails came out TERRIBLE

Its not the most posh location but is still nice for a typical nail salon. The gentleman that has done my nails twice was professional and fast. The first time I did have to wait but it was a Saturday afternoon. Today Friday, was not too busy so he got me right in. This is not RJ btw...lol

My 2 daughters went there with their grandmother to spend some of there Christmas money to get there nails done. It cost 40$ each and bolth were done horribly. All of ones came off in 2 days and the others are luse and crooked.... Its not ok to take advantage of children.

Noone in this place seems happy to be here, just a drab overall experience. They look miserable and it makes me want to get the hell out of here fast.Wont be coming back here.

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to! I wanted to like this salon because it was so close to my house but their lackluster service and staff has left me disappointed. Their polish selection is limited (very little perfect match gel to regular polish) and looks old. My initial visit was about 2 months ago. I came in for a acrylic fill in with gel polish and a pedicure. My pedicure was rushed and the work was mediocre at best. My fingernails were not shaped as requested (coffin from stiletto), were bulky, and looked sloppy! I decided Id give them a 2nd try and went in for a mani/pedi. My pedicure was again rushed, despite being done by another technician. When the pedicure was done, I had to ask her to smooth the heels of my feet because they were still rough. The tech cut into the sides of my toenail causing bleeding and pain. She was going to continue to cut into my nails until I told her she was hurting me. I have never had issues with ingrown toenails. Its only been a few hours since this pedicure and the skin beside my toenail is swollen, hot, and red. I fear it may be infected. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

My daughter and i walked in the door at 4:31 when the gentleman at the door said Sorry, we take our last client at 4:30..... And the place was empty. I wont dare say our nationality may have been a factor, but I will say what horrible customer service! Wont get my money... EVER!!

When there on a Wednesday morning to get pedi and mani. Did not even get hello when I walked in, never a wait time, not even a what would you like done . Waited 45 minutes with no one talking to me but they talked to each other. I finally got up and left. NEVER AGAI AT THIS PLACE.

This place is horrible! It took me 3 attempts before I actually had work done bc they were always too busy. (The only reason I finally made an appt - which they only accept on weekdays - is bc I had received a gift certificate.) The pedicure chipped after 1 day. When I went back to have it fixed they had closed early. The nail tech was entirely too rough with my cuticles (actually jerking my fingers several times). The icing on this awful service is that when I tipped the nail tech they somehow managed to screw that up and charged me a $13 tip for $35 worth of services!

Moved near by and decided to give this place a shot. Got a French set, poorly done, full of bubbles in the acrylic and dust, waste of money.

Went there last tuesday and one of my nails broke already, bad shaping and had to start nail over again because they were uneven.

Amazing job and good prices.
