Both ladies do a great job. Not rushed. Hard working

I got an amazing pedicure. Always satified and pleasant with the service. Pedicures are meticulous and very well done. Nails stayed perfect for three weeks. They are very gentle and courteous. So welcoming! Very clean as well. Highly recommend!

I have been come to Royal Nails for couple times now for regular manicure and pedicure and the service has been consistently wonderful each time. Regardless of how busy it gets, the ladies here are so nice and go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. Be sure to check this place out! The salon is always clean, comfy, and very nicely kept. They have a ton of nail polish colors and my pedicure was superb and relaxing.

I am here for my second time and I love this place! The staff is super friendly and do a fabulous job. They always make time for me and treat me like a queen. This establishment is very clean. I highly recommend this nail spa for all my friends and neighbors!

I have been going here for about 2 years and I love it. The ladies here are all so great and do the best job. I moved to south Charlotte about a year ago and I still make the drive every two weeks for my perfect mani and pedi. Yes its far and my fiance thinks im crazy to do this drive all the time but they seriously are the best. My nails always look fabulous. Always friendly and spend quality time for your services. I love it here!

First time I went just to get a polish change. No Mani, just a gel polish change. The lady took forever painting my nails.It took over an hour for her to paint them, its never taken anyone over an hour to paint my nails. She also cut my thumb with the buffer pad and my thumb got infected and took over a week to heal. Now its only been 2 weeks and the paint is chipping off my nails. This has never happened before and Im so disappointed. Waste of time and money!

Very clean, easy to get in and just nice folks. Great massage chairs and reasonably priced. Convenient location, great work.

First time going, i booked an appointment the day before because I had broke a nail and needed it filled in for work the day of, it was $10 freaking dollars for ONE nail... i paid and just told her that my other place does it for $5 and she started to argue with me! She said that I was lying because she works in the nail salon business and no other place does that. I told her it was true and she started to yell at me and got Upset with me. I am a server so i know first hand how customer service should go and how to treat a customer and that was not it. I was furious with the fact she got loud mouthed at me over a nail price. Never ever going back again.

I got the SNS manicure which is supposed to last at least 3 weeks. Mine is already coming off my nails and chipping - it hasnt even been one week. Very disappointing and a waste of money. Plus I have never had a manicure take so long!

Attention to detail. My entire finger nails had polish on them :-)
