A really nice place to get your nails done. It was my first time getting my nails done and it was a Very comfortable experience. The nail tech was very good and nice. Would recommend!

I only get my nails done about once a year for my birthday. Last year I went here and the experience was perfect! This year(yesterday) it was unfortunately not. My nail tech was on a video call for the first half of doing my nails. I think he may have been in-experienced as well because my nails look sloppy/bad. There are gaps, the shaping is off and the length of the two pinkies and middle fingers are completely different. I tried to mention when I was there, but I guess the tech didnt care? I will say that they were very clean and followed all guidelines!

Reasonably priced, friendly service, no complaints. (P.s. I didnt get anything fancy, so I cant speak to how their nail techs REALLY get down but I got eyebrow/lip wax & nail dip powder & the results were good to me, for the price)

Great attention to detail and excellent customer service. The lady doing my nails noticed that my hands were dry and cold weather-damaged (from being a delivery driver that washes their hands very often at work) and she took extra care to lotion my hands twice (during and after my nails were being done) and offered me some moisturizing hand scrub to wash my hands with as well! Ive been to so many different nail salons and this one is by far the best one Ive been to. My best friend also got a new full set done by a man that works there and she loved the attention to detail as well.

👍👍💅 I’ve been going here for a few years now and is the only place I will continue to visit. My usual visit includes mani (S&S) pedicure and eyebrows- always walk out a happy customer. I like the atmosphere, very nice people and always feel welcomed. There are salons closer to my home but I would take the 25 minute ride anytime because I know I won’t be disappointed.

Personally, I had a great experience here. They have very reasonable prices and are friendly when you are coming and leaving. I have read reviews saying that they have poor customer service but you cant be ignorant to the language barriers of some techs. English is not everyones first language! The massage my nail tech gave me had me ready to nap in those chairs. This has been the most thorough pedicure cleaning I have found in Charlotte so far.Edit: Im updating my review to 3 stars because the nail tech did nick me and 3 days later it is still very painful

I had been going here every time I got my nails did which isn’t often lately maybe a couple times a year but I was super disappointed the last time I went I got SNS over my natural nail and it literally started chipping and cracking a day later. I was upset because I love the place and like their colors. They have nice people working there but is it worth it to get a bad SNS mani?

I have been going to K Nails for a while now and Mai always does my mani/pedi. The owners & staff are friendly & pricing is good. However, my first visit after the pandemic started was the worst. A slight knick here & there is expected, but Mai cut a cuticle on each hand to the point of bleeding. I jumped after the initial knick and she just kept going, which caused the bleeding. She offered no apology & just kept going like nothing had happened. I was very disappointed & won’t go back.

Jimmy did an amazing job on my stilletto acrylics! He finished off with a nice quick hand massage with lotion. Everything took him less than 35 min to complete! Thanks, this is my go-to nail salon now!

I would not give this place any stars at all, but I’ve had a few bad experiences. Usually the people are nice but sometimes I walk out with uneven nails which usually does not bother me. This time I went in to get my eyebrows done and they messed up badly. I did not realize until after I paid and got in my car to do a thorough look. I instantly went back and asked for a refund as my eyebrows were very uneven and one side had a dip in making it look like a semicolon. I do have thin eyebrows but I’ve never had my eyebrows shaped this badly. When i went back in the lady that did not even see me come in kept making excuses for the lady who did my eyebrows saying they my eyebrows were thin and whoever did them before messed them up. She did not even see my eyebrows before i came in and i was growing my eyebrows out so I knew that she was making excuses. The whole time the lady who messed up my eyebrows stayed silent. While the other lady kept talking to me saying the same thing over and over again. They would not refund me and the lady did not even apologize. I guess customer service is not a big deal to them.

After moving to Charlotte for school, I tried multiple places in the University area trying to find a permanent salon to go to. That being said, this was the only place that doesnt try to take advantage of college students and make them spend a ton of money for poor work. Whenever I visit, no matter how busy it is, they will take their time and not rush to get the next person into a chair. On the down side to that, the wait time can vary between 10 minutes to over an hour. However, Id much rather wait knowing I will walk out with great nails and that I didnt have to break the bank! The man who I believe is the owner of the salon does an amazing job, and himself and all of the staff will remember you after a couple visits. I will not go to another salon anytime soon.

I usually don’t do Google reviews but I had to do one for this experience. They really messed up my nails. They claimed to do ombré but they can’t do it. My nails were so bad, my own boyfriend noticed and said I need to change them. That’s when I knew I wasn’t tripping. The picture on the left is what I asked for and the picture on the right is what they did on my nails and claimed it was ombré.

I will not be back. I seriously do not believe in appointments on the weekends at nail shops. During the week of course otherwise it should be first come first serve. I know shops who do not even allow you to schedule appointments on the weekends. I sat and waited a whole hour for a lady to come in for a 10 o’clock appointment and be seated. Not to mention there was only two people doing nails on a “Saturday” Terrible.

Miss Stephen and Mimi so very much! Product and skilled technique are both lacking with new owners. If Stephen isnt coming back, wont be going back to the salon. Sad day!

He was gentle with my hands, and very patient with my toddler running around. Also added nail art for free, guess he felt sorry for me having to chase a baby while getting my overlay done.

Went in for a wax and they paid great attention to the details of my face. 2nd time coming back and still very satisfied.

The lady,who is most young of them is very dangerous.she cut my big toe &she noticed the blood but she even not bothered what she did. i cant walk....i am a regular customer.very scared after this incident...dont do anything by this young lady...

Seriously don’t know how this place has a 4.0 rating. I’m not one to review things but this place was seriously the worst. They dip your foot in this weird wax that is way to hot and the girl burned me and cut me multiple times. Will NOT be coming back here ever again! For $25 I can go elsewhere.

Best place ever, Ive been with Jimmy and Trang for 6 years now and will not change them for anybody elses, they are very nice and friendly you get treat like a boss, and the place is always clean and sparkle.

Go to MiMi or one of the guys in here. MiMi is the best! Always knows what I want. Works really fast. Has never cut me. 10/10 for MiMi.

I go here all the time. They give an awesome pedicure for $25. This is the only place Ive gotten a good manicure or full set!

My nail are gorgeous

Came here for a pedi and for my daughter to get her nails painted. Theyre friendly and the girl who did my toes did a great job with my pedicure UP until they also painted my daughters toes and didnt ask me. So when it came to paying, they charged me for her toes. I told them I didnt authorized them to do that and the girl said my daughter said yes. I told them shes not the one paying and she said she didnt tell them to. That to me is an automatic 1 star rating.

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. The women have such bad attitudes & only are nice to white women. I actually reported them to BBB & encourage nobody to go there. After 3 days after my fill in a couple nails broke & it looked like they were never done. I even got my brows waxed & the lady with glasses burned my skin under my brows. I didnt even know it until the next day & my face was bruised. Please save yourself DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!

7 hours after my pedicure it started to chip the didn’t have the prices on the board when I ask for dip powder nails they tell me that that means acrylic when it doesn’t they said that gel last longer then powder when it doesn’t please don’t go here.

I went there for the first-time a week ago and I got a gel fill. My nails look like they havent been done in like a month. They started cracking the next day. Im very disappointed. Not good at all.

Considering the difference than NY nail salons, Im glad I read the previous reviews because thats why I was willing to give it shot, I did like the service rendered, clean and professional Im a loyal customer when the service is right so I will return...being new to NC I have to get used to the prices though their a bit higher than Im used to...
