I love how sweet Mai is and how she is so accommodating. She does an excellent job waxing my eyebrows. The whole staff does a great job on pedicures and you can pay a little more to extend the massage portion of the pedi. I like that this location is smaller and less crowded than their sister location on Kings. There are many covid measures in place for their employees and customers so I felt comfortable here.

Im late in sharing this review. My has done my nails for 14 years.. Ive NEVER had a bad manicure or pedicure experience. The salon is always spotless, the work is superb! My is truly gifted in her craft. Her employees are just as well trained. Theyve modified the shop for the pandemic. Ive moved to the DC area, but continue to come back to Charlotte because the work exceeds any and every nail shop in the Northern Virginia area. My dip powder manicure still looks as fresh today as it did on day 1. No lifting, no chipping.

Everything was fine until she asked me to come back tomorrow for my pedicure. I had a long day and just wanted to get my nails and feet done. I walked out with just my nails. I also asked for coffin shaped nails and received straight nails. My pedicure shouldve been done while my nails were soaking. She took 2 and half hours working on my nails. Absolutely ridiculous.

I absolutely love this place always get the best nail service and I am always getting compliments on my nails. I love that they take there time too. Makes you feel like you are truly getting the best service out there. ONE thing is for sure... you need to make sure you have a appointment for Saturday’s as they normally get really busy and can get booked on Saturdays too. If you are looking to support a small local business (as I try to do) in the nail industry this is definitely your place!!!!

The pedicure was good and the service was friendly however, there arent dryers like most salons Ive been to so even after sitting at the salon for about an hour after the pedicure was over and leaving in the pedicure flip flops, by the time we put our shoes on 30 minutes later the polish was not cured even though it felt dry. we put our shoes back on because we had errands to run and now the pedicure is messed up :( if its a nice day and you can wear flip-flops after your pedicure, do that. Unfortunately it was 30 degrees this morning and I had worn boots because it was cold and we didnt have time to wait another hour.

Great service and very friendly staff. I received the best pedicure Ive had in my life. I have dry skin and they were very thorough. I also received sns and am very pleased. This is my new salon!

I love Midtown Nail! Their manicure/pedicure is reasonably priced...especially for this part of town. The equipment is always clean and my pedicure lasts for weeks. They make me feel welcome and I love feeling so pampered!

Called to get price and info about a pedicure. The lady was wonderful! She automatically told me what all was included for the price. She did not make me feel stupid at any point in our conversation. Going in now for a pedicure!

Very friendly, speak English well. Open later than some salons. My favorite thing is they are very meticulous with nail polish, making sure it’s perfect! Only thing that could be better is the atomosphere could be a bit more spa feel - music instead of Tv, bit softer light.

I’ve been shopping at Cotswold for years and not too long ago discovered Midtown Nails behind Krispy Kreme. I’ve gone a few times for pedicures and SNS nails. I’ve been very happy with the service and how great my nails look plus how long they last. I am rough on my nails so usually they do not look very pretty for long but Midtown has done magic and they look pretty for way longer then normal. I highly recommend using Midtown Nails. Be sure to make an appointment as they get busy!

Was there for 4 hours for a mani/pedi. They stopped in the middle of my pedicure to give someone else a manicure. And she was so rough during my manicure that my cuticles are bleeding. It was also very expensive. I left a decent tip but I won’t be going back.

I went in for a gel manicure/pedi on May 25. On Tuesday, May 29, I had to go in an have the polish on one of my nails repaired. By midday on May 31, every bit of gel polish was off of my nails - it peeled off completely on its own. This was my first visit to this location and I tipped the girl that did my mani/pedi 25% ($20) of the $80 I paid.When I called to let them know all of my polish was gone, they offered a discount on a manicure. Said the cause could be something with my body - Ive had gel polish before and its always lasted at minimum 10 days. My nail bed is not damaged - as to reflect me peeling the polish off - it literally was not done properly and came off on its own as if I had soaked them off.Im so disappointed and I will not be back. I pay a fraction of the cost at a much nicer salon in Rivergate (Wet Paint) and can get all the free Mimosas I so wish!Dont waste your money.

Really friendly but they do not know what they are doing!!! My fiancé and I came in for a mani and pedi and when we walked out it still look as if a needed one. I literally had to go to another nail salon the next day for the same services.
