I hate this place I got both a pedicure and a manicure, they cut 2 of my fingers and the place was dirty. I asked originally for coffin but they could not do it. I have blood on my cuticles and they did not even clean it up. So unprofessional. I asked if she could fix my little finger and she didnt speak. 😳

When I called up here the manager was like I cant give u the coffin nails so i asked for square and she could do it but when she was Done my nails was.bubbly And when I went to use the sink the brushes was used and i asked which ones were used and not and she said that they were all clean.and they charged me 37$ but the lady said it would be 20$ so they argued over that.

Went here today with a coworker. Zero customer service and my manicure was done horribly - nails aren’t cut evenly even though I asked multiple times. She yanked my arm a couple times and laughed when I moved my shoulder forward so she didn’t pull any harder. They easily got nicked and now 4 of my nails have chips / smudges. It’s been two hours. I had no idea this was the one in the mall until after and I read the reviews. Poor girl doing my toenails actually did a good job but that doesn’t make up for all the negatives.

Went for express mani....worst ever. Ended up walking out. Had to get broken nail clipped, lady almost clipped skin twice, had to pull away my hand. Deferred cuticle trim, since uncertain about sterilization of tools. Polish was the worst!!! Couldnt take it anymore, walked out. Waste of $20. Couldnt figure out rush either....place was empty.

I only wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I went for a pedicure! I should have known when there were no other customers but me, that it must not be a good place. However, being new to the area, I didnt think such a terrible nail spa would be in the SouthPark area. The only thing I received was a nail trim, and terrible polish job. She also tore one nail, which I had to come home and file, and it still hurts! She did not use any alcohol, which freaked me out, so I sprayed alcohol on my feet once I got home. I was in and out in less than 20 mins., including drying time. No cuticle care at all!! So basically I paid $35 plus a tip to wet my feet, get my nails trimmed and polished. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Worst pedicure ever!!

This is absolutely the worst, most horrendous nail salon Ive ever stepped foot in. I went in for a quick gel mani/polish change on my toes over lunch break. Sure, it was quick... And their work shows it. The most horrible paint job Ive ever witnessed (unless my 4 year old daughter is painting my nails). I swear to you, my dog could have done a better job than this woman did. What a waste of time and hard earned money!I am simply writing this review for others so they dont waste their life in this stupid place. This was the absolute worst gel manicure and polish change Ive ever gotten and the service was horrible. I cant wait to go back to that shopping center one day and see the doors CLOSED for good! I know its bound to happen soon if they keep this shoddy work up.

All I gotta say is dont spend yo time or money up here period.

Me and my daughter went to get a simple mani and it looks like a three year old child painted them👎🏽😡😤and she was in a rush like people were waiting on her and the place was empty

Worst place ever!!! Do not I repeat do not waste your time or money in this place. They dont even know how to paint nails properly, my pedicure was a mess, I stoped her on my third toe when when I realized she was painting my skin.

Charged me $35 for a gel polish that is uneven, chipping, and it has bubbles in it. A child couldve painted my nails better. She didnt even give me a full manicure for the price.. awful.

Absolutely the worst gel manicure Ive ever had... rushed, she painted my nails in 5 mins and then did the manicure which essentially ruined my polish. It was horrible, she charged me 25$ it was a joke. She commented on my hands being difficult

This was the worst nail experience of my life. Half effort mani pedicure, did not even exfoliate me! Went to pay... 45 for a gel mani and the WORST one Ive ever had at that. Had to file my own nails. Charged me $5 to remove my nail polish!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The service here is horrendous. I was given the worst gel manicure I have ever seen. I asked for French and she clearly had no clue what she was doing. Nails were filed uneven, she pretended to trim my cuticles, the white tips were thick, uneven, patchy. When I asked her to take off the gel because it didnt look good she said she would charge me more. I paid her the $25 she demanded and immediately went to have my nails fixed somewhere else.

Worst polish job ever. No wonder I was the only one in there. I was rushed out before my nails were even dry. Waste of $45 for a mani and pedi. Will never go back.

$18 for the worst manicure of my life. Terrible service. The paint was uneven and didnt cover the full nail. Rushed me out before my nails were dry.

I walked out. Gel polish colors had separated - so very clearly they are using old product.

Very half hearted job- poor nail shape, uneven job with polish- on cuticle or only 3/4 of nail. Will not return!

Terrible rushed service. I wont go back.
